鬧市中的食店總是不及週邊地區的小店，有一種必須盡量利用空間及爭取最大利潤的感覺。食物本身不俗但略嫌叉燒燒得太過候，不夠嫩滑。湯底好像只有官能刺激而缺乏令人感動的味道。

Their ramen in chicken soup and dumping are delicious and special. However, I don’t think it worth to wait 30 mins for dinner at this ramen restaurant.

湯底不錯，唔會太肥
Nice relaxed and informal atmosphere, the food is great I enjoyed a really excellent dinner. Each plate was always presented in a really nice way, which is sways an added plus.
All most zero waiting time, which was great since I had a late night dinner.
Prices are honest, probably even low for the quality they offer.
Will definitely come back when in Hong Kong!

排隊排左大概半個鐘，試左個推介既辛辣燒豚肉味拉麵，不過有少少失望。。。
餐廳內冷氣不足，麵底ok, 五花腩較鞋， 湯底濃但較肥膩

待應有禮服務到位，拉麵的麵可選軟硬度，弄得非常不錯，湯很濃但又不會咸，叉燒是炙憢，厚的肥肉比例少，即是瘦肉，屬於偏硬的，而配糖心蛋不錯，帶點辣的令人停不下來，整體味道不錯。價錢在這地區算是合理。
這是香港的日本拉麵。如果你期待它，那你就錯了。

This shop attracts lots of hype. It’s not bad but did not strike me as particularly memorable.
Fairly tight settings and perhaps slightly understaffed. Many of the patrons are tourists and can get quite rowdy.
The Noodles has a great texture. One of the best in HK. Soup base is very rich but too salty. This unfortunately overpowers most of the other taste and reduces the depth and structure of the experience. The slow cooked barbeque pork is very tender. The accompanying soft boiled egg has great favour.
Price is about HKD100 for a bowel of ramen.
Overall It’s a reasonable experience but still a long way off to what’s on offer in Japan in terms of quality, experience and price.

2018/1/15 中午和老婆出尖沙咀辦事，順便揾間未去過的食肆午餐，從Openrice中選了霸嗎拉麵，日本色彩濃厚，湯、麵、餃子都很好，只是塊肉罪惡了一點(稍肥但好食)。

Friendly price for the best ramen in HongKong! If you are first time trying, I recommend roasted pork ramen which tasted perfect, if you can eat spicy try the spicy one coz it is most popular. I also tried the ramen with chicken stuffed with roasted pork which sound like a gimmick but it is not exceptional in taste. Will come back for sure, even though the line is long！
This branch of the famous Ramen Chain is located out on the street front. Very easy to find.
I ordered the Spicy Karatama-Uma Ramen with Pork as choice of meat. The ramen soup was something I still have wet dreams about. The meat was very well cooked and easy to break off and was accompanied with a perfect Soft-boiled egg.
For dessert I tried out the Black Sesame Japanese Ice-Cream which was really nice too.
Service was quick and courteous. Would love to visit again!
次次經過呢間拉麵店都見到都排曬長龍，今日一於去試咗下。濃豚骨湯拉麵，濃鬱的湯底包住每一條拉麵，好正。果然真材實料先得咁多人幫襯啦
Like every other ramen restaurant, queueing is compulsory but the wait isn’t long. I ordered the spiciest one without herbs, they come as I ordered which is a good thing.
The noodle portion is relatively smaller than others, the soup taste okay, although isn’t very spicy. I think people who can’t eat too spicy can try the lowest spiciness there.
If you do care about the cleanness of the restaurant, they clean where they think you will look but not the places in the darker corner or the ceiling.

The ramen was good, the only reason keeping me from 5 stars is because the employees are not friendly at all, especially employee Kam, he is not friendly even to his other employees, not sure if he’s a manager or not, he should be more polite

平日路過都見大排長龍，今晚颱風過後，見不用排隊就入嚟試試，湯底同麵質都只是一般，最有驚喜係兩大件厚切雞叉燒，肉質結實又嫩滑。

Best Ramen I had for a long time. Definitely worth a visit.

雞肉叉燒 味玉 拉麵，雞叉燒肉滑，雞皮微脆，味玉合格，湯不會過咸
拉麵湯底味道濃鬱，叉燒是五花腩，餃子和炸雞球都好吃，坐位尚算舒適。晚餐時段要排隊，建議下午茶時段吃。
湯底一般，日式叉燒太厚太鞋，名過於實。
