沒想像中那麼好吃,不過環境很好.其價位高了一些.還是比較喜歡台北東區的赤阪拉麵.

Compared to Ippudo in NYC and Kyoto this one is one a completely lower tier, my first bite it was just oily and not good at all. 2 stars only because it was edible.
I really love the japanese noodles of Ippudo which seems origin from Osaka. The taste is really good and the price is about HK$100 per noodle. I have nothing to complain.
第一次食，意外好食，主打拉麵，不過麵稍為硬了一點，但軟硬度係任自已選擇。價錢亦不算貴，不錯。
Decent place to go for lunch. Service is okay. Ramen is a standard, not amazing.

i love Ippudo ramen since the first time i ate in Tokyo Roppongi.
quality in HK was pretty bad in the beginning, it’s improved a lot and comparable to Ippudo in Japan.

The broth is made well, not too salty or too plain. The variety of Japanese style food is ok and the service is up to standard when it is not too busy.
Hint: if you’re a big eater and don’t fancy spending another 100+ hkd there is an option to add ramen to your bowl for fraction of the cost.

沒有比日本好吃，價格兩倍以上，吃了黃金熬煮出來的高湯嗎

Average ramen. Probably would stick with Ichiran in Hong Kong though

Ok good taste of the noodle. Price is reason in terms of the food quality and restaurant location.
Food was good. Had to take a beer cose we didn’t really like the free tea. Tasted a bit funny. The restaurant looked nice, like a typical Japanese one. Nicely decorated. Overall the service was ok (kinda) and the food was good, however we ordered medium hot but it was just waaay too hot.

Not quite as good as a couple of years ago, but still pretty good.
Probably because the first ippudo I tried was in Sydney, I was pleasantly surprised that they had more sides and choices of ramen than the branches back in Sydney. Also the quality of ramen is better than back in Australia. However compared to the standard in japan it is slightly lower but still acceptable. If you want a safe option of Japanese ramen this is the place to go to as you can’t really go wrong with it

日式拉麵店食品及服務有水準，價格合理。
香港第一間店，當時人頭攢動。
Ippudo ramen is always tasty, unfortunately this branch standard seems to be lower compare to the japan branches. Condiments are all missing! Ambient is good and lots of seats available. Serving is also quick.
中午排隊人比較多，但輪候時間比較快，味道比較普通
Really delicious. Broth was tasty. $2 ramen refill was ridiculous, so definitely save some soup for a second round.
