The chance siu ramen is quite good, better than what you can find in most of the Japanese ramen restaurants in Hong Kong.

很好吃，在尖沙咀吃了一蘭，第二天又在這裡吃了88紅達爾拉麵，是味噌拉麵，不過比一蘭好吃。
這是一家香港當地的餐廳，人們排隊吃飯。
Surprisingly large portions of high quality pork. Very rich broth, ramen had good texture and good supporting ingredients (green onions, bamboo, egg).
I was always deterred by the queue outside the restaurant, but it’s worth it if you can avoid the lines.
已急不及待去食。味道唔錯! 可以再去!
Good taste and also have kids meal.

Undoubtedly one of the best places in Hong Kong to have ramen. Broth is delicious. Loaded with veggies, meat and tender noodles. I also tried chicken chashu with sticky rice, super awesome. Highly recommend. Their Draught beer is worth a try as well.
跟朋友來吃午餐，原本以為會有挺長的等候時間，但是不到幾分鐘我們就能進入。
尖沙咀來說，地方也挺大的。
我看了圖片就想吃炙燒豚肉味玉拉麵。等了一會便來了。它的雞蛋是溏心蛋，做得非常好吃！拉麵也軟硬適中，最喜歡的是它的炙燒豚肉，尤其是它的肉夠「林」。可能是有比較多肥肉，但是本人是比較喜歡肥的所以對我來說不是問題。湯底也不錯，可是我不能確定是否沒有味精因為喝了湯會有點口喝。總括而言也是非常推薦的！

Very strong taste of pork and onion, may be harsh for those who prefer light taste. The meat looks better than it tastes for being little dry and coarse

The noodles were nicely cooked. The pricing is justified as it comes with a huge pork and full egg. I love that they have an option for less oil. There is normally a half hour wait during peak hours. If you are visiting as a big group, you may need to wait longer unless you choose to sit separately. If you want to pay separately in the end, you must remind them so before placing an order.

Don’t come here if you need to pay with cents. Cents were not considered any money value due to their so-called “company policy”. Food was fair and interesting explanation!!!

Amazing ramen and I love the pork belly. The soup is surprisingly rich and the restaurant is relatively cheaper than “hyped” names.
平時經過尖沙咀霸嗎拉麵，通常都見長長既人龍。今日剛巧無咩人排隊，所以就去左食喇。?
同好多拉麵店一樣，霸嗎可以俾係揀麵既軟硬度，多蔥/走蔥，少油，走荀。拉麵我叫左灸燒豚肉味玉拉麵，麵就揀左正常硬度，即係適中，其他多蔥/走蔥，少油，走荀都無揀。等左5分鐘左右，麵就送到黎喇，時間麵唔會話好耐。湯好濃郁豬骨味，豚肉好厚身，不過可能會有人嫌塊肉好肥，我就反而覺得肥瘦適中喇。??
去得食拉麵，除左拉麵?，當然係要叫餃子?啦。霸嗎既羽根燒餃子，有整個脆皮底，好有日本傳統餃子風格，食落口好juicy，好好食。?
特盛的四片豚肉非常難吃、非常硬
A considerably affordable and decent ramen shop in Hong Kong. Highly recommended it, the gyoza was hella lit!
The bamboo shoot isn’t sweet, disgusting. I guess it isn’t from Japan. The soup is viscous as tradionanl, but not salty, a bit sour like miso soup. The pork is attractive in colour, thick, fatty but the taste not fatty at all. The egg is “eggcellent”, an whole egg was served. The noodle is cooked & soaked deeply in the soup, becoming brown, not easy to taste this kinda of noodle texture in hk.
The place has the style of a franchise but service is efficient, water is free and ramen tastes good

一般的麵館，沒什麼特別的，沒有人會說英語。當地人喜歡那裡，入口處甚至排起了長隊。他們吃了兩種不同類型的麵條，雞肉和龍蝦。很好吃，很喜歡。大約有 20 種不同類型的麵條可供選擇，大部分是豬肉麵。如果你喜歡這種食物，不妨試試。
Possibly one of the best ramen in town. I had a ‘spicy pork ramen’. The overall was on point, especially the thick, tender, juicy pork (Char Siu), roasty flavour was a blast.
The menu was in Chinese and Japanese, would be even better with a little English description, although the pictures suffice.
Like many other ramen shop in HK, you get to let the chef know your preference by filling out the order sheet, soft/normal/hard for your ramen, or things like mild/normal/extra spicy, and quantity of toppings, like spring onion, etc, yet again, it’s entirely in Chinese, though I am sure the friendly staff would help you translate.
Recommended. Mind you though, you are only lucky if you don’t have to queue, but the wait is worthwhile.
