We were craving for some Teppanyaki and stumbled upon this fine establishment. Boy were we in for a treat.
For teppanyaki, the quality of the raw material is utmost imported. That in itself is not too difficult.
Imo, the trick is in the sauces they use to serve and to cook. Finally it is the presentation .
I think this joint has all 3. I would recommended.
Macus was a lot of fun too. Great job guys!

原來板神喺尖沙嘴開左新分店!喺板神食鐵板燒都已經唔係第一次,但係今次亦有驚喜喎!先要讚讚當日為我哋主理鐵板燒嘅 Marcus 師傅,因為佢嘅煮法比較健康同睇住佢用上好少油,更食到海鮮嘅鮮味同食完成餐真係無咁滯同漏☺️
我地當日食咗松月鐵板燒套餐,海鮮方面有日本象拔蚌、西班牙紅蝦、日本帆立貝同粒貝,仲有法國白鱈魚? 日本象拔蚌用咗佢哋自家製嘅蔬菜汁,鮮甜而且富有蔬菜嘅香味!粒貝嘅煮法都好正,用左獨子蒜片同香蔥炒,勁惹味!法國白鱈魚煎到勁靚,外脆內滑,而且師傅係乾煎,所以唔會話好油膩,最後加返少少香草牛油,就咁食或者夾埋獨子蒜片一齊食都好正!西班牙紅蝦當然都係無得輸啦,紅蝦煎到好似半熟咁,爽口得來又帶點鮮味,加埋自家製嘅蝦汁,真係不得了!清酒煮帆立貝都非常之鮮味同暖胃?
肉類方面,我哋揀咗美國牛肉,簿燒就不嬲都好食,不過厚燒嘅驚喜係會比較多!medium rare 好淋身同肉味都濃!最後,真係不得不提佢過高菜白飯魚炒飯,除咗和牛嘅油脂之外,師傅一滴油都無落過,加咗蛋、白飯魚同漬菜,炒到粒粒乾身,信我,真係會食晒?
套餐其實仲包埋錢財甜品同沙律,性價比都唔錯!

The quality of food was great and the staff are nice and friendly. The food portion was just fair. The location of this restaurant is convenient, just minutes away from TST MTR station by foot. It would be better if the transparent acrylic boards in between dining parties are removed to make the seat feel more spacious. It was overall an enjoyable lunch experience.
