職員出錯卻無故喝罵顧客，服務態度極度惡劣！
平日星期二下午在THE ONE食午餐，想食日式西餐，去到門口睇到大餐牌，選擇也多，價格不貴，Set Lunch中我們也有心水。當時店內未有食客，但現時疫情我們也不想去太多人的食店，便入座。服務員有禮，細心主動，送第一份餐時已即給兩個細碟。其後有多兩台食客，服務員空閒時有留意食客的需要。環境舒服，空間足夠，食物份量大，因味道?，食材質素高，我們都全清。
煙熏豬番茄手工意粉 – 番茄仔好鮮甜，手工意粉好煙韌，意粉汁非常正。
和牛定食 – 珍珠米煙韌，配上和牛汁十分美味，沙律菜夠新鮮，牛肉味濃。

餐廳員工服務基本上不予置評，「惡劣」。
不會再次惠顧。
極差服務態度，自己員工俾錯餐第二個顧客反而走去鬧預先訂好餐嘅客人
外國有餐廳標榜無禮對客黎吸引人。今次Bookmark 左搵日試下先。

Today I go there for lunch, lunch set starts from $78 up. I tried a A4 wagyu beef don $158, the A4 wagyu beef don actually quite ok.
The wagyu beef is so tender and it is not dry, with rich beef flavor, Together with deep fried garlic and soft white rice, yummy.
在尖沙咀逛了好久，差不多到食飯時候，我和同行朋友，決定去主打日西料理的??五要素食堂????? ??????? ??????? 吃晚餐?～
餐廳有室外和室内，不過天氣超熱，應該不會有人坐室外啦。可惜店入面爆曬棚，我們只好坐在店外位置。不過其實店外位更佳，旁邊沒人，坐得舒服。
「 和牛漢堡? $88+ 薯條? $48」
沒有想過餐廳的和牛漢堡會好到令人有驚喜?，麵包有蜜糖香，超級鬆軟，漢堡扒又厚又調味足，醬汁濃香甘甜，好好食～不過漢堡沒附薯條，但絕對值得加錢食㗎!!!
「 茄醬蒜片薄餅? $88 」
薄餅好有咬口，嚼勁十足，不慨為手工和發酵過24小時，鐘意食有嚼勁的人，可以試吓呀。
Was quite full at dinner, waiter suggested that to sit outdoor but it is quite windy. The environment is too dark without lighting. Ordered 3 mains including pizza, pasta and beef rice bowl. The beef rice bowl is poor as the beef is tasteless and having a burnt flavor. The pasta is normal and the sauce and shrimp is good. The pizza is not bad but without the smell of truffle. The best is the croquette which has crispy but yet very soft and smooth potato mesh inside. The service is not good as there are many missing items

Came here during CNY break for lunch, located in the building called the ONE. Selection of Japanese foods were vast. However, the service was absolutely horrible, as they were very busy, and we had to wait a long time for them to come to our table before ordering. The restaurant is kinda small, so make sure to make a booking before you come! Ordered American wagyu beef with some rice, cost 98HKD. To be honest, the wagyu was really good and was not far from the quality of Japanese wagyu. We also ordered Parma ham pizza, was mid.

已經一開始問左，食飯會唔有時間限制，，manager 話無。之後食食下D員工走黎話要趕住交枱俾下一枱客，我哋D野未食完，員工又唔問下我哋仲要唔要，就咁就收起。D食物完本幾好食，但係員工態度實在差！

It is self served restaurant, need to use QR code to place order. And service is just ok.
I tried the wagyu rice don set which is $168. The wagyu is tender and soft, with fried garlic tastes pretty good, however the portion is small.
The onion soup is a bit salty with black pepper. And potatoes salad is ok.
