收一蘭,一風堂價錢,味千質素。
選擇少,量少。係尖咀啲名店埸有裝修,有海景,坐得舒服,收費頗貴,如果唔係朋友搵左位,絕對冇下次。
Another great independent ramen place in Hong Kong! The pork shoulder ramen is quite special and I like the fish broth. I ordered extra noodles and the portion is just the same as what you get from the bowl of ramen ?
Great service and delicious ramen, this is a must try!
Nice ramen. Surprisingly good. I like the chopped onion. The soup is thick but not too rich ( not oily). Will come again.
Remarks. U need to pay extra $10 for the egg.

久違地食個拉麵,實在太掛住日本
拉麵一上枱,香氣是合格的
湯底是豚骨魚介醬油,濃厚風
入口濃稠且帶魚介香,反而不太察覺有醬油,要後面先會食到
但質素算唔錯,日本食到的水準
麵方面用的是長直麵,掛湯力優秀,麵質偏硬,雖無硬度選擇,但個人偏好硬所以滿意
配料方面有叉燒及慢煮豬肩,兩種都稱得上不錯,叉燒火炙過且加上一小團辛醬提高鮮味
慢煮豬肩肉質滑嫩,調味也剛好,配上少量胡椒更加畫龍點睛
驚喜的是荀乾,作為荀乾控表示優質,應該是自家製,無罐頭貨的臭酸同霉,十分優秀
溏心蛋必加,酒香濃郁,熟度剛好,非常優秀,要試之選
但,每樣單獨看都算不錯,但有一敗筆
就是一體性,除了湯底外一樣重要的因素
由慢煮豬肩到荀乾和溏心蛋,與湯底都不太搭
使整碗麵食完有點違和感產生,
有點可惜
如果是配清爽風的湯底會更佳
雖然如此,但在疫情下是值得來食,回味一下日式拉麵的味道

Mediocre. But you can consider it a fair choice in HK, where finding good Japanese ramen is difficult
湯頭鮮美、溏心蛋恰到好處亦入味、慢燉豬肩肉十分出色,炙燒义燒不夠油香也不夠軟有點硬!最不喜歡是麵,是幼麵的麵粉令湯變杰,我十分不喜歡!

Great taste, soap made by pork bones and dried fish. Hence chef put onion & spicy to made the difference. Those pork shoulder and belly are so tender and yummy.

Restaurant is located on a single one way lane road with a bunch of restaurants in the area.
The ramen shop is clean and took good precautions against covid. Ramen was decent and toppings (I ordered the extra egg) was good. The soup wasn’t piping hot and the noodles was cooked to the right texture (el dente). Overall a good ramen place.
Awesome restaurant with great food and good staff. A highly recommended ramen restaurant in TST.

而這裡是用豚骨魚介醬油湯底,雖然是豚骨熬製,但相比沒有九州的濃稠,而且豚骨香較遜色? 但湯底亦能散發出陣陣魚介香?
火灸過的豬腩肉,油香盡放,肥瘦分明,質感不霉散,水準不錯??
慢煮豬肩肉口感柔軟,肉質帶著肉香??
拉麵幼身而煙韌,掛湯力甚佳??

雖然他不是什麼過江龍拉麵店,只是一個曾經跟過日本拉麵店廚師學過廚的香港人??但作為一間香港人拉麵店,不但開設在尖沙咀這個貴價的地段,還要與多間過江龍拉麵店競爭,真的不得不佩服他的志氣? 但係有時候,本地薑不一定比過江龍差?大家多支持香港人的店舖?
湯雖然唔厚,但有層次,豚骨魚介湯+醬油+洋蔥 好香,和幼麵幾夾。蛋亦從未見失準,系難得一間香港人開有做得好食嘅拉麵店!

Flavourful broth, love the depth that the onion and seaweed brings. The ramen egg is the best I have ever had. Only 3 choices, but you don’t need many choices when your product is so good.

湯係魚介豬骨湯底,比純豬骨清淡。少左豬骨腥味,多左鰹魚味。因為本人鍾意食魚,所以好鍾意。
面係幼麵,無鹼水味,煮得岩岩好有咬口。慢煮豬腩肉係煙燻叉燒,香口,夠肥。另外嘅慢煮豬肩,比較瘦,重黑椒味,似高級火腿。溏心蛋做得好。筍乾用左麻油調味,唔鍾意筍乾味嘅應該都食到。
飲曬D湯,食完5個鐘都無味精個種口乾。
服務態度算好好。下次想食豬骨拉麵會再黎。
話說對面就係光榮冰室,如若呢間日後太多人等,附近都好多選擇。

Not bad but only average in HK.
There is only one soup option on offer and the only difference is the type of meat – pork belly or pork shoulder loin. We went for both since it’s just HK$10 more.
I love that the soup was slightly smoky and not too heavy. However, not a fan of the onions as they tend to overwhelm the taste of the soup.
We got a side of chilli (HK$5) which gave the soup an extra kick. Would recommend for variety only if there are 2 or more of you.
As for the meat, both were tender but not exceptionally memorable.
Overall, 中规中矩 but would not be back given many other better options.

The egg is great, one of the best I had. The chilli is unique and mix well with the broth. The extra noodle was well seasoned and taste interesting; reminded me of noodle in Indonesia. Pricy, but good experience. However, payments are cash only and one time I was worried I didn’t bring enough cash (around 300 HKD) one time I went. Caused mild anxiety.
We a restaurant only offers 3 dishes (essentially same dish with few extra topping), they better be good at it and wow this place certainly is. The best noodle I have had in few years .

An authentic Japanese ramen restaurant. Only 3 types of dish are available but that’s what makes customers keep returning. Soup base is superb with rich aroma. The restaurant is small and I can view the semi open kitchen from my table. Chef is definitely putting a lot of hearts to each bowl of ramen. Pork slices are very tender and perfect match to the noodles that are cooked just right. This place is a germ.
