拉麵質素一流，美中不足之處，是排隊的時間及模式。多次光顧，都沒有開單座位的那個部分。
亞洲除日本以外的一蘭拉麵喔，味道和在東京吃的一樣好！

Ichiran is my ultimate favorite ramen and I discovered this from Japan so was ecstatic to know that it had a branch in Hongkong – when we first got there, we thought there’s no line til we reached the “80 mins waiting” sign. The whole line was going around and even if it’s always worth the wait in the end, the experience was just totally different – maybe because we ate at the face-to-face part instead of the solo one. But its also the feeling of being surrounded by lines that changed it – even til paying you still had to line up. I missed the vending machine process where you order and pay already which didn’t ruin your happy meal experience after. It’s just not nice to start and end with a line I guess. But it’s still at least 4 stars for me because of how consistent it remains to its quality – customized based on the firmness you want, richness of the broth remains and the same goodness I missed. The sliced pork though just was a bit less soft than the one in Japan but other than that, the taste transported me back to exactly how I remembered it before. Still worth coming back for, despite the lining up for everything experience. The ramen is worth it!
They have the open dinning concept here. Waiting can be quite long, so be prepared to wait. Ramen standard and taste is good. Worth the wait.
Crowded for a good reason. Excellent food quality and a must try in Tsim Sha Tsui!

The ramen was not bad. I’m not sure if it’s worth the long queues.
不及日本好吃，份量比日本少，價錢比日本貴，卻要排隊近2小時。
整個一蘭拉麵店，名氣大過實際，衹賣一種麵，食一次巳經足夠。
Quoted as the best ramen in town, delicious and worth it if you don’t mind the horrendous queue. We were there around 8.00 PM the queue was started from outside the place, waited around 90 minutes to get a table. The water taste good and it’s free. Regular ramen cost around 89$HK, you get a bowl of noodle, soup, with 2 slice of pork cha siew. Must try if you’re in town and have time to spend.
All time favourite! Finished every single drop and you’ll see he wordings 😉

Everything about this place was delicious. Great ramen, great atmosphere. Bathrooms were very nice and the restaurant accepts credit cards.

超愛的
24小時營業嘅拉麵店，拉麵的價錢比較貴，不過在落單方面是以填紙的方法。另外，水也是自助的方式。但係環境上能夠體驗到獨特的風格，會有日本人做員工，令你會覺得非常敬業。
每次來香港都會過來吃一碗拉麵，好吃。
湯頭清甜不死鹹，
麵條口感Q軟帶點嚼勁，
叉燒肉香軟不柴，黑木耳QQ脆脆，
抹茶杏仁豆腐Q甜而不膩，
冰啤酒冰甜帶麥香?
雖然不便宜，但還不錯吃，吃完兒子們說還要追加一碗???
座位很多、場地很大卻只開放小小一區（約3分之1的座位），導致排隊排了很久。
We came at 23.00 and there’s still a que there. It’s so worth the money. If you like strong flavour I will recommend you to try out their ramen with the strongest flavour, and I bet you gonna LOVE IT! This is the best ramen I’ve ever tried. 10/10 will come again.
口味和日本沒什麼差別，晚上都不開放個人座位

該機構的主要優點是它工作到很晚，22:00 時周圍所有的拉麵都關門了。
價格不便宜！
22:00-23:30以後來的話，入口處會堵車，等1個小時左右！！！
食物很好吃。快速準備和交付。
太餓的話不建議來這，請分配1個小時排隊時間
味道吾錯，超多人，面太細。

Rip Off Ramen- $89HKD for a bowl of Ramen that doesn’t have bamboo shoots, egg or seaweed. Every ingredient has to pay extra. Even a cup of soft drink cost $39. Taste is soooo average. Worst Ramen ever.
跟日本的味道不一樣
口味跟在日本吃相同，價位比日本還貴。

Best noodles I have ever tried. The broth, noodles and prok are amazing. Defenitly worth the wait.
雖然湯底好，麵彈牙，但不值得排這麽久，也沒甚麼配料，要加餸才飽。
味道很棒，但是價格很貴。
等待的時間也很長。需要10分鐘才能吃到，但是好像等了一個小時才入座。。推薦大家去日本吃吧。

The famous ichiran ramen. Ordering is easy, by filling in the forms given. You can customize the ramen to your liking. I highly recommend to take at least 1/2 spice to combat the richness of the soup.
就牛奶味的豬骨湯煮拉麵，其他沒什麼特別的
Still one of the best ramen you could get. The intensity in its flavor drove the stars and I personally enjoyed the noodle.
同日本食的沒什麼分別, 在香港算是不錯的一所拉麵店。但價格比日本高很多。
