Fresh sashimi and good teppanyaki.
Especially love the plum noodles, very refreshing in the summer time.
Hopefully the service would be improve.

Quite expensive but taste very good

1 Sep 20: take-away lunch, price $160, although the box cannot keep the food warm, the quality still good, fish smell good, fired pork chops still crunchy, salad, beef and the vegetables are delicious, appetizer portion is just good. Rice is half of the bowl, but I feel full after finished the lunch.
One remarkable thing, I think most of the people concern about hygiene. The lunchbox is no this issue which can tell from their packing. GOOD! Will order again.

A Hang really took very great care of us with his hospitality and his cooking. For the first teppanyaki I’ve had in a long time, we were blessed to have him.

Excellent Japanese restaurant, one of the very best in Hong Kong. It is pricey but you get what you pay for; the very best, fresh sashimi and cotton-soft Japanese Wagyu-Beef are our favourites.
不錯的選擇
有點失望…
太太生日午餐,預訂前也告知餐廳,餐廳亦表示會於甜品加插生日祝賀。最後完全沒有什麼出現,如同一般午餐,當然我也沒向餐廳反映,但可想像我對「餐廳服務」一定扣了分。
我們訂了12時,早到幾分鐘,但餐廳門是關上,也只好在門外等候,感覺有點奇怪。事實餐廳很準時開門,不過沒有給予客人一個好客的感覺。
點了兩份櫻花為題的「花見御膳」,食物水準不錯,很精緻。尤其以櫻花造型的蘿蔔裝飾,很有心思。前菜有10款,很豐富,味道也不錯,特別是「銀鱈西京漬」及「粟麩田樂燒」。
餐廳的空間寬敞,坐得舒服,而服務員亦很有禮貌,用餐體驗也是很好的。
食物水準和價格正常，不是特別出色。有一貫酒店應有服務，坐得舒適。酒店會買有75折！

一流
豐盛的4月限定套餐，已經大飽眼富，味道還可以，沒太驚豔，打咭絕對一流，環境非常舒適。
食材新鲜，环境清雅，服務优質，价钱顶级，酒店就是酒店的范? …
正宗美味日本菜，鱼生新鲜，很多日本客，照呼很好。Sake 選擇多及價錢合理。鐵板燒亦是一流。
Good food, but quite expensive.
招呼非常好, 鹿兒島牛好食而價錢合理
The lunch set is of average quality. The portion of sashimi is too small. The prawn used for tempura is large and fresh, but the batter is too thick and get soft very quickly over the rice. It feels like wasting the prawn.
I enjoyed the 7-course dinner set at the restaurant, which was included in the hotel staycation package. The food, especially sashimi which came with fresh flavour, really surprised me a lot. Service was excellent as well.
差不多冇樣好又貴
Good and private place. Staffs are friendly. The chef cooked very good and talkative. Will come back again. Teppanyaki seats need to book in advanced. ( I’ve booked 3 weeks prior)

I like some food, not all of them
Food is great. Seating is quite private, good for chatting. I was surprised staff served dessert when the table was not clean. We had to ask them to clean the table.

Exceptional food though a couple of staff are not very spot on and acts clumsy. Not expecting this from Sagano. Though the ones who are knoedgeable and swift makes the dining experience a pleasure.

What an experience! It’s a great location and the food was truly amazing. My highlight was the tuna sashimi – it was melting in the mouth.

Dinner was outstanding, staff was attentive & professional, and the food was exceptional. We had ordered the Sagano salad, soft shell crab roll, sea eel with cucumber sushi roll, steamed egg custard with crab and black truffle, shrimp tempura, and marinated cod. Each dish was exquisite and appetizing! Double thumbs up again!!!
