I’ve been at Kaika two weeks ago, sincerely I went by mistake and thanks got because It was superb.
I chose the Chef Menu and everything was excellent. The price isn’t cheap but it was one of the great dinners that I have. I will be back next time at Macau and I will recommend to all friends, obviously advise them that’s not a cheap restaurant.
Nice lunch set and views
I went to Kaika with my 3-colleagues from Taiwan, Korea & Vietnam. We shared the appetizer, sushi roll, vegetable & Kaika Rice but we choose our own main course. Mine is Grilled Cod Fish .
I see all the way how a raw fish, marinated, grilled & served with mushrooms, onion and a soaking in a wine soup. The taste is very fabulous & the presentation is just simply excellent.
The service during our dinner is great & we were seated on the teppanyaki table with awesome night & lights view of Hong Kong. It’s a recommended restaurant, definitely!!

Excellent lunch set, value for money
食物有水準,午餐的半自助鐵板餐非常不錯
午餐有半自助餐鐵板燒,頭盤全部係自助型式,種類好多:沙津,cold cut, 鵝肝醬,芝士,Parma ham,炸蠔,水果等,好有水準。鐵板燒午餐每人可選兩種食物,試左大蝦,鵝肝,牛柳,牛肉薄燒。鵝肝煎得剛好,外脆內軟,口感豐富。可惜其他嘅都只屬一般。大蝦雖則係冰鮮,但肉質唔應該係焾唔爽口。牛肉係鐵板燒嘅靈魂,但厚切牛柳就無乜肉味,牛肉薄燒就更加令人失望,牛肉本身有啲“鞋”,再加上太熟,食唔到裏麵包住嘅蔥花同蒜片嘅味道。不過,炒飯同魚生飯就好好味,尤其係炒飯,比起好多鐵板燒店更出息。整體上,除左牛肉要改善,食物質素係好嘅,而且賣相仲令人垂涎三尺。另外,服務亦好,店員好友善,環境舒適。

Food is not bad but Too expensive for this quality
十月一日國慶日,竟然不怕死的渣車去尖沙咀,本來想去圓方,但冇位拍車,之後 誤打誤撞去了the one竟然有位拍車! 走了很多間都沒有位,只有這間可以walk in,但也成了這晚最大的驚喜。 點了一個內含龍蝦和a5和牛的鐵板燒餐,龍蝦大且美味。景觀對正維多利亞港, 可以舒舒服服的在這看煙花。 價錢是稍為偏貴,但在有煙花的晚上來絕對是值回票價!
食物質素好,不過嚟之前最好訂左位先!

Used to be a very good restaurant – however quality of service has decreased significantly. Staff very bad at taking reservations – even lying that emails to them will only be received after a day – and have rude attitude in general. Will not visit again.

靚景抵食鐵板燒
It is really an amazing dinner! We plan to have Japanese meal after finishing the 9 holes golf, no booking, just drove to The One locates at Tsim Sha Tsui, decided to try Kaika at 19/F. So lucky we got a window side table that can really enjoy the beautiful HK island harbour view. We ordered the UK dinner set for two, very delicious that beyond my expectation! Worth a try!

What could be an amazing restaurant with amazing food and views is completely spoilt by poor attitude of the chefs, care less overcooking and generally bad service. To top off, you have to pay highly for the bad experience, food and service.
Poor performance and quality. Choose somewhere else for your money. Not worth bothering to try.
Well, I have visited this restaurant several times. We liked the view and their food in the past… it was one of my favorite restaurants, until my recent visit. They disappointed my guests and I… A lot.
I hate writing long story so I have summarize our experience below…
1. The chefs did not introduce what were serving, nor interact with any of us. The chefs were once left the Teppan (and us), standing aside and chatting among themselves. We felt we were just sitting inside the kitchen and eating ourselves.
2. Lobsters were over, Over cooked. The chefs finished cooking and put lobsters on the dish and keep that on the Teppan for very long time. When they finally serving the lobster, it was too chewy but yet too cold.
3. Dishes were not well distributed and we have to pass dishes ourselves for some of our guests.
4. Only ONE choice of dessert – cheesecake, was available for set dinner… Well, that’s what Kaika decided to serve their guests.
5. The only one thing I enjoyed, was the service of our waitresses. They were attentive and served us sake when we had empty glass (that’s why I put 2 stars instead of 1).
Overall, we were disappointed and that not something I would consider in the future.
為慶祝Kaika Sushi & Teppanyaki開業10週年,餐廳特別推出6道菜法日鐵板盛宴,以時令日本食材帶來多道精緻的鐵板菜式,價錢只需HK$680,另收加一服務費。第一道菜意式帆立貝薄切,Scallop Carpaccio,鮮甜的帶子配搭香橙及羅勒醬汁,十分清新又開胃。法式牛油煎左口魚伴蛤蜊,Teppanyaki Flounder in Clam in Butter Sauce,魚皮煎得香脆,魚俱保持嫩滑,魚油脂香加上牛油汁料,味道香濃,非常美味。香煎鵝肝伴無花果,Teppanyaki Foie Gras with Fig,香煎鵝肝煎得不錯,外層微脆,內裡嫩滑,以無花果及紅菜頭汁跟著享用,中和鵝肝的油膩感。鐵板大蝦配香草醬,Teppanyaki Prawn in Herb Sauce,大蝦賣相吸引,蝦肉鮮爽,蝦頭滿是鮮甜的蝦膏,令人回味。昆布蒸南非鲍魚,Steamed Japanese Abalone Wrapped in Konbu with Black Truffle Sauce,日本鮑魚彈牙不韌,最喜歡是黑松露醬汁,香而惹味,配搭出色。特上美國牛柳,US Prime Beef Tenderloin,牛柳帶半熟,肉質軟腍,肉汁豐富,拌以炸蒜片或海鹽更能提升肉香。加上炒飯、漬物及味噌湯,Fried Rice,Pickles & Miso Soup,實在吃得飽肚。最後甜品有兩款選擇,黑糖雪葩配抹茶豆腐,Black Sugar Sherbet. Matcha Tofu,白酒浸萄葡伴蜂蜜芝士,Marinated Grape in White Wine with Cottage Cheese and Honey,前者黑糖味道不會太甜,不會蓋過抹茶豆腐的味道,後者葡萄酒香不會過濃,加上自家製的蜂蜜芝士,味道香甜。
服務食材景色都非常好,就是非常非常的貴

We went there for Valentines’s Day lunch. The seafood is delicious and fresh. But my steak is a bit overcooked(supposed to be medium rare). Don’t expect it is a traditional Japanese style teppanyaki. It is more like a fusion one with western cuisine elements. We have made reservation early and we have got nice window seat with sea view. Still okay for special occasion.

U will b pay top $ for the view only. Food average, stuff attitude terrible, place itself look really good. Spending over 100 us$ for lunch alone- u will be expect at least to choose place to sit u like when joint full for 20% only. Looks like this people stuck in past when they was book for a wks in advance and loose plot a bit

海膽份量好多,雖然用碟仔裝住,但都有2-3層海膽。以前唔鍾意海膽,但第1次食到好味海膽就係呢到?
