服務水平下降了很多，沒有當初「過江龍」時，保持着的日式細緻服務水平。我差點以為自己去了大排檔！連茶水都要開口才有。。。任何日式拉麵店，茶水是給客戶的第一道服務，是主動的給，或至少茶壺已經準備好給客戶自便！收拾時粗枝大葉，筷子劈啪的掉在我面前！根本就不用這麼匆忙，已經過了高峰時段。。。就算再匆忙也不應該沒有把筷子喔好！是一風堂喔！！味道也失色了不少，色香味都不復當初。
最欣賞是他的座位夠寬闊
環境整潔，lunch 過後一般唔需要等位，芽菜要主動問先有（印象中以前大量放枱面）

Ramen broth is tasty perhaps it’s due in part to msg. Dumplings are very tiny and are nearly comical-it’s like eating a toddler’s food. Service is prompt and friendly.

Have one vegetarian option, delicious. Restaurant is clean, tidy and comfortable. Not very crowded.
Staff are nice and helpful. They are local and Japanese staff.
Next time will try another instead of corn.

上星期某日午市沒有素麵，好失望。今日有返，仲點了三點盛前菜，豆腐及山藥都好食，連素麵及加一$110。下次記住要加替玉。

Price is a little bit expensive but still acceptable with the good quality and location.

The ramen is very good! I ordered the 赤丸ramen, the soup is rich and it is very tasty, with little bit of spiciness and a bit bone broth flavor. Yummy! The soft boiled egg is very soft and the Cha Siu is rather tender and meaty. The ramen is rather soft and absorbs all the soup, tasty!
5 dollar for extra noodle, 22 dollar for draft beer, noodle quality is good

久唔久想食拉麵都會諗起一風堂，鍾意佢係連鎖拉麵店之中比較有質素，同埋都會諗起喺日本食一風堂嘅日子?一風堂嘅3款經典拉麵都推出左升級版本，「玉子」同「水煮野菜」兩款新選擇，另外亦都推介包含原隻玉子、4片自選叉燒嘅「特製」版，正呀?
?赤丸新味—特製
湯底有少少味噌味，微辣，旁邊有黑蒜油，湯底香濃。有四片自選叉燒，我揀左慢煮豬柳叉燒，口感比較厚實，無咩肥膏。拉麵配的玉子相當流心，食完好滿足！
?白丸元味—玉子
豚骨湯底好濃郁比赤丸更濃，充滿油脂香，重口味人士最愛！炙燒叉燒有2片，焦香味十足！兩碗的麵底係幼麵，麵質偏硬有咬口而且好掛湯，份量都足夠。除咗玉子之外，如果鍾意食多啲蔬菜，每款拉麵都可以揀水煮野菜，夠晒健康啦?

墨魚鬚彈牙，炸得香脆，就算唔點沙律醬都好食！
?一風堂叉燒角包
似台灣嘅刈包，面包似軟熟嘅饅頭，肉餡係佢地嘅招牌叉燒肉，加埋生菜同沙律醬，食落清爽。
?宮崎蜜柑梳打、粒粒香橙果汁?
蜜柑梳打有一片蜜柑，唔算好甜。日本原裝橙汁飲落仲有粒粒果肉，味道偏甜係小朋友口味。
好耐我幫襯過，今次經過順便試吓keep唔keep到水準。日式拉麵來講，依間餐廳舊時算數一數二，屬於中上質素，湯底味濃，叉燒冇乜特別，今次加咗兩片和牛，冷冰冰咁攞出來，不值得推介，餃子質素不太好，總之正常冇咩特別，可能依家多左好多出色的拉麵館的關係吧。

Delicious Japanese ramen shop but menu can be expanded to accomodate more choices. The shop has suffered lost of customers due to the outbreak of COVID during the past 12 months but it is picking up again since summer 2021. The menu has been slightly altered but the quality of food remains good.
The interior is tidy and neat, without being too noisy.
I try the latest black curry ramen . The ramen costs $118, with three pieces of angus beef. The angus beef is thick slice, however the meat itself is not so soft, kinda chewy, but surely the beef flavor is strong. Portion is generous.
The black curry ramen got nice curry tone, it is very rich in flavor without getting too spicy nor salty. The ramen is a mixed of thin and thick noodle, so it is rather bouncy. Overall it is ok but I personally prefer the traditional flavor more.

Great little ramen chain from Japan. The food is obviously not as good as Japan, and, as someone else has said, some of the condiments are missing, but it’s pretty close and worth a visit if you can’t get to Japan at the moment.
The ramen is tasty and cooked to your instructions; the store is clean and tidy and the staff polite and attentive. Prices are about on par with Japan, maybe a touch higher.
Overall, one of the better ramen chains in HK.

This restaurant is mainly serving Ramin. The portion is good and just the soup is a bit salty. Plenty of seat for the lunch. In this business area, the price is slightly high. Discount is given to those take away. 10% is added for eat-in.
