平時經過都好多人排隊,今日難得早咗收工,早早來到未有人龍出現,剛好最後兩個位馬上入座。坐低叫咗個拉麵,一個沾麵,沾麵 上枱時滾熱辣,個湯味道剛好,好味。拉麵質地亦都爽口彈牙。
日式沾麵有嘢玩 點吓沾吓好過癮
質素下降,已成垃圾
I got the tsukemen with egg.
The broth on its own tastes as you would expect a fish pork broth to taste. However, they give you a lemon wedge to squeeze into the broth. Yes, I was a bit sceptical at first to add lemon to my broth but I gave it a try anyways and boy is it really DAMN GOOD. The lemon brings out more flavors of the broth and you get this slight hint of tangyness that does not overpower the broth at all. Definitely give the lemon a try.
As for the toppings, the pork was ok, a little bit on the tough side which is why I always prefer pork slices. The egg had great flavoring and was perfectly cooked, and they give you 2 pieces of bamboo shoots and some veggies. Not the most exciting toppings combination, but the broth was so great so it’s still a 5 star from me. Highly recommend.

大碗好味
以呢個質素,只值7折價錢。我地叫左3碗沾麵,3碗沾汁嘅濃度可以3碗都唔同,其中1碗沾汁份量少一半,完全冇標準可言。仲有,麵身好硬。以前去過灣仔分店,就做得好好多。唔會再幫襯。
7月尾的一天,中午放工以後,我獨個兒移動 K11逛街,但肚子真的空空如也,便想起久違了的風雲丸。 來到店舖門口的時候,看到了沾麵王大賽的展示板,便入去看看究竟。
沾麵店的環境裝潢以日式木系為設計,廚房位置掛上了日式燈籠。入口左邊的牆上更置上石燒濃厚沾麵風雲丸幾個大字。
肉盛富士山沾麵
因為真的很肚餓, 所以參加了這個沾麵王大賽。這個比賽要求參加者在20分鐘內完全吃掉 120g 沾麵、沾湯、炙燒豚肉四塊、味玉2隻、味筍和野菜。簡直是不可能的任務。
富士山沾麵給端上的時候,份量驚人,還堆砌像富士山一樣, 因此得名。沾麵比較粗身,煙韌彈牙, 比較富有蛋味。
豚骨魚介沾湯份量大碗,給端上還是熱烘烘的,黏度甚高,富有膠質黏感,鹹香滿溢。
炙燒豚肉切得厚身,肥瘦均衡分明,鬆軟爽口,肉味濃厚,又同時豐有油膩感
味玉柔軟微彈,蛋味豐富。
總括而言,120g 沾麵是正常沾麵的3倍。20 分完成肉盛富士山沾麵,對於正常食量的男士,都是不可能的。但售價只是 $188,相對又相當合誼。最後我還是用了差不多 40 分才吃了一半,所以只好老實付款好了。
味道唔好,同埋啲叉燒係勁勁勁肥嘅豬肉 …… 唔會再食。
湯底夠濃夠熱,拉麵好彈牙,只是叉燒較多肥肉。但最大問題是服務態度惡劣,侍應呼呼喝喝,彼此傾計大聲,又罵顧客,十分過分
Cooks were not wearing masks, stuffing their faces with mooncakes WHILE cooking. Barely any aircon on the seats next to the kitchen. Noodles were undercooked and sticky, rice was barely edible and I saw cockroaches on my table. Avoid!
成日路過都覺得D裝修好搶眼,終於有機會試(本來同朋友想食 一X 但佢哋轉左C類要用安心同只有拉麵冇小食,所以就冇食)
另外剛好星期一有沾麵第二碗半價。都好。
Anyway,湯底麻麻,D麵ok,炸雞唔錯,叉燒最好食。因為個石鍋,上時真係好熱,叫凍麵 食完D湯仲暖。
用石鍋唔好嘅係,朋友叫個新出的 芝士湯,嚟到慢慢滾,滾瀉左一半出嚟,好彩有個盤 如果唔係辣親就大鑊。
成餐最好食: 叉燒 放凍嘅叉燒落湯,拎返上嚟的油脂半透明,叉燒做得夠淋又冇乜豬臭味,真係幾好食。

店內座位不算多,紅燈籠裝飾很有日本風味。
石燒鰻魚飯
石鍋上桌熱騰騰,除了鰻魚外,還有紫菜、炒蛋和蔥粒,白飯已有鰻魚汁調味,所以單吃也很好吃。不要小看這個小小石鍋的熱度,從頭吃到尾也能保持食物熱到噴煙的熱度,當然還少不了鍋底香口脆脆的飯焦。
石燒濃厚豚骨魚介味玉沾麵
這裡的招牌菜,以石鍋呈上熱滾的豚骨魚介沾麵汁,香氣撲鼻,超級濃郁,掛湯力強!豚肉少肥多肉,適合喜歡肉感的食肉獸。溏心蛋???力十足,蛋味香濃。

因為朋友住係附近 之前經常路過已經很想試 今日咁啱晏晝3,4點鐘同老婆經過棉登徑附近 大多食肆下午都落場準備中 見到風雲丸正在營業 門口重放左下午茶menu 下午茶雖然款式選擇不多 但價錢合理 入到店內 地方不算大 但整體都乾淨整潔 坐低後叫咗2個下午茶 1)魚介醬油豚骨炙燒豚肉沾麵套餐 小食就跟唐揚炸雞2件 一杯綠茶 沾麵上枱時重係熱騰騰 醬湯重好滾 不稀不鹹 好掛汁 好味 炸雞外脆內嫩 juicy 正
2)拉麵套餐 小食跟煎餃子 可樂 拉麵彈牙 湯底值得一讚係有味而不鹹 個筍好甜好好食 煎餃就一般 2個下午茶餐$150左右 食得夠飽又有質素 低
魚介同沾麵係主打
本人唔好魚介嘅就只有選鰻魚飯,熱鍋上盤,熱辣辣
#つけ麺以前幢上環返工就成日去某間稍有名氣的店吃。
雖然在尖沙咀打滾了一年,每次行經呢間。#風雲丸 都見有人排隊,好怕排隊的我,每次都棄權?
今日難得見無人排隊,雖然都環係門口等一陣,店員亦附上點餐紙同筆,讓等候的人先點餐,爭取時間?不過都好快有位~餐廳唔算大,枱同枱之間亦是有點擠迫。
我二話不說,點了季節限定:天婦羅炸蝦?芝士沾醬麵- 仲加埋「味付玉子」。
因為沾醬湯用了石鍋上,熱辣辣的,滿滿芝士味的濃湯汁「吱吱聲」,的確係令人流哂口水? 不過,味道就尚算可以…天婦羅亦只是普通,天婦羅粉好厚呢…
但值得讚的是,「麵」非常彈牙,是我喜歡的拉麵。?
二位朋友就比較保守,同樣地點了-豚骨魚介味玉沾麵 。
朋友話越食越咸…
?總結:沾醬麵還是吃傳統的比較合自己口味,有時太多變化,有點隔隔不入。
風雲丸都係一間日式拉麵店,佢嘅裝修都別有風格,大部份嘅牆畫,燈飾,枱櫈既都有日本特色,今日就試吓佢嘅招牌拉麵先??
拉麵有唔同既食法俾你揀,由佢嘅軟硬度,大小,甚至調味方面都有得揀,真係非常細心,款式唔算多,拉麵,石鍋飯,每款都係得幾種,我哋分別揀咗豚骨魚介味嘅沾麵同埋拉麵??
拉麵嘅意思相信大家都知道,佢係一個有豚骨濃湯底再加豚肉嘅湯麵,首先佢嘅湯底係非常濃郁,有一股魚香味,相信佢哋嘅湯底係用豚骨熬製而成,所以個味道絕對係非常清新,食唔出有添加嘅味道,拉麵方面就叫咗適中硬度,食得出佢哋對拉麵嘅執着,因為咁啱坐正喺吧枱,見到佢處理拉麵嘅時候係會用計時器,先可以做出咁有彈牙,咁爽既拉麵,另外揀咗適中嘅份量,啱啱好食晒,配料方面都一定會有筍,佢嘅筍好嫩,絕對唔會有根,甚至有啲會有渣,雖然係配菜,但都做得好好??????
另外沾麵嘅意思大概係面同湯分開,湯會再濃啲潔啲,好似變咗醬咁,將啲麵點落醬度,佢用咗石鍋嚟載魚介濃湯醬,所以佢仲熱辣辣,滾緊,湯底方面同拉麵嘅湯底相似但佢會濃兩至三倍,所以味道更出,至於豚肉方面佢肥瘦均勻,雖然唔會好嫩,但成個質感唔錯,好重豚肉味,所以風雲丸都係一間出色嘅拉麵店???
另外嗌咗五件照燒餃子,佢嘅煎法同出邊有啲分別,上碟都係反轉嘅,但佢面頭嘅脆片又幾特別,要成塊完整咁煎到都有啲難, 佢個底剪得幾脆,但餃子頂就唔係好香口,煎得唔夠耐,不過整體味道都唔錯?
野飲就叫咗蜜桃梳打,佢係一支裝,味道好似汽水咁,我就覺得甜度啱啱好,可能有啲人會覺得有啲甜,但係汽水嚟計還可以嘅??

下午時候和友人閒逛區內見到此日本拉麵路邊小店門前有下午茶推介, 決定入內光顧??
朋友選了魚介醬油湯豚肉拉麵套餐追加炙燒豚肉, 味玉( 跟沙拉炸餃子及罐裝汽水), 我點了石燒鰻魚飯, 追加了海苔及京蔥??
但見友人的豚肉大大看似好有質感, 朋友說很合口味, 味玉蛋黃軟綿綿, 味相討好????
石燒鰻魚飯,飯粒熱氣騰騰, 配上海苔成自製手卷, 好有口感, 既香且暖????
每桌上都有水壺內盛放了檸檬的開水,客人可以自助飲用, 正好中和一下濃郁的味道??
差到冇得再差,88一碗飯,細唔緊要,鰻魚同飯都好難食,跟本食唔落口,又干,又硬,拉麵啲肉又肥,一言難盡

可惜人手唔夠~
For our last night in HK, we wanted ramen. This happened to be right around the corner from our apartment which was perfect since we had an early flight the next morning.
The restaurant was packed but we were able to snag one of the last two person tables.
They have a wide variety of ramen on their menu. While I know Tsukemen is their thing, their ramen noodles in broth looked just as good! So we went with that.
I got the miso ramen with no pork, added mixed vegetables and corn. The same for my lady except she added a poached egg on top. The broth was flavorful and hearty. The noodles were perfectly chewy and al dente. The bowls are huge and the ingredient portions are super generous! We also had an order of the regular pan-fried gyoza and it was delicious!
Prices are reasonable here.
Service is quick and good.
The soup was too thick and too salty – not sure if it was due to the whole day’s boiling? Texture of the ramen wasn’t as spongey as they had claimed. Felt like a waste of my money and calories quota.

麼地道旁邊「風雲丸 」拉麵店,餐廳座位環境舒適,設有吧台座位,有很多紅燈籠裝飾,十分有日本風味, 感覺置身在日本拉麵小店中。
招牌菜「野菜豚骨魚介沾麵 」,湯底上桌時在石燒中,十分熱辣辣,超級濃郁魚介湯底,香氣撲鼻!沾麵較粗身,掛湯,加上非常多的配菜:非常爽脆又健康!切粒的日式叉燒肥瘦適中,口感一流!
青森蘋果梳打酒,蘋果味清香,不會過甜,酒味不會過濃,十分配合熱食!
「石燒鰻魚飯」,石鍋的高溫保持到飯全程熱,鰻魚大條,加上燒汁燒得香軟,油香豐富,飯粒伴上紫菜、炒蛋及蔥粒,口感提升不少!鍋底更有香脆可口的飯焦!
總括來說,湯頭及麵底素質很好,店員十分有禮,值得推介!

The air conditioner is broken. It would be great for winter. The hotrock style soup base is super hot. The base is a bit saity and not enough for the whole ramen.

Tsukemen broth was served bubbly hot and was surprisingly SALTY. The lemon didn’t do much here since I was only given this teeny tiny size. How generous. You have better ramen option in this area

入到去見到好多人都叫左佢地嘅名物石燒濃厚豚骨魚介味玉沾麵 當然我同朋友都點左佢 ?
食物一黎到我就忍唔住 Wah左一聲 ?
因為佢好吸引 佢個石鍋入面嘅湯係keep住滾
我食完又剩番小小汁嘅情況 都keep住到熱?
佢嘅味道非常濃厚 配合埋沾麵 係十分之夾
我自己覺得佢嘅魚味相當之出
如果你唔食魚就唔好試?因為佢真係濃濃嘅魚味
係口腔 keep到食完後1小時都重有 ??

Great taste and generous portion, no need to buy extra noodles. Their fast moving lines such as eels/ fried chickens are gone so quick so better go there as soon as it opens.

店員落單出錯由兒童餐變正常份量麵。店員提出只收原本點的餐點價錢。最終還是要付出錯的價錢。
坐椅清潔不足。有種黏稠感。

Ordered karaage, it was nicely done, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.
Also has the tsukemen dip noodles here.
Tried the prawn one and the original.
The original was better than the prawn one. The pork chashu was on the drier side. The dipping sauce was quiet salty but nice and thick.
As for the prawn one. The dipping sauce was way too salty. It had a good prawn flavour but there was too much sodium. It made the dish unappetizing and we ended up not finishing it.
Overall the noodles were good. They were nicely done and chewy. Broth was too salty. But portion was small. Food was good but not exceptional
