最愛就是吃一蘭,每個星期都會去吃。一個人都要等位,常常要等30分鐘左右。
拉麵可選軟硬度,我選正常,來到時還有咬口。湯底很讚,濃濃的豬骨湯,很厚身,味道十分好。
尖沙咀,名過其實
好有日本feel,當自己去左日本!但食物的選擇不多!沒有海鮮和魚生。

Pretty cool Ichiran shop becasue they provide an open area for you where you can sot with your family face to face other than other Ichiran shops I been to. The service is fast as always and the food is really good. Price is above average as usual. The shop is located at the back of Chong Qing building and there’s a huge park beside. All in all, we are satisfied of the experience.
呢間一蘭,人流明顯小左好多,等位既情況已經不復在,順帶一提,如果係想食飽的話,恐怕要加底!

在香港尖沙咀開設的分店當然要試下、
拉麵店開設在地庫、
店裏座位分屋台區或單人座位區、
進入了屋台區感覺好像去了日本似的、感覺懷舊、佈置有點像大排檔、氣氛挺好、
拉麵是幼麵、
豬骨湯底不會太油膩、可選擇濃度、
傳統的製作就是不用買弄花巧、 簡簡單單的、巳是一碗很美味的拉麵。
Ok, if you are coming for the individual booth ramen experience than it is ok. If you want good ramen then you may need to lower your expectations. There are many people, so expect a long wait and queue even when you are in the restaurant. The prices are not cheap, $89 for the basic ramen (soup, noodles, spring onions, 1-2 pieces of pork, everything else is an extra). The soup booth is good, noodles are not bad. That’s about it. I have had better elsewhere for better pricing. As mentioned, you come here for the experience more than the food.
好差,係越做越差,啲叉燒只係一片片嘅肥肉完全唔似叉燒,啲麵同街市買嘅某種中式麵差唔多, 麵少 湯鹹…唔會再食!如果要揀我一定推薦大門食堂,屯門灣仔我都食過質素好高,我帶親朋友去佢哋食都話冇介紹錯!值得大家去支持下!
宵夜有一蘭很滿足
Love this ramen place, taste is similar to original in Japan. They offer table that we can sit together while in Japan they have only alone small room. Price is a little higher than original. Not long line waiting but inside is always crowed. You can order extra noodle itself refill later. Free still water (self service).
The best time to go there to avoid the long lines is between 8:30 – 10:00 in the morning. The service crew is very efficient .
First Ichiran experience – Level 5 spicy, hard noodle texture with egg, charsiu, seeweed and fungus. Freaking delicious!!!!
一蘭個湯同麵都一流,可惜肉太少
I love Ichiran. It’s my favourite noodle place on Earth. I had it in Tokyo and I was so looking forward to trying it out in Hong Kong. I was not disappointed. It tasted almost exactly the same and the overall experience was very similar. However, it is more expensive compared to Japan.
都算好食嘅,不過唔好計價錢(性價比)啊,太平山望落嚟嘅老襯完全足夠養起數以百計嘅日本拉麵店。
連湯也可以喝光? …

上次日本吃不用排隊,來香港反而排太久?湯頭上口味較鹹點? …
性價比差
名氣很大,味道不過如此,湯有點偏甜了,量少吃不飽,不如北京四十多元的日式拉麵。服務一言難盡,服務生直接說I don’t speak Chinese也是開了眼界。收銀台不收大額現金,現金和信用卡分別結賬也不可以。不會來第二次。
Taste was good but the meat came with the standard bowl was not enough for a carnivore like me. So I ordered extra barbecue pork and veggies but then noodles were not enough. Ended up with an extra half portion of noodles ordered. It’s quite expensive in the end.
味道跟日本的差不多

The best ramen. This Hong Kong branch duplicates almost exactly the Japanese Ichiran experience. It’s on Minden Row in TST near an Eric Kaiser cafe. They have a large hallway with tables for big groups but they also provide the authentic Ichiran experience of slurping on your ramen in the privacy of your own cubicle. No ticketing machine here. You sit down, fill up an order coupon (don’t forget to order the soft boiled egg and extra pork), press the buzzer and wait for heaven to come to you through that slot in front of you slightly covered by a bamboo curtain.
The broth is spot on—creamy, porky, salty and lingers in your mouth just to give you something to reminisce as you walk out of the restaurant. The thin slices of pork are so tender. The noodles and egg cooked perfectly. The soft boiled egg is served separately and is cold. So if you want it runny put it in as you are about to eat the egg. But what I do is let it soak in the broth for a few second so it will have my preferred consistency. Totally up to you.
Opens 8:00 am until 5 or 6 am.

The taste is pretty similar to the standard comparing with Ichiran in Japan. The soup in Japan is hotter, which is better in my opinion. But overall, I still really enjoy it 🙂
非熱門時間去可以減少排隊等候時間
無論去那個國家的分店品質口味都不變,不過尖沙咀店通常排隊較久,若行程允許也可以考慮銅鑼灣本店
位處於K11附近, 緬甸台,旁邊是垃圾站和訊號山花園入囗,搶眼的紅色招牌,行落地庫,跟日本店很相似,當日來到是4:00,就看準不是人多的時候來,八成均是旅客,通常為內地人和泰國人,分了桌子位或日本的單間位,因為我單獨一人,被以為是和前邊一群內地人的一團,給劃成了一塊,他們要等日本的單間位,後來店員說外邊桌子可以立即就坐,我就立即說我是單人的。跟住單子劃圈圈,選湯底的濃度,油膩度,辣度,面的軟硬度,要蔥或不要蔥等,我通常都選普通,但面我一定會選較硬,再按一下桌上的呼喚燈,店員就來落單,再等多5分鐘左右面就上桌,味道跟日本的很相似,價錢是$89,比日本就貴點,我居然三四啖就把麵吃光了,眨眨眼不夠飽,追加多一個面,加了$19,今次選普通硬度的,不一會又上桌,我又是三扒兩撥吃光了,旁枱的日本男人望了我一眼,可能覺得我吃太多了,臨走才發現有自助水機,吃了面覺得很咸,飲了半杯水,埋單走人,總的來說,除非很想吃拉麵,不然花個百多元,覺得不是太值。

不錯吃!但跟日本現場還是有些差別
一蘭拉麵?,享用宵夜的好地方。餐廳位於地下室,有個人隔間座位也有多人桌子 …
與日本一樣美味但價格貴了不少,這間特別的是除了一蘭慣有的單獨不受打擾的座位以外,還有四人桌可以選擇!想一同與家人朋友用餐的話可以多一種選擇,但相對就明顯比較喧鬧了點。還是建議選單獨雅座用餐比較好。
零晨時間食拉麵既地方
就像在日本一樣美味。但價格相當高。

日本來的拉麵,口味與在日本吃的差不多,用餐環境不像日本是一格一格用餐而是走屋台方式用餐,感覺少了點日本味,用餐時間大排長龍。

每次去日本都會吃的一蘭拉麵,在香港也有,所以就試了一下。拉麵肉湯比日本的要淡一些。不過味道還原的還是不錯的,可以辣著吃,很符合韓國人的口味,所以如果喜歡一蘭的話,我覺得還是值得一去的^-^
