大家都知道k11個戲院特別靚㗎la, 所以今日就去咗k11睇戲, 順便去試下呢間新開嘅日本菜。
叫咗個牛肉漢堡配炒蛋蛋包飯, 佢個牛肉漢堡嘅味都幾唔錯, 而且蔬菜都係非常鮮甜。
不過蛋嘅蛋香唔係好夠, 所以都建議餐廳可以再選用一啲比較靚少少嘅蛋, 因為始終蛋包飯蛋香先係最重要嘅。
呢間推薦追求健康的朋友去試下。

It’s a small restaurant, so seats are limited and tables are placed closely together. I came with my young child and was surprised how attentive the servers were. They offered to reheat my child’s food and was so accommodating.
I got their seared scallop and beef with brown rice don. It was marinated very well and seared to perfection! The brown rice also had a good texture.
My friend ordered their signature egg dish and it was so good as well! Was also great for photos

Perhaps the ingredient materials were good, but they resulted as overcooked and became dry. It was quite disappointed as of the quality against the price.
They use Japan 蘭王 egg, which tastes very good. Tomato sauce is sweet enough. Hamburg patty is crispy on the outside. Coffee or flowr tea is included.
Japanese Restaurant serving major omelette rice with curry. The egg is using Japanese ranou egg which is rich in egg flavor. The hamburger patty is seared in good external while the curry is quite sweet. A very nice match with all the components for the set. Also the price is reasonable

This restaurant is located inside the fashion shops. The interior is nice and simple. The seats are not too packed, rather cozy to dine.
I tried the grilled salmon rice and the beef tongue/beef curry omelette rice.
The rose latte is very good, it is creamy and smooth, and the rose flavor won’t be overly sweetened. Coffee taste is mild.
The grilled salmon is good. It would not be too dry and portion is generous.
The beef tongue is thick cut! It’s texture is nice and rather meaty. The beef is so tender and juicy! I just can’t believe the beef quality is quite good, better than I expected. And the eggs is very smooth with rich egg flavor, and the curry sauce got a slight spicy click, pairing with the hot white rice, tastes so good! Highly recommended!
Nice food and reasonable priced, no wonder it keeps has a queue outside shop, so it’s better make reservation.
難得經過見到呢個炒蛋好吸引所以決定一試，其實份量真係好足夠，不過個蛋就好一般，我唔覺得好似其他評語講到咁滑，或者下次加錢用蘭王蛋會好味啲。
其他，例如雞呀豬呀 咖哩汁呀 都係正常發揮，冇乜驚喜。

晚餐時間人多，限60分鐘但出餐慢
最後快快食完又有人等枱要快快離開
應該唔會再嚟

今日嚟咗K11 Art Mall行下，見到呢間日式料理幾特別，比較出名嘅係佢嘅咖喱?
試左招牌「日式咖哩旋風蛋包飯」，首先就要揀主食，我揀左北海道七星募美人米，呢個係日本最高級別的「特A」米? 所以食落好香口。第二就係揀料，我試左烤特上安格期牛腰柳同北海道帶子? 牛腰柳都整得啱啱好，唔會太韌，啲帶子就有兩隻，大大粒嘅? 如果唔食牛嘅話可以揀豚肉或者海鮮? 第三就要揀醬汁啦，當然揀咗日式咖喱汁啦，佢係按日本傳統做法，層次非常之豐富，好好食?
如果唔想食蛋包飯嘅話可以叫丼? 一樣都有日式蛋咖喱汁㗎☺️ 不過料嘅選擇就冇蛋包飯咁多啦?
飲品揀咗「焙茶朱古力鮮奶」? 平時焙茶鮮奶就飲得多啦，加埋朱古力一齊原來都好match㗎喎??
