環境不錯，拉麵也算是中上級數
拉麵不錯，頗具日本氣息，價錢略貴。
拉麵尚算可以。有不同的麵質可以選擇，主打豚骨湯，炙燒豚肉。豚肉略瘦，適合怕肥人士，不過就失去了一口咬下肥肉的豐厚口感。
店內樓底太高，又加上開放式廚房，冷氣欠奉。夏天食拉麵已經夠熱，再加上舖內的冷氣不足，要快吃快離開。
If you pass by this place during dinner time you’ll see a line that almost stretches out all the way around the corner. Quite a feat considering the restaurant is no where near that corner. Bari-Uma offers a great selection of Ramen with the usual options to customize as you see fit. Their selection of drinks, desserts, and side dishes are varied and great as well. Definitely worth the wait in line.

The food is great. But the place is not really big, which is common in HK, so you gonna need to wait to be seated

Reasonably priced. Love the soup and that fat thick cut chashu
服務態度有禮誠懇，食物水準及上菜速度不錯, 只是輪候入座時間較久。
午市水準下降 厚切豚肉沒味道
加配的炸雞也沒味道
不建議多人的時候去
來自日本廣島的拉麵店，主打濃厚湯底及自製麵條，配上灸熱叉燒，味道令人回味無窮
這裡的拉麵屬於濃口的，叉燒是偏肥的腩肉、湯頭也偏油，個人口味很重，所以頗喜歡。午餐時間拉麵加12蚊就有一客餃子或炸雞，十分抵食
湯底真材實料, 叉燒肥瘦適中, 朋友嫌店內冷氣和通風略不足, 可能係氣溫高達38°c 所致.

Ramen here although not the best, but taste and quality still comparable to those in Japan.
Nice ramen joint. They had chicken Chashu which I’ve never seen before so I ordered it. Didn’t like it very much but the noodles the soup were great. Would definitely go back

Nice thick soup Raman
Awesome Ramen, terrible 1 track looping elevator music. I’m assuming it is done to annoy you into eating quickly so that you give up your seat to the next patron post haste.

Poor food quality , disappointed
The service was good actually, but the ramen taste really really bad with strong scent of lye , it made me feel sick.
Quite comfy, food is not as good as the top ones. Moderate to expensive price.

湯又濃又香 豬肉又淋又入味 加埋味玉無得輸

一無是處。雞白湯欠缺層次，只有鹹。豚肉拉麵湯底稍為好一點點，但一樣欠缺任何層次，只有鹹。叉燒味道普通。味付玉子算是比較好。餃子皮封口位置偏硬，也是令人失望的一味。如果不用排隊，可能會給兩顆星吧。需要排隊40分鐘再付出$88才換來的一碗拉麵，這個質素真的一次便夠了。really really salty soup base, the flavor lacks a kick. Chicken and pork meat also tastes rather bland. Not recommended and definitely not near the level of nice ramen shops in Japan

辛辣灸燒豚肉味玉拉麵（中辛）
湯很濃稠，卻不是很鹹，但說不出有什麼特別濃鬱豬骨味道。麵質很好，好有口感和質感。火燒過的厚切義燒是值得一讚，肉質肥瘦和軟硬度適中，很少吃到這麼好的日式義燒。玉子是流心的，有淡淡的醬油味，很好吃。除了湯頭一般外，其他都很讚。價錢並不大眾化，但有此質素的拉麵，可以一試。
