碗拉麵?送緊過黎，離遠都已經閒到好香濃嘅龍蝦湯味? 湯底係用上櫻花蝦豬骨龍蝦湯，味道濃郁而且咸度適中，最緊要係主角-原隻龍蝦? 大大隻好彈牙，仲要吸曬啲湯汁，超超超juicy！呢個價錢又食到拉麵?又食到龍蝦，好抵食??
服務其差女店員態度惡劣
88 dollars for a spicy, filling and delicious ramen bowl. Quick service(at 10pm). Meat portions on the noodles are also quite large which is a plus

A very small ramen house, expect queue. I tried the aburi chasu (grilled pork):and steam rice.
連豬骨都喜歡濃湯，所以有點不滿足，不過對於想吃普通豬骨拉麵的人來說還是不錯的。

You either really love it or think it’s mediocre. I’d say go for the pork soup base because it’s the best they’ve got to offer. Wasn’t my thing and the queue made it worth less.

Pretty decent ramen place with very rich flavors and reasonable prices, the space is a bit cramped though.
呢間成日都排長龍，終於搵到機會平日下晝唔駛排。但感覺普通，未去到話好好食，之前試過銅鑼灣總店，尖沙咀呢間真係差咗少少，總店好食好多。
一定會返去再食嘅拉麵店

Soup taste little different as virus and take away, bu still very good, chicken soup and chicken cha siu must try.

I’ve been wanna try this ramen for at least 1 year, but there’s always a line.
So finally we get in there after 20mins, guoza is here first. Crispy fried bottom, soft with a little chewy on the skin, meat and veggies are good inside. Little guoza that you can enjoy the whole piece in one bite.

There are lots of pork soup ramen, but they have chicken soup and chicken cha-siu here, I ordered this right away.
Soup is everything for ramen, this chicken soup thickness is medium, taste good at the first sip, not like a big surprise you will have, but there’s just some difference you will wonder what’s in this soup, you can’t stop but keep drinking, it was good!
Chicken cha-siu is OMG, super tender and juicy, and the flavour…Wow, what have they use to marinate it, is so good!
The noodles is okay, I like the amount they serve, not too much. And yes, the egg was nice too, sweet marinated, soft and eggy!

那蟹是可以的, 但沒有驚喜！但碗麵就太不合我口味了, 好多鹽份, 又結又咸, 也不美味！
叫正常份量但又很少麵, 點菜前可選小麵, 不知如剔了小麵会小成點！
整體用餐體驗唔錯, 個拉麵湯掛, 麵有蛋香, 湯夠濃, 叉燒夠厚, 有d部分肥瘦適中好好味! 但部分有d鞋, 隻蛋夠哂流心, 加粟米俾超大碗, 開心!
以前很好吃的，但現在變得完全不行。叫了一個最普通的豬骨豚肉麵，感覺還好，普通拉麵一個。但另外叫了一碗是炸軟殼蟹蕃茄湯底，好伏，味道絕對不行，吃了一半就不再吃，湯料及湯頭都是難吃之選。
有枱都唔比客入，故意制造人龍，服務態度唔多好，要睇啲侍應面色……
叫左個特盛灸豚肉拉麵，肉質麵質都唔錯，肉質係偏肥，有啲太滯，食唔曬，四塊叉燒食得兩塊已經頂唔順，整體都唔錯，不過如果下次再食，就唔敢再叫特盛? …

吧枱有一人座位，自己一個去食都唔會尷尬。可能太耐無去日本，我覺得個拉麵好好食。而且裝修好有日本居酒屋感覺，下次會再黎食
諗住試下??有幾伏?點知食左一啖就唔想再食落去啦 …
晚上73O得3人排，冷氣壞左，厠所壞左，流住汗食拉面，别有風味，沙律醬好貴咩，炸鷄叫佢比沙律醬，話要加錢，搶$，相信吾會再光顧!

For every comment that I have read about, people are praising how delicious this ramen is, but I don’t find it that good at all. It was just a pretty average ramen that definitely didn’t worth $88. Perhaps it’s just the problem of my choice? (I ordered chicken flavored) I still find the ramen at Shek Mun the best!!
