This new shop has taken over the oldest ramen restaurant in HK, which was located in a small alley in TST area. Although the ramen isn’t up to the best available, standard is more than acceptable nevertheless. Price (especially during lunch) is very reasonable, from $65 to 75 for a bowl of ramen. Decoration is also fairly nice for this type of eatery.

港式拉麵，湯底完全唔夾麵，感覺就好似為做而做嘅豬骨湯底拉麵，餃子肉太多冇汁煎嘅時間又唔夠，食落去感覺好奇怪。
所提供的食物質量非常好和衛生
咁嘅價錢，麵雖然有唔少選擇，但又唔見得好味，價錢又唔係平。叉燒又薄，份量唔多。 對比同區麵店林立，看不到有任何優勢。

Please try if you want to taste fake ramen.
I tried the food, but I 100% DO NOT recommend going here. Although I came here to eat at the restaurant called ‘Sapporo Ramen’, it was somehow replaced by this ramen place called ‘TonTon Byoushi’.
There is absolutely no value in paying any sort of money for the food they provide here. The ‘Avocado Salmon rice bowl’ was recommended on the menu, but the food was horrible. There was HARDLY ANY salmon on the rice and the entire thing was covered in mayonnaise. This can not possibly be sold as food in a restaurant- extremely disappointing.
The meat in the ramen had an artificial layer of rainbow coloured oil on it which was disgusting. Making instant ramen at home would be better for the price they sell food here.
The service was terrible, as the waiters could not be bothered to do anything. Ironically, the additional 10% service charge is not worth paying for.
Nice food, a bit too expensive though.

Wrong price at check out $78 red in exchange of $72 white I had for lunch, poor service by non local people, even charged 10% without offering any service. The white pork noodle was salty nothing like Japanese traditional but just local taste

星期日一個午餐要加一，在尖沙咀可以理解，但不明白收費十足，為何烹調無味，連出前一丁可以贏它一條街，質與量雙低，唯一高是空座位率。
