隔了好久想吃一蘭拉麵,就來了。想著過去19點左右排隊厲害的我下到地下室的時候,居然還在排隊。當我要求一個味覺集中櫃檯而不是餐桌座位時,我立即得到了指導。
就像在日本一樣,在一張紙上寫下麵條的硬度、味道的強度、油的量和所需的澆頭。
之後,按下手頭的按鈕,遞上紙,完成訂單。麵條的份量很少,所以女性點適量就好了,男性從一開始就多點麵條。
作為改進的請求,結帳時的隊伍比進入商店時的隊伍更長。它與紀念品系列相同,但有點混亂。
Delicious as usual :). In this place you can eat japanese style (partitioned) or dine in like regular restaurant.

我嚐過最好吃的拉麵。雖然很貴,但一定要嚐嚐!辣度很弱,所以即使加5倍也沒有那麼辣,試試辣吧!
很特別日本餐館在香港!座位每個—位!從來沒如此吃過!味道還算不錯!好吃!值得去試。

工作日下午5點左右去的,不用等就能馬上吃哈哈基本價$89,加3份叉燒$22,麵條續杯$19。作為參考,10%的稅是分開的哈哈我喜歡它適度辣,因為我把秘製醬汁翻了三倍。

The ramen is very good and highly customisable during the ordering process which involves a form you need to fill out (it has recommendations for the undecided). The seating arrangement in those little booths is the main attraction here. Perfect restaurant for introverts – although they also offer “normal” tables for groups. Gets very busy at times, so best go early.
Yeah .. no need to go to JP just to have this! Love this Ramen and it’s Super broth. They manage to maintain the same taste and service in HK. Kudos. Interestingly the char siew seems to taste better than in JP…hmmm
其實當時在日本的時候一直想去試一下一蘭,可是無奈時間不允許,後來聽說香港有一蘭於是就借著香港高鐵的開通來體驗一下,首先排隊是肯定的,我們中午時段去的,大概要排30-50分鐘,店員態度都非常好,會中文粵語英文以及部分日文,醬的辣度我選了2倍的,其實2倍也很辣 XD,大家不用擔心吃啥,上面點單都是有推薦的,所以不用擔心,⚠️切記,如果真覺得一碗麵吃不飽的話,一定要提前點追加麵條,不然下單了就不能繼續點了,所以建議各位一次性點完,用餐是有限制30分鐘的時間,所以請大家用餐完畢後拿著點單紙去前台付款(其實還是很貴的x
吃還是很好吃的,如果不怕辣的建議把湯喝完,會看到「この一滴が最高の喜びです」這個小彩蛋,希望大家有機會到香港能體驗一下一蘭拉麵吧!

4 stars for the ramen, 2 stars for the price. It tastes good but portion maybe a bit small for guys. They put only 2 small thin slices of pork, that’s way too little. The ramen is a bit pricey, HKD 130 for a standard ramen with extra meats (3 slices). Good to have a try but won’t go for second time as overpriced.
Nothing to write home about. We were staying at the Shangri-La Kowloon hotel and we saw that this was an essentially 24/7 restaurant with ramen. The service was quick and the food was good but the basic bowl without any additions was 95 HKD which is equivalent to a full meal in Canada. You can customize your bowl nicely but the add one are very expensive too. I got a soft boiled egg just for the experience and it was cold. Had to reheat it in my soup and it still didn’t taste that great. Also costed like $3 CAD for the egg which can buy you a dozen eggs haha. Not equivalent but basically saying it’s pretty expensive for decent food. Portions were around normal but not large.

The worst ramen I have ever tried in Hong Kong.
The soup was diluted like water and the texture of the noodle was too soft.
I am not rating this with comparing the Ichiran in Japan(which is not relevant and fair), I am rating this with 50+ ramen shop I’ve tried in Hong Kong.
Ichiban 好吃。就是ramen, 沒有其他的啦。
Great Ramen! Basically only 1 choice of food, then you can add or subtract side from it. Used to have long line of ppl waiting, but now the line are no more on a Weekday night. Could try again if the line stay this way.

One of the best ramen that I had in Hong Kong. I have never been to the one in Japan, but all of my friends said this is pretty similar to the one over there. The broth is really tasty and the ramen is cooked perfectly. I suggest you add some more toppings on the side. Definitely worth all the wait.
Craving for the Number 1 Ramen House in Japan while in Hong Kong then this is the best place. I really love this ramen house, worth every penny and the service was very good. Just be sure to ask for the English order form since they don’t speak English.

一蘭拉麵的味道在香港也沒變,但是價錢變貴好多.
I’ve been to this location twice so far and the quality of ramen never disappoints. It’s worth the wait in my opinion.
Wait time:
The wait may vary depending on if you’re there during lunch or dinner time but otherwise it shouldn’t exceed an hour. Also depends if you’re sitting in a booth (way shorter wait time) or group tables. We went for the group tables on both occasions. The first time I waited for 45 minutes at around 7 and two days ago I waited around 20 minutes at 6:30. (The employees don’t do estimates of wait times cause we asked and they had no idea)
Service:
The service great. Very polite servers who are multilingual, very quick and efficient in bringing our your exact order so they won’t mistake or have to ask which ramen is who’s.
Environment:
I went with friends on both occasions so I have never used booths. However the group seating area is nice. There’s definitely enough space and they even use these dividers to maximize their use of the space. The dim red light is pretty comforting and decor simple. Sometimes they even let you use baskets to store your bags/belongings under the table.
Food:
Always piping hot when served. Consistency in quality. The ramen is one of the best I ever had. From noodle texture to soup base to the pork slices that have a good meat to fat ratio. The slight self customization for the ramen is great. The eggs in Hong Kong are boiled to perfection with a slightly runny inside. Oh for water though, it’s self service located in a specific area and they only have cold water.
Price:
The price for just the ramen is very fair. Around 89hkd. However the toppings range from around 10-20hkd for a single thing like an egg so it’s a bit expensive. The most worthy sideis probably the kae-Dama, or extra portion of noodles. They have a set you can get which comes with an egg, sliced wood ear mushrooms, 2 nori or seaweed, and 3 more slices of pork for 60hkd. Sides are still a bit expensive in my opinion.
Anyways, the conclusion is that it’s definitely worth a try and I’ll definitely return again.
排隊45分鐘, 不值
A famous Japanese ramen restaurant with special emphasise on the taste of the food. So, they developed a “system”, which is their signature seating settings, to help you mindfully taste the ramen. Here in this shop, they have both this special seating and common small table at the hall. If you are in large groups, the hall maybe more suitable for you.
Beware of long queues because it is full of tourists throughout the day. It opens very late at night.

兩個多禮拜前喺大坂食過一蘭,琴日再去一蘭尖沙咀店試嚇。配服日本人做事嘅作風,喺香港食嘅拉麵同大坂無乜唔同,除咗價錢香港貴幾成。
Price is quite expensive, but it tastes really good. Try to order based on what the restaurant’s recommends. It is a good and safe choice nonetheless
I think the quality is lower than Ichiran in Japan .. Shashu is a tiny piece ?? and the decoration not like in Japan.. no privacy …

從入口走到座位大約需要2分鐘。
地板上貼著膠帶,上面寫著:“請往這邊走。”感覺就像舊市政廳。裡面感覺就像一個酒吧。似乎有一蘭風格的座位。
味道我不能說什麼,因為我不記得日本的一蘭,但我想知道如果我不更換它會不會更少。
廚房里大概有10個人,收銀台有3個。還有很多紀念品。我不知所措。
Great tasting ramen in a very casual setting. Can be seated individually or in a common dining area
ICHIRAN in Hong Kong isn’t identical to the Japanese ICHIRAN but it comes dang close. There are subtle differences like the egg didn’t seem to be boiled in soy and the chasu is a little too lean and the broth isn’t quite the same but if you’re looking for a hearty bowl of ramen, ICHIRAN isn’t a bad place to go.

Tasty, big portions of Ramen you can change up to your taste. Loved it, tasted like in Japan. Friendly staff and free water. We didn’t have to wait for a seat but after we were done (at about 8pm)there was a queue so make sure to arrive early or be prepared to wait.
Not as awesome as the ones in Japan but close enough. Good to be able to choose the spiciness level and texture of the noodles.
The outlet at tsim sha tsui is the one with table seating and not cubicles.
Good ramen. Underground. Open till 5/6am – no queue overnight! At least 100 HKD per ramen.
ichiran is always the best for.me but HK branch is too much expensive than japan. almost x 1.5
有單人卡位同多人枱,但我覺得埋單成100蚊一碗而坐單人卡位就一般。麵不錯,但亦唔覺得同其他出名既拉麵差好遠,份量亦少。太貴了。差不多出名的麵有其他選擇
