Visited the restaurant at around 10pm but it was still crowded, but no queue.
Okonomiyaki was mediocre, but the souffle pancake was fluffy, a little bit buttery yet sweet.
Min. charge was HKD100 per person.
Staff were nice, but dont speak English. But they were a great help tho, service was fast and they happily cook the food for us on our griddle.
The restaurant can be packed during dinner hours. Highly recommend going early.
This family gathering have total 7 people and 2 kids, we reserved a table a week ago. The booking was full and some walk-in customers have to wait, since we have only 90 mins for our dinner, it is a bit rush for 9 people to finish all the dishes.
We ordered 御好燒、大阪燒 (except 文字燒, as I tried in Osaka, it is not the food we loved). It is easy to cook and fun, you can scan the QR code on the menu then it has movie to teach you step by step. One thing I need to mention is you have to take out the ginger if you don’t like spicy (especially for kids). After finished the dinner, my clothes and have the oil smell. Also, for kids, there is no baby seat and too close to the hot iron plate.
Started queuing up for the restaurant at 5.45pm on a Friday night. Got in at 6.35ish. Really loved it- the tutorial videos, leaflet cooking guides – just so you can make your own! Some are easy to make, but some require certain skill level to flip the food around. Order according to your confidence! But no matter what the combination of ingredients and sauce are delicious.
You are given only 90 minutes to sit in though, so if you are in a big party, might need to rush through the meal.

Passed this restaurant one night and found too many people in the line waiting so gave up. Went there again after a few days for lunch. This time, I could go straight in without queuing. Enjoyed the cook-it-yourselves, particularly fun with kids.

Best one I had in a long time. Worth the queue. Only downside is that you are expected to prepare it by yourself, which is fun 🙂
Warm service and very patient staff! It was our first time at the restaurant and our servers were very attentive and stepped in to help without asking when we had trouble cooking. Food was delicious and we did not have to wait too long on a weekday at 4pm.
Fun enough experience, making your own okonomiyaki and it was just tasty enough to make it worth it but the service left a lot to be desired. Took a number and waited my turn but when seated I was left alone for about 10 minutes before I realised no one was coming to take my order. When I finally got one of the staff attention I felt really dejected. Then ingredients arrived and I was left alone, again. I shuffled through the menu cards and found an okonomiyaki manual but it was all in Chinese. So again I asked for help and was given the English version. In the end one of the male staff helped me a bit but in general the worst service I’d gotten in Hong Kong. If you decide to go for the okonomiyaki make sure you bring a friend or two….

整體味道都唔錯
定價策略其實幾好，夠一百蚊，再加十蚊，有pancake放題。但啲人員畀完一份你，其實好唔願畀多份你，pancake 漿幾錢啫，你寫明放題就應該畀過來啦，好在我食到趕時間，費事同你計，如果唔係我一定叫多一份pancake。 一碗 pancake 漿大概整到6塊。
可以試一試自己做大阪燒 感覺幾新鮮
Expensive and required to wait for long time for the table.
Had to wait an hour for dinner only to find out we had to cook it ourselves. Furthermore was charge 10 percent service charge. This is just ridiculous.

每次必吃加拿大豬腩和燒餅
之前第一去食已經覺得好玩又好食，所以就做咗會員，會員優惠亦很吸引，之後亦去過好幾次食，而且每次都必定食日式燒餅和加拿大厚切豬腩，因為實在好味道，肉質鮮嫩咬落有口感。食材也算新鮮。
尤其是燒餅，真係其他地方食既燒餅無呢到咁好食，店員服務仲非常好，由於我係唔識佢既步驟去煮呢個燒餅，但每次吃，店員都招呼周到幫我煮埋，食物隨咗好食，令到客人會返轉頭再去食，服務也很重要人。所以有好多食肆我都會keep住幫襯，當然呢間也不例外外?????
Very nice Japanese experience to cook your own food …. the food is delicious however you need to wait for a while to get your seat but it’s worth it.

鐵板過大，就住無足夠空間枱邊衹可用放細碟上食，進食上好局限！食得好唔舒適，嗰個鐵板熱度大太貼人，又限時90分鐘又要自己煮！食到好有壓力！五花腩熟了同煙肉無分別，牛腱得幾片與價格不符，不會不再有下次光顧！

Food was alright, but immediately we lost our appetite when roaches came out from the bottom of the table. The octopus was sour and the prawns smelt terrible. Staff placed food down on our table with no explanation and we even received the wrong order.
Wonderful food! If you order the buffet set meal, it’s better. All taste good and is full of nutrition. Vegan ok! Overall great, nothing to complain about.

The okonomiyaki and monjayaki are just alright imo but I would go for the all you can eat and get grilled meats and drinks. The quality is decent and I’m pretty sure you wouldn’t be able to get them at this price anywhere else.
