Blacklisted. Low quality food. No service, but extra 10% service charge.
Plz don’t order Wagyu beef & poached egg rice, unless you like well done beef, not as displayed in the menu. Fast food quality. The rice & the sauce were completely rubbish.
The service were poor that shocked me. Such as, the waiters ignored customers thrice even not at the peak period. Once my meal was delivered, a waitress took away my conidment set to other customers. No spoon. Refilled our tea cups only if we’d asked them, even though the waiter was free.
All the waiters were blunt, seemed have difficulties to set priorities. The “waiter” were always asking us to wait, let them complete one more & one more simple tasks. They used to stare blankly out at the shop front, avoiding eye contact with customers in need, no passion, passive, like about to be fried. Does any body think the management of the restaurant has something wrong??

Am here reluctantly coz my son has a craving for ramen. But as usual, staff was blunt and makes u feel very unwelcome. Weekday set lunch is as expensive as the a la carte. Expect to pay 100 for a small basic ramen with nothing much on the side, no egg. I ordered a tsukemen hoping for surprise. It came after 20mins with multiple chasing. Other ramen came within 5 mins. Tsukemen noodle was hard, asked to blanch it longer, came back the same hard texture. Given up !
Quite a fusion Japanese restaurant. Traditional ingredients with other cooking style become delicious ramen food. Besides ramen, there are variety food to choose which suits different people even they are not ramen lover. Highly recommend to go.
Wanted ramen badly, and still regret coming.

Waited patiently in set up queue as a Westerner/black woman. Two Chinese people walked up and she happily provided them seats without even looking in my direction. Left immediately after.

We order one ramen and some snack.

All the barbecued pork is cooked at low temperature.
So the pork is very tender slippery. ?
The pork is placed all around the the side of the bowl to avoid the meat become chewy.??

Instead of the pork belly, it include with eggs ?and green onion.
It rich in taste.?
?Grilled Egg Tamagoyaki with Mentaiko?
It is very delicious .Because the egg is slippery. There is some spicy because of the Mentaiko.
To sum up , this restaurant
is so great. I will recommend you to try.?

This ramen shop is really good, the ramen is soft and hard to the middle, the soup is not salty and the soup base can be added once for free.
High recommend Special Tonkotsu Ramen, because its served with half Japanese soft boiled egg, a quail egg and some seaweed. The noodle is chewy and the texture of pork bone soup is thick!! I would suggest you to try classic fried dumplings too.

沾麵驚艷，第一次遇到端上桌沾麵湯還滾燙冒著泡，雖然說沾麵，因為湯很燙的關係，就像吃拉麵一樣，非常棒！

Quite expensive medium good ramen
Did not realise it was Michelin recommended location. Against the back drop of the protest and close mall, it was one of the location that was opened. Though many previous review noted that their ramen was good, I thot their raman was below par – even more if it has Michelin recommendation attached to it. The raman alright, but the soup was bland, especially when i had the special black pork garlic raman. The mini pork rice bowl was good thou. But unfortunately i found a hair in the rice after a few spoonful. They did change, however it seems like they just replaced the affected portion and serve me the rest – although i cant really confirm. In short, the shop does fall short of an expectation of restaurant. Food is considered ok… but not great… service is meh.. nothing really stands out
Good selection of main and sides
A Michelin guided ramen eatery. Awesome and tasty. Downside is that it is very narrow and small place. Overall, highly recommend.

Ordered their set meal: special tsukemen and mini stewed pork brisket rice. They were of sizable portion and decent taste, but the tsukemen noodles were too thick for my liking.

Best Tonkatsu ramen in Hong Kong. Take my word for it. Get the black garlic special Tonkatsu
This place has wonderful eel donburi
Ordered two of the HKD88 set lunch menu with the mini garlic oil tonkatsu ramen, tonkatsu ramen, mini ox tongue rice, and mini chicken rice. Although the portions were quite big, the flavor were quite average. The ox tongue rice did not look like the picture with only three thin slices of ox tongue. The ramen also only came with one thin slice of pork, despite that, there were a lot of noodles. This restaurant doesn’t take Apple Pay or any sort of digital payment.

Ramen noodle was soft, soup was salty without any flavor. Pork rice is cold and the dumplings sour. My stomach hurt after. I would give it a zero if I could.
Other ramen place would have way more sides to add into the ramen. I can only find a few strands of the fungi and the bamboo shoot. The ox tongue is and cold.

Not as good as I expected!
Quite a good place for ramen. The regular menu is a bit overpriced but various items in the ramen do make up for it. The environment is too “open” as it faces the public bathroom and a wide access to the mall’s public walk way, which reduces privacy.
拉麵普通，工作人員的服務態度就可以叫做差。
