A japanese ramen shop with a long history at this place. The place is a bit isolated to the deep basement, so only some ramen lovers and local office people know this place. Its signature dish is NAGASAKI champong, seafood noodle in pork bone soup. It is absolutely wonderful. People are fairly nice and the shop is simple and neat.

4 Jan 19: lunch time, 5 people, speed like a fast food restaurant, the noodles came within 5 mins, the soup is quite light and don’t feel thirsty, but the lunch set noodles portion is very small compare with the a-la-Carte noodles size.
The BBQ pork is not thick and no thick sauce cover it. The BBQ pork rice is good, but my friend’s rice for pork (another kind of pork) is not that good, the pork is not easy to chew and not a juicy one.
Also, i saw many tourists come here.

Hidden gem in TST.The shrimp dumplings are tasty. The portion of food become smaller (compare to previous sharing). Ramen is above the general standard in HK. There is a dinner set for 2 persons now, which costs around 250 but without any drinks.

地點舖址隱閉,地方細,但招呼都可接受,拉麵普通,價格與地方不成正比,在北海道拉麵橫丁食好食得多!
從開始喜歡食日本拉麵到今日，都差不多只會叫長崎拉麵，雖然近年發現原來佢嘅味道原來同褔州可以食到嘅麵非常相似，只係長崎拉麵會更香更濃。講到味道，當然係當初十幾年前嘅更好味道，湯底更濃更香，加埋佢嘅辣椒醬會更加好食，雖然佢嘅辣椒醬對好多人嚟講完全唔辣，但加咗一定唔會令你失望。
份量少、拉麵太淡、吃不到豬骨湯味、日式义燒只得一片肥膏????? …
