很好吃,價錢適中
A newly opened BBQ beef restaurant in Tsimshatsui area with top quality beef imported from Japan as its main attraction. However, the beef is not as good as expect and are only of average quality. Price is above average. However, staff are nice and will provide details instruction on how to make your own beef.
今日冇訂位6點去到薩摩和牛名店「Beefar’s」已經全院滿座(預訂),幸好2個人還有一張細枱可於8點前交枱! 由於極喜愛日式燒肉,怕2人餐不夠,所以當晚點選了全牛盛合(4人用),但各位切記此盛合並不包括4%奇蹟之牛,餐廳引入被譽為「4%奇蹟之牛」的頂級和牛,話說每年生產約13,000隻和牛,當中4%才能夠成為「4%奇蹟之牛」,而且霜降程度必須達10級或以上才有資格! 很可惜鐵腳朋友不太喜愛滿口油花鬆軟無比的和牛,所以點選了此盛合! 全牛盛合包9款不同牛部位當中包括 : – 上等牛舌 / 薩摩牛等上牛肋肉 / 薩摩牛等上牛柳扒 / 薩摩牛牛赤肉 / 頂級美國西冷 / 頂級美國牛小排 / 澳洲和牛面脥肉 / 安格斯側腹橫肌 / 安格斯牛格肌肉
雖然並非全日本牛,但食慣日本牛都知道,如果每片都係A5 ,根本上頂唔到幾多舊就好”漏”! 今次比5粒星星係因為價錢真係唔貴,份量亦好多,兩個人用$848 可以品嚐薩摩牛都值得!

喜歡食和牛必到燒肉店, Beefar’s. 由日本自家農場養嘅和牛,只提供自己餐廳,絕對有質量保證。 剛推出秋日套餐, 裏面果客蟹蓋盛上大量蟹膏, 燒到半路加上蛋將,滋味無窮,以人均消費 $500 可以食到咁高質素和牛, 仲要係飽肚嘅狀態, 絕對超值。
Very tasty yakiniku (燒肉) . They offer many wagyu that the quality is very good, price is not expensive.

牛味都不錯。
但有些可以不用汁燒改用鹽燒會更合口味。
牛肉麵是像台灣的紅燒牛肉麵, 湯底微辣帶有香濃不俗的牛味,肉選上牛筋腩,煮出來完全一火老,而且很軟䭃。啖啖肉無骨。麵是幼身拉麵,口咬al dente。
整體環境不錯,穩閉性幾高。餐牌酒款都幾多選擇。
用上日本薩摩牛。

Service and decor was good. You pay top dollar, but the beef didn’t reach the heights. Portions on the small side. Still trying to recapture my Kumamoto experience in HK, and getting nowhere close.
Food and service have both gone south here, while prices stayed high… hard to tell what has happened, perhaps new management, but won’t be returning anytime soon

went for lunch for great value lunch set. priced around 130 – 170 for the meal. beef are of high quality but wished for more quantity as i literally got about 8 slices with my set… i guess you could order 2 lunch sets to increase quantity but even then its better value than what you get at dinner time…
rice was real Japanese Rice. its not charcoal grill rather a gas so you wont get the aroma of real coal. but a no fuss japanese bbq at affordable price in central TST.
rated 4 star as u can get better value from other japanese bbq which offers all you can eat sort of meal… but if you are small eater, it offers good value… quality is definite 5 star meat.
A good Yakiniku (Japanese BBQ) place with good quality beef from the Naygoya area. They have a premium selection of beef which claim to offer only the top 4% of the beef from the region but to me its way too fatty. I personally prefer the regular one which is not as fat and offer more flavour too, overall the beef taste good, service and deco was not too bad either. They also offer $298 per head all-you-can-eat-drink menu if you dine after 9:30pm which I might go and give it a try next time.
Quite nice as we didn’t make any reservations.

It was a very interesting experience to cook high quality beef by yourself. There was also good service, especially tips on cooking your food.
這天和最好的朋友去慶祝認識七年,當然要吃一些高級一點的餐廳~~
雖然是燒肉店,但整體裝潢走型格路線,空間感非常足夠,可以舒舒服服一邊燒肉一邊聊天。
極上和牛盛合(二人份) $598
餐廳主打不同級數的牛肉,選用產地直送的鹿兒島薩摩牛,這個極上組合包括有薩摩牛特上西冷牛扒、薩摩牛特上牛肋肉、極上牛舌、薩摩牛yaki shabu上等牛腰背肉及4%奇蹟之牛極上牛肩肉 ,我和朋友都一致覺得4%奇蹟之牛極上牛肩肉最驚為天人,由於油花分佈細緻,燒完入口時候會感受到強烈的豐腴口感,絕對是入口即融!
濃味之選則是特上牛肋肉,未配醬汁已經牛肉味滿滿,咬下去會品嘗到其牛肉的鮮味,一點點岩鹽已經能夠提味。
紫心勳章 $48
夏天最適合就是喝水果系列的酒,所以我選擇了巨峰提子啤酒,提子味道很突出,中間慢慢滲透出Kirin生啤的麥味,頗容易入口,推薦女生喝這款可以去膩~
煙薰上等牛肋肉 $128
揭開蓋的瞬間,煙薰味道隨即散發出來,肉燒一燒很快已經可以吃,入口的時候早前煙薰的味道令肉味更加有層次,牛肋肉肉質彈牙,入口真的令人眼前一亮!
九點後宵夜抵食 可惜牛肉比較少
已經第二次到訪,環境舒適,食物有質素,值得推介
Beefar’s主打招牌的「4% 奇跡之牛」,據說鹿兒島平均每年會出產約13000隻和牛。當中只有約500隻達到A5級且BMS(降霜程度)為10以上的等級,數量不多,故被稱為「4% 奇跡之牛」。店內的所有薩摩牛,全部都是A4等級以上的鹿兒島黑毛和牛,更由極少數的獲獎飼養員專人照顧,隻隻養尊處優,牛肉自然高質!和牛海膽壽司的和牛大塊到見唔到飯,食落勁滿足!蟹甲羅燒,滿滿的蟹膏,口感鮮甜,味道濃郁,配上白飯,都可以成為絕配。「梅酒」是日本人很喜歡的酒類之一,因為有酸酸甜甜的口感,且酒精濃度不高,不善喝酒的人也能接受,食燒肉加梅酒,美極。吃和牛,特別是靚的和牛,價錢是一定不會便宜得到哪裡去的了,但優質的靚牛肉,就是有特殊的魅力,可以讓人一吃愛上,即使不能經常去日本,偶然在香港吃頓好的和牛午餐或晚餐,還是挺好的。

I visited there once. The price was around 600 HKD for one person. But we took a lot of food. In this restaurant, you can have the real Yakiniku (Japanese BBQ). The beef was real Kagoshima beef, moreover, you can drink the real Sake and Japanese beer. If you miss Yakiniku or want to have real Japanese food, I recommend you to come to this restaurant.
Amazing food. Place I recommend visiting!

薩摩牛特上西冷扒油脂分佈均勻,唔會食到成口油, 肉質嫩又有牛味,強烈推薦。
Food quality fine, prices above average, not a big restaurant, just name reveals, it offers mainly beef.
好好味!跟在日本食比較這間真的不會差很多、在食的過程還以為自己在日本真的要比讚、4顆星順因員工服務不夠好、有些表現不太開心、不知是否香港還是抗疫吧!

1. 全牛盛合:四個人食,成隻牛唔同部位嘅肉樣樣有啲,唔使諗?呢個餐嘅肉質就係一般和牛質素,好食嘅,但又未到好好食嘅地步。下次試吓佢嗰啲4%,睇吓有幾大分別。
2. 甲羅燒:呢個好食,加蛋漿一齊燒,啲蟹膏好鮮好香,送飯一流!
3. 温泉蛋沙律:味道OK。
4. 豚肉腸:咸咗少少,送飯OK。
5. 和牛餃子:一般餃子,冇咩特別。
6. 牛肉湯麵:反而呢個有驚喜,麵、湯同牛肉都好好食,牛肉似係牛展位,炆得好冧好入味,仲有三大舊,真係大大舊㗎?
7. 牛大腸:我自己鍾意食牛大腸同牛肝,不過佢哋冇賣牛肝。牛大腸本身好有趙頭,而且呢度啲牛大腸唔會成舊脂肪咁,感覺上冇咁肥?
價錢:7:30pm前埋單全單八折,四個人食,以上咁多野加三個白飯一杯汽水,折咗之後$1,400埋單,平均每人三百幾。
啲肉質素好好,服務員態度都幾親切,環境都唔錯。

牛肋肉盛合(特上牛肋肉、上等牛肋肉、牛肋肉)先以牛脂肪作油底再燒,三種不同級數既牛肋肉,味道層次分明,肉汁濃厚。
配 海葡萄和牛沙律(蛋皮配刺身牛片),清新爽口而且獨特,仲有其他生食牛盛菜式,其他燒肉店都搵唔到。
