Ma On Shan
We live here in Vienna and decided to spend our 25th anniversary there. The service was nice but the quality of food was poor and not worth the price. We were both very disappointed by our experience and will not recommend this restaurant to any of our friends in the local or international community.
I wanted to have a nice and relaxing dinner. But experienced the opposite.
We ordered a 6 course meal and sashimi platter. Total amount of 2100 HK dollars includes 10% service charge.
The whole dinner took us less than 40 minutes.
Service was really really BAD! We were still busy to finish a course and they bring the next one.
And the food is ok, but not that great though. You can have great sushi, better service and ambience in other places for a lot less… Really a bummer. And we were still hungry after we left.
If you wanted to be treated with respect than this is not the place to be.

Delicious food and superb service!
we ate here for dinner and it was the worst experience ever. What would have been a nice meal turned out to be an average meal with a very expensive price. The service was worst of all. We paid 240 euro’s for poor service and 40 minutes of “joy”. We have eaten in somany sushi restaurants with way better service and kind people with paying only a quarter of this amount. Before i finished my dish, the waiter came allready bringing the next dish. Only because we had tea afterwoods, which was about 10 minutes, we spent 40 minutes there. Yes, our meal took only 30 minutes. The sushi was not that bad but not worth 240 euro’s.

Great dining area in Tsim Sha Tsui for Japanese cuisine with glass of wine. Price might be high, but acceptable range when you eating Japanese.
Fresh fish prepared right in front of you. Omakase selection was nice and just the right amount of food. Highly recommend.

食物調味唔太重，但又好食同有口感。
相信主要係食材新鮮，點左份原隻龍蝦，同埋牛扒，店員都冇介紹錯，今次冇爭錯埋單，算抵食！
下次會埋試其他^^
I want to have a relaxing lunch here but the chef seems to be in a rush. The next dish was served even before the last one was finished, an even if the customer wasn’t at the table, the dish was served and let to cool. i feel like being in a 茶餐廳 instead of a japanese teppanyaki restaurant. The waiter did not serve tea if not requested and did not remove the plate before the next dish is served. Besides, they put different customers in group of 6~8 so that they are served by the chef at the same time. The food is generally oily, salmon was overcooked and the beef is far from waygu. Quality of food is not good, the fried vegetable was tasteless, i can even do better at home. The fried rice was prepared in advance to be reheated in front of the customers, what a shame! Although you can re-order for some of the items, there was absolutely nothing i wanted to encore. The whole course was finish within an hour. Definitely not worth the price. I regret going there and spending $1k for the unpleasant lunch.
There are too many good teppanyaki restaurant in Hong Kong as locals love Japanese food. So I wouldn’t recommend their teppanyaki as there are far better options for the same price one has to pay.
The set menu offers a lot of choices. They come with appetizers and soup. Love the sushi and the udon. The best is that you can choose their udon to be served in hot soup or just cold (you dip in the cold sauce). The texture of the udon was the same as those I ate in Japan.
Sushi set was spot on.
Will definitely come back.
There were some fresh dashiki but had food poisoning the last 3 times I went in past 2 years consistently. The food is not kept well, and quality dropped a lot. Some dishes was less refined and delicate. Very disappointing. Was our favourite place for omakase and fresh seasonal dashiki for years.
Not like the old days with traditional fresh wasabi, beautiful wooden chopsticks, now plastic…
午餐all you can eat around HK$500 / head. Price is good

點了一個松花堂，一個鰻魚飯，也不知那個跟那個套餐的前菜和刺身了。先上了前菜滷豆腐，醬汁有點太濃稠。

It’s ok but not as unique or very special as others Japanese Restaurant. But for the price it’s good enough. A bit bored to be frankly!
不錯的地方，商務晚餐所以我不會參考價格而只參考食物。這是平均水平。有些東西真的很好吃，有些只是一般。食物精美呈現。非常積極和周到的服務。儘管如此，我還是推薦它，因為這裡的氛圍和服務。

既然有咁多正面嘅食評，要用一個月等位時間去試，裝飾昏暗，鐵板燒枱進食，廚師就喺隔離預備10人份量嘅炒飯，感覺有如坐喺茶餐廳廚房外面，正式日本鐵板燒應該係一小部份，預備比客人。算吧啦，開始進食，燒薄牛片，帶子同蝦，片刻間經已出水，就算係任食都冇胃口，證明係雪藏食品，以咁嘅價錢， $600一位，應該有比較好點嘅食材。喺其他食評並不刊登以上評論，希望比其他人客多一個真實報道。
All you can order Teppanyaki lunch with wine package will give you a big smile! Great chefs cook in front with good quality seafood and beef, best of all unlimited sake??，not cheap, but great values ☺️ …

超有历史的雲海永遠保持着水準是很难得的好店。特别两位寿司吧的師傅很認真及执着的專業要求在同業中都認同。香港喜來登的皇者。
Hotel Sheraton內的人氣日本餐廳, 座位寬敞, 魚生新鮮, 招呼週到, 價錢合理, 鐵板燒座尤其搶手, 我提早一週前也訂不到位呢!
週末去食鐵板燒放題，放題包括前菜、魚生、鐵板燒，同甜品。前菜同魚生只有一份，唔係任食。另外配炒飯同湯。
魚生係三文魚同蝦，不過不失啦。
鐵板燒會全部俾一round你食先，之後可以隨便叫某部份(除咗銀雪魚同鴨肝，每人只限一件)。
如果你想食盡/賺盡，其實可以同廚師講唔要炒什菜同炒飯，換取有更多空間可以食多少少肉類鐵板燒。不過其實食完一round 已經七八成飽。
比較鍾意羊架，牛肉薄燒，同帆立貝；雞肉有少少乾。
每人承惠$599，加10% service charge。廚師會同你傾計，服務態度真係好好。
