都是好食的，但只開放屋台部份，少了一點一蘭特色。
一個人的香港行，早就耳聞多時的一蘭拉麵，當然是這趟你旅程必吃的店家，客製化的菜單，一個人用餐的座位空間，很適合像我這樣的旅人
濃郁的湯頭，配上吸附滿滿湯汁的麵條，咬下一口叉燒，是一大享受！愛吃辣的人呀，可別忘了加點他們的辣粉一起品嚐，額頭微微滲出的汗珠，是好吃的證明！

We had not been to Ichiran for months. Quality keeps stable and good. Excellent!
Food was very nice!! Loved the soup it was so rich and flavorful
First off, underground restaurant. That in if itself was super intriguing! The whole process was very different from regular dining, the service and the staff were kind and always greeted a new customer at the same time.
Ramen was great!! Loved it, the soup was delicious (drank the entire bowl!) and had ordered an extra egg and pork. Delicious delicious delicious! Best part is that you get to customize your bowl of ramen to your preferences, down to the softness of the noodle- everything about this place, from the decoration to the staff uniform to the Japanese ads of Ichiran they play on the tv- fantastic. Loved the food, the vibe, the mood, the atmosphere, the service – all in all, a very good experience!
香港一蘭惟一能保持日本水準的是麵條，希望是由日本運過來吧？湯頭選了普通度，但也是死䶢！味精好勁，吃完久久也止不了口渴。叉燒只有兩片，薄到半透明。另加溫泉蛋一隻HK$16；一碗麵幾啖已食完，收你HK$95，共HK$111！
完全over price，本人不會在香港再光顧。
一人單獨格位正在裝修，疫情期間店員細心安排坐位盡量保持距離，身高140cm 以下小童贈送免費拉麵（有叉燒又有蛋）兼有貼紙，感覺良好，岩岩政府公佈星期三（7月29日）起不設堂食，如果短期內想去要留意安排。
麵很好吃，跟日本台灣口味都是一致！但是香港一蘭環境好吵，感覺跟在大排檔吃麵沒什麼兩樣！

至好味的拉麵
1.價錢偏貴，甚至係過貴，唔值呢個價，39-40蚊會考慮回購
2.我點咗份叉燒(2塊)+溫泉蛋拉面，共122蚊，口味揀咗偏咸少少，食完之後:我真心覺得同我以前食過平價拉面冇差別
3.對食貨呢講，完全係唔值去到尖沙咀試食。
4.期待很大，失望勁大，價錢唔合理，不過係得尖沙咀做生意，貴就貴係個舖租同地段位。
服務態度一流，味道如一??
但支筆無墨，要多檢查 …
每個位置是有板分隔的. 相比其他店相當五錯不過價格有点貴。兩三倍辣度最好吃。可加溏心蛋，注意是半生而且是冷的要泡在熱湯一会先好食，試過店員遞上就即食好快肚子痛麵也吃不了? …
湯味濃郁，好味道！價格相對比較貴。
來香港也是要吃一蘭~
It’s as tasty as Ichiran in Japan. The staff is very friendly and service is fast.
Ichiran Ramen is not the best in my ramen list.
But this must not be a bad one.
Noodle is good and Soup is hot enough.
環境好!湯底有點過咸!
This ramen shop used to be on street level and smaller, so the fact they have moved to a bigger (abeit underground) location means that they are doing well. The soup base of the ramen is the heart and soul of the experience, and boy it is especially good. There is a choice of his concentrated you want the soup to be, how hard the noodle you want it to be, etc. Very customizable. Free child bowl of ramen if you download their app to become a member. Clean, hygienic, with a self serve water bar with ice, cold or hot water. Only complaint and one star off was how incredibly small there portion was, and how tiny and incredibly thin the pork meat was in the standard order portion. I can easily imagine anyone hungry enough to need to eat 2 bowls in order to satisfy their stomach as well as their tastebuds.
唔係話唔好食，但好似唔值咁貴
在疫情期間，好懷念去日本旅行嘅日子。今日早上10:00，嚟到呢間尖沙咀店嘅一蘭，等佢開門，入去品嚐美味嘅拉麵，感受日式裝修嘅風格。呢間分店與銅鑼灣店嘅佈局係唔同嘅，店內類似大排檔嘅排位，加上在門口用販賣機，好像帶我去到福岡嘅拉麵店一樣。
During the epidemic, I miss the days of traveling to Japan. At 10:00 this morning, I went to Ichilan Tsim Sha Tsui store, waited for it to open, and went in to taste delicious ramen and feel the style of Japanese decoration. The layout of this branch is different from that of the Causeway Bay store. The rank in the store is similar to that of a food stall. With the vending machine at the door, it seems to take me to a ramen shop in Fukuoka.
唔錯
Always a hit everytime I go! The ramen is as good as everyone hypes it to be! Definitely recommend getting an extra half or full noodle as for me, just the normal portion isn’t enough and there is usually enough broth for the extra noodles!
