比起一般連鎖好，比起一些自以為是既小店好，但係diy是一種娛樂，減去呢個元素的話，其實唔值排長龍
I give it 3 stars because you cannot book in advance and the wait on the weekend was close to 40mins. ? DIY Okonomiyai was fun. Ingredients were fresh. Overall environment was ok, a bit warm and stuffy given the closeness to the teppanyaki grill. Staff was friendly and assisted us with clear instructions. Taste wise it was good.
Given the long wait I suggest the store to display a video explainer of how to cook versus a printout chinese only explanation. Although we ended up doing our own thing.
Ordered the Hiroshima Okonomiyaki which has squid, shrimp, cabbage, bacon and noodles.
Lightly cook the squid as overcooking will lead to chewiness. Leave the noodles on the grill longer for added crispness. I should have fried the bacon separately VS following directions. Crispy bacon would give the dish added texture.
Would gladly return with friends for fun. Word of advice do not go here if you’re hungry or lack patience. Be sure to grab a ticket first and be prepared to do lots of some window shopping.

見人有讚有彈，其實都係普通食物，又吾係D乜驚世美食，去到日本食一樣係普通食物，吾使咁認真呢。服務好，食物吾難食，如果排太來就吾值得了。

The food is quite nice, and you get to make your own okonomiyaki, and not too expensive considering it is in that area. But the wait is simply not worth it. 3 hours of wait is simply too long
The food was amazing but the service horrific. We ordered in Mandarin but the waitperson missed many things which we had to request again. We sat there waiting for our final dish for an additional 10 minutes before requesting for a third time. She brought it right out so it was just sitting back in the kitchen. You make your own food and detailed instructions in English and Chinese are provided so you are only relying on the staff to give you drinks and ingredients and they cannot do that.

不過就限時90分鐘，只係啱啱好。
The food was quite good and it was fun to make. We got the yakisoba and hiroshima okonomiyaki which is a layer of pancake, cabbage with pork belly, noodles and eggs. There were quite a few steps to make it and the directions on the guide isn’t super clear, but we were able to figure it out and it turned out pretty well.
在香港也能體驗日本的文字燒、大阪燒和廣島燒！

Food is quite good and special, can let customers enjoy the cooking fun. Waiters and waitresses are helpful, good service. Can visit it during tea time, no queue at all.

小朋友很喜歡自己弄禦好燒，但價錢稍貴。做會員後價格較相宜，有靚布袋送。

娛樂性高，可親手整大阪燒，另外亦有肉，蔬菜可食，唯獨時間真的很嚴謹，90分鐘不多不小。

3顆星主要是因為食物質素退步了許多，禦好燒還好，加拿大五花腩份量少了肉質也差太多，夏威夷pancake粉調配不好、糖份不夠，煎出來毫無香味。
另外，超過4人的話排隊時間非常難預計：試過6:30pm攞飛，等15分鐘就有位；亦試過6:40pm攞飛，等到8:25pm才入座，足足等了105分鐘。
幾好玩 適合和朋友來。幾好食 尤其係芝士味

香港罕有能食到廣島燒的店鋪，水準的話因為是自助料理型式，要看自己了（當然也可以講店員代為烹調）
自己嘅禦好燒自己整，有得食又有得玩，唔識整亦可以叫店員教。食物味道分量都好適合( 男仔可能覺得唔係咁夠飽 ) ，惟一係用餐時間限90分鐘，唔適合慢慢傾計。
店內有賣香港較少機會食到的廣島燒。
顧客可親手製造廣島燒。但也可以請職員幫忙。
可惜味道較咸！
Had a great time making our own okonomiyaki. The portions were generous and the combination of crispy lettuce, fried egg, stir-fry noodles and the various condiments were simply amazing.

Doesnt worth the queueing. Better go at random hours like 3 or 4pm on a weekday.
Special experience for cooking. There is no queue in lunch time however price is a bit high. At least one hundred dollars per person is requested for lunch. Dishes is not big for man.
