濃郁湯底，好吃
但湯底不夠熱
不過不失，不過價錢在尖沙咀來說ok
有點咸，但我把剩下的調味料和米飯混合在一起。
沾醬濃厚，麵有嚼勁，好吃!
面質口感最好
Second time to try their dipping noodles, and they manage to keep the quality. I like the noodles texture & thickness. The soup is nice but can be hotter or even better to serve with hot stone pot.
Been there a few times. The noodle is really good. Only problem is service can be bad sometimes. Some staff have attitude problem.
部分原因是炸雞是現炸的，這是我在拉麵店吃過的最多汁、最美味的炸雞。拉麵很一般。由於只接受現金，我希望您能夠用八達通支付。
Been there a few times already, and the dipping noodle is really good. Especially, a cold one during summer.

as a japabese neeodle restaurant, it is acceptable,especially the tsuek noodle . it is worth second visit.
Service is bad, noodles is not as tasty as you imagine.

Located at center of TST and always busy here. Japanese famous noodle shop. Around HKD100 for noodle without drink and snack. Seafood test dashi-soup is best much with the noodle. If you are first time, I recommend to enjoy Tsukemen(noodle and soup are separately served).
日本材料，已經確保有水準味道。可樂餅即制好好食，湯頭不時是好濃，主要食麵條，我覺得沾麵好出色

明太子奶油拌麵。
明太子充滿了整碗麵，
味道很夠！
配料有牛油，蔥花，紫菜碎及幾粒叉燒?
好好吃，拌餐自海帶湯正正常常。
另外還點了黑椒雞翼，
炸過的雞翼沾上了甜甜的日式醬汁，
還洒上足量的黑椒碎，
香口惹味，作為麵的點綴不錯??
餐廳選擇不算很多，
簡單一餐的話可以考慮一下！

少有在香港食日本沾麵有日本的口味的店，地點又就腳；推薦 魚介沾麵 熱麵 ，餃子
自製麵館。在我在日本以外吃過的所有豚骨拉麵中，它們的質量與博多相同，但工作人員除了問候外不會說日語。他們不知道 kaedama 是什麼…
當然，因為這是香港，我有這樣的期望是我的錯。
限定山椒拉麵，口味不錯，值得一試。 煎餃子與拉麵是絕配。
我 食中度的麵都覺得硬 味道都OK
特色好味拉麵
Reasonably priced Japanese ramen/tsuekemen ( dipping noodles) on the outside of K11 mall.
Had their spicy dipping noodles for $80. You can choose small, medium, large noodles-140gm, 210 g, 240gm size, same price.
I chose large which was not really that big a portion. Noodles was quite good, al dente. Few bamboo slices, slice of pork chau siu and a lump of pork belly, soft egg, seaweed, green onions. Standard tsuekemen. Dip in thick and just slightly spicy soup. At the end you can ask waitstaffs to bring you a pot of hot broth in a thermos to dilute the broth, turn it into soup.
Service was super fast and efficient.

一般旅遊區的麵店，沒甚麼可說。
良好的菜單和豐富的菜餚。注意是正確的，清潔也是如此。價格與最近在香港看到的價格一致。如果您正在工作或觀光，可以去吃飯的地方。
沾麵好食，其實食完麵加個白飯，再加湯做湯飯都好正的啊，不過小心飽死?? …

Food quality is below standard, lost my order, I’m sure there’s a lot of choice in the area !
冷沾麵麵身比較硬，很好咬口。
熱沾麵比較軟，個人比較熱麵。
請注意只收現金。
好像香港開的日式拉麵店和沾麵店很多，不過想吃夜宵，就順道去了。我覺得味道和日本的一樣。很美味。我要求熱，但它不是很熱，有點令人失望。另請注意，它只收現金。

A very popular dipping noodle restaurant in busy Tsim Sha Tsui. Expect to fall in line each time. Despite the wait, service was quick. Presentation was mundane but flavours of their dipping noodle sauce was good.

明太子麵的味道有一種特別香味,好正。生薑沾麵沒有驚喜！

很不錯吃的沾面！只是面條沒有日本六厘舍的Q，醬汁也沒有日本六厘舍的入味！
Don’t forget to ask for the fish stock after finishing the noodles to make a soup.
首次光顧覺得不錯所以再次光顧，但第二次光試了它們的黑胡椒椒雞翼，十分失望。
1)雞翼因加了一些醬汁，所以不太脆。
2)並非每隻雞翼都有足夠黑胡椒，而且味道也不是那麼濃。
3)雞肉太熟已不滑。
4)雞肉裏面的肉沒有味道。
名過其實……
吃膩中國菜的救星?
沾面讓人聯想到日本的“六輪車”，非常好吃✨我搜索了一下日本哪裡有（笑）?
