Terrible food , I will not recommend at all , the price is not a issue expensive but the quality is not there , tempura 360$ 3 min shrimps ..?, terrible quality . Lamb chop 50% fat .
I give them a rating Zero . Service was very poor . Saturday night restaurant was 50% it less occupancy . Will never go back .

Good and spacious environment. Nice and helpful staff. Fresh, quality and professionally cooked/prepared food. Like the seafood congee chosen by my husband in particular.

The quality of food is to our expectation. Food is articulately displayed and served. There are options of sashimi, sushi, grilled and stew dishes and teppanyaki. We tried some dishes from the prawn tempura which was was very good. The grilled cod with miso, seaweed salad and clay pot seafood were equally good.
Great selection for lunch sets, good pricing, spacious. An ideal place to enjoy a long lunch with friends and family

是在尖東千禧新世界香港酒店内的老牌日式餐廳, 地方雅緻, 餐飲有水準, 服務優, 午膳套餐比晚餐價格上更有亮點.
保持水準的正宗日本餐廳。
Cooked food was competent, raw not so much. Staff could do with training, however the place seems to attract a less than appetising clientele that may explain the lack of staff vivacity. Ok for a casual quick bite, but not anything close to a fine dining experience.
味道比日本的小日本料理店還好。

One of the best sushi and tapanyaki places I have been to in Hong Kong. This could be due to that fact that a family friend knows a chef there and we often get better and more personal service.
Like most high-end Japanese restaurants in Hong Kong, food quality is excellent and fish is fresh from Japan. Pretty standard, and you will have to pay a premium price tag for such quality.

我們訂枱的時候指定了鐵板燒座位
入座時安排的房間有兩張鐵板燒枱,每張可坐 6 人
除了可以欣賞鐵板燒大廚在面前烹調的過程和手藝
一邊窗仲可以飽覽尖東海傍和維港美景,望住海景邊閒聊邊品嚐美食
悠閒寫意地享受我們的午餐,好開心兩佬好滿意我的安排 ~~
餐牌有有四款鐵板燒午餐提供,價錢由 HK$490 – HK$920
我們三個人點了兩客【桃山鐵板燒午餐】和一客【安士鐵板燒午餐】
【桃山鐵板燒午餐 HK$620】
前菜、沙律、刺身、大蝦、帶子、三文魚、西冷、炒雜菜、炒飯 / 麵、麵豉湯、甜品
【安士鐵板燒午餐 HK$490】
安士和桃山食的差不多,只是三文魚變了銀鱈魚和少了一道西冷
反正老媽不食牛肉,這個餐就啱哂佢
刺身 … 是三款魚刺身,鯛魚、油甘魚和拖羅
可能見到兩個老人家,担心佢地不食刺食
服務員貼心的詢問需唔要將刺身轉為天婦羅 … 這點真是值得讚 !!!
咁啱老媽就是不食生冷食野,大蝦、南瓜、蕃薯、冬菇和茄子天婦羅就啱哂佢
鐵板大蝦
烹調時大廚已經將蝦肉和蝦頭脫殼,食起來很方便
蝦肉本身新鮮彈牙,搭配特製醬汁更好吃
蝦頭還有很多鮮甜的蝦膏,不要浪費掉 !
三文魚特別片起魚皮分開煎
魚皮煎至香脆,薄薄一片,好似薯片咁脆卜卜
魚肉外皮煎的金黃酥香,裡面的魚肉煎得剛好不會太熟,入口軟滑豐腴
套餐是澳洲牛肉,想食好點可以加錢 +HK$300 upgrade 日本和牛 !!!
可以揀牛肉薄燒或西冷牛扒
我們與每人點了一款 share 來食,咁就可以兩款都食到喇 !!!
牛扒點了七成熟,入口軟嫩多汁,牛味濃郁
用香蔥和炸蒜捲著的牛肉薄燒吃起來較香口惹味
炒飯用了很多櫻花蝦去炒,米飯炒至粒粒分明又乾身
甜品是冰凍的柚子雪皅、芝麻和抺茶雪糕
