Taste mere okay but sub-par for the price. Portion is small unless you pay extra for eggs, seaweeds and extra pork which cost more than 50% of the price of the ramen itself. Many way better choices out there.

第一次去試下,味道可以,服務員太冷了,把點單遞給他,他搶過去放在桌上再寫,是搶的,當時亦被嚇了一下,跟着說話耷低頭擰歪面,完全聽唔到佢講乜。
麻麻地,都唔夠日本好食既
The texture of the ramen is superb. The price is slightly higher but for people who love Japanese ramen I believe it is worth the money. The service is quite fast too. It is amazing to have something as close as possible to that which is found only in Japan. This is not an exaggeration. There are really very few places that can offer the authentic taste of ramen.
一蘭不會讓你失望
香港的同日本的分別很多，日本的湯濃厚和鮮味，香港全部欠奉，香港的可以不試了
熱水底真的不錯，加了特製的醬汁，正常的city drink就是底，味道年輕，口感很好，我中午的那種，量也不過分，而且做菜也簡單，好久沒能把這兩部分都提高了！
我覺得湯最好喝！表面很薄，質感很好，是我喜歡的類型。不過量少，我覺得chachu不是很好吃。如果能改進到這一點，那就完美了！
If you love Ramen, there’s a before and after in your life once you go to this place.

好味唔洗講，裝修和味道都同日本差唔多，雖然把衰咀話憎日本仔，但排隊朝聖多數糸操普通話人仕，但一百蚊一碗麵，醒塊紫菜海帶或半隻溫泉蛋都得啩

Not enough air conditioning even with lots of fans inside the shop still it’s too hot in there to enjoy the food. Ramen is meant to be eating hot but this place is very not enjoyable. The soup is not thick nor rich but it’s salty and i had been thirsty for the whole night.. ? $95/bowl with only three thin small pieces of pork is totally not worth it. Nice things are the staffs are friendly and polite, and it has self-serve cold water with big glass. Yet, won’t be visiting again. Thanks!
Some is different at this outlet.
Well, for one, the sitting concept is different. Ichiran calls this the yatai style, which is a hall with desks instead of solitude booths.
But the tastes also comes out 2nd best in various aspects.
First, the char siu tastes of stale oil, like it has been kept too long or kept in the wrong condition.
Next, the soup tasted rather sweet.
This is certainly a bummer, so unlike the constant quality of Ichiran stalls visited in the past.

The food is very good. You get to choose the firmness of your noodles, the consistency of the soup and how hot you want it to be. But that doesn’t seem to justify the price. The worst is of course it is in the basement. I find it a bit characterless. I won’t be back.
Live up to it’s name though i never tried the one in Japan. Delicious ramen sadly the cashier is annoying. Friendly advice you can’t pay using 1000 denomination
一般，叉燒太柴，湯麵還可以
貴，但好食
一蘭拉麵最好係可以比你揀濃度，油膩感，落唔落蔥，义燒咁，連麵的軟硬度都可以自己話事。

一樣美味，服務週到。
可以選擇湯汁濃度和麵條的熟度，所以可以根據自己的口味吃，但是基本的拉麵太簡單了，如果要加澆頭的話價格太貴了。就個人而言，我不知道為什麼這麼貴。值得體驗，但我不推薦它。

不過不失，一種面食，屬於鹼水味，相對咁既價錢就有啲唔抵。日本是但一間都會取勝到。
現在tst店內部裝修緊，又嘈又無一格格坐。
依家7週年，叫一碗麵就送杯檸檬茶。
三片薄到好似紙咁嘅肉，一匙蔥，一個麵，味道一般到冇得再一般，簡直就係垃圾，呃錢，神山好食佢好多！

Ichiran ramen is one of the best ramens I had in Hong Kong. The customer service was fantastic. The staff gives you a warm welcome after you enter. I never thought I would be able to experience such amazing ramen here in Hong Kong. The soup and the noodles were the stars of the dish. Loved it. You simply want to keep coming back after you leave the place. I haven’t tried Japan’s Ichiran so I don’t know how close the taste is but I sure can guarantee that you will not be disappointed
