灣仔總店雖然開咗一段時間 但一直沒有機會去試 前幾個禮拜逛商場時發現尖沙咀The One開了分店 既然地點便利 便更容易相約好友一起共進晚餐 大約七點幾到達 開始出現人龍 幸好在門口等了十分鐘左右就能入座
先上開胃的前菜 煎封芝麻吞拿魚$138 用了柑橘汁黑胡椒調味 配上柑果肉一起吃味道很清新
鹹食法式薄餅點了份煙三文魚蕎麥薄餅$108 煙三文魚配菠菜這個黃金組合加入半生熟雞蛋 沒有什麼特別調味也很好吃 薄薄一片的薄餅其實份量也很大 絕對需要跟朋友一起分享(如果你還想試其他主菜)
主菜肉類點了這裡招牌的西班牙黑毛豬伴紅酒汁$188 醬汁薯蓉都很好 但略嫌黑毛豬過熟有點咬口
加配香脆薯條配茄汁$45 香脆好吃已經忘記拍照了

出色的意粉,意粉質感很好。味道走清淡多過濃鬱。服務笑容搭夠。本來冇位,有位外國人(似話事人)走出黎比位我地,最終試了。一定要提,價錢十分公道,尖沙咀小有的價錢~~
My friend and I went to this lovely french restaurant at Monday. It is such a nice place! The atmosphere is perfect. It is not noisy. We ordered “Entrecote Frites”, “Grilled Chicken Spaghetti”, “French Foie Gras Spaghetti, “Chocolate Fondant & Vanilla Ice-cream” and “Classic Tiramisu”. They are not bad at all! My personal favourite would be “Chocolate Fondant & Vanilla Ice-cream”. Also, the stuff are very helpful. Definitely recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a fancy french restaurant.
Decent breakfast style restaurant. Their crab cakes are pretty good, the crab cake eggs Benedict is just eggs on top of the crab cake without any muffins. The breakfast sausage is just OK, so is the savory crepe. Haven’t got chance to try the sweet crepes yet.

呢個牛扒運用咗牛肩肉嘅,肉質的確係好淋但係唔煤。? 都ok多肉汁,牛味唔錯。? 而且有200克鵝肝,就略嫌唔夠香。? 配菜嘅薯蓉都好食,夠曬牛油香,唔馬虎。?
海鹽焦糖及鮮忌廉法式可麗餅($45) [好味道:9/10]
啲碟嘢一嚟,真係好香。? 係新鮮整出嚟, 所以仲有好多餘溫。? 配起個糖漿食呢,仲有啲cream,真係好好食。? 個皮嘅質感,小小煙韌,非常香軟,啱啱好唔會硬,真係有啲似喺法國食到嗰種質感!??

呢個好refreshing!? 有成罐屈臣氏梳打水,畀你加入啲grenadine syrup入面。? 但係其實冇乜石榴味。?

呢隻包偏硬身小小,但夾埋牛油果同煙三文魚,淋淋既口感同脆脆地既包,口感好特別,味道亦都好fresh~ 中意食薯條既你一定明~!
歐洲原條龍脷魚 $228
價錢雖然有小貴,但我會話你知,真係食過會上癮,醬汁唔結但夠香濃,魚味滿分又唔腥同埋小小既配菜,令呢碟魚既鮮味更加突出。魚骨一條過,好似我呢D唔識食魚既人都食左1/2 (唔係要同佢地share我先唔留俾佢地…) ,魚肉都好juicy 掂呀!

唔好睇小佢細細份,小食多滋味,”古”味十足,真係好香,食多幾啖竟然會有飽肚既感覺,因為佢真係好掛汁,味道香甜,如果叫小食,真係不二之選~

另上既酸甜醬汁,又一開胃菜式!!!雖然吞拿魚唔算好厚,但食起上黎都有口感,配埋爽口既沙律菜,正呀!!!!而且果兩塊包塗上牛油果同蒜香醬,就咁食都好滋味~

焦香既大帶子加埋煙肉同香濃白酒煮忌lim野菌,中意食重口味既你必叫,香濃白酒忌lim呢個汁真係好香好濃,又唔會死咸,配埋鮮味十足既焦香大帶子,唔講咁多,秒殺~

先講呢個意粉醬汁係特色既地中海風味醬,用番茄,鯷魚,橄欖及酸豆整出黎,而且佢個烤雞夠哂juicy同嫩滑,又一驚喜之作~

心太軟,個醬真係好甘香。香軟既外層,一切開,接都接唔住既軟心chocolate ,緊係要自己食哂佢喇!!!!
唔係講笑,黎呢到就算就算鹹食定甜食,點都一定滿足到你~至少我地今晚三個唔同口味既女人,都好好好滿足呀!!!十二道瘋味,每碟野食講緊都係一百蚊鬆D,坐得又舒服,又抵食,真係黎得TST第一時間都諗起呢間餐廳
Tried this place while I was visiting Hong Kong, and to tell you the truth, the food here is really mediocre. I ordered the black truffle spaghetti with smoked salmon as well as the crab cake spaghetti, and both were very bland. Nothing so special about this place other than the nice decor.

之前試過灣仔店覺得很不錯,所以跟朋友到尖沙咀再回味一遍?這裏環境不錯,好舒服的。
我們首先點了個湯~味道好濃郁的《南瓜湯》,口感creamy,還有南瓜絲增加口感。
《牛油果凱撒沙律》
本以為沙律的分量不是很多,所以點了兩款,誰知道是不少的?有半個牛油果,烚蛋,蔬菜,芝士碎和兩片多士。材料新鮮,很green, 感覺整個人都健康起來呀?
《炙燒吞拿魚尼斯沙律》
一看到這個沙律已經很開心,顏色配搭非常吸睛。這款沙律的蔬菜款式比之前的多,一樣的新鮮,吞拿魚配有黑胡椒,令層次提升了。沙律配有一款酸酸的醬汁,味道挺酸胃的,還有兩片多士。
為下一道菜特意點了兩杯白酒?
《法國雅莉沙當尼乾白葡萄酒》這杯的口感比較乾,帶點果香味。
《法國倫納德達文西乾白葡萄酒》這杯味道比沙當尼濃,果味亦較沙當尼濃。
《法國空運藍青口 – 季節限定》
我本來是不吃青口的人,但第一次在灣仔店吃過後就愛上?這次也要再回味一下。這個青口用了香蒜蕃茜和白酒去烹調,香味濃郁是不用講的。每一口都能吃到海水味跟淡香的白酒味??除了青口,還配有香脆薯條?
每次經過 The ONE 的店舖,都不小心會忽略這家輕法國餐廳??

其實今次是我第一次吃生牛肉他他? 但口感味道都很不錯!是會不停送進口裏的 sharing plates!

食物整體不錯,服務態度也很好,當日是三連休的第一日假期,18:00前入座,飯後要了個tiramisu,可惜餐廳回覆因食材未ready, suggest改第二樣,有一點點失望啦~
Food are delicious, many choice for crepes including salty or sweet taste. We ordered Pork, Scallop crepes (the scallop was not ok but the mushroom make it up) and chocolate sauce crepes with ice cream).

時令鮮魚·果然夠香!夠脆!夠鮮!
一早起身都未食早餐,就打掃家務。做完家務發現肚子好餓。當然隨即換衫去找找吃的。相約朋友一起去尖沙咀The One Odelice 進食。怎知朋友遲到,我的第一餐就變成午餐了。
我們叫了兩個餐,每個餐都有送前菜。其中一款就選擇了精選餐湯。另一款就選擇了田園沙律。
沙律裡面有車厘茄,沙律菜,青瓜片,紅蘿蔔切片,椰菜等,沙律加醋的組合,微酸的味道,令到胃口大開。餐湯就好濃郁的粟米味,裡面又有一些粟米粒蓉。
至於其中一個主菜就叫了巴馬臣芝士野菌燴飯,$88。食到好香cheese味。每一粒飯都有汁包住,而且每粒飯的體型好飽滿,口感較硬身,有飯香,有咬口。
另一個就叫了$135的時令鮮魚。配有餐廳自製的香滑薯蓉,百酒刁草汁。時令鮮魚是香煎三文魚,三文魚沒有骨,吃起來很方便。而且三文魚的外皮煎香過,煎得很香脆。加上碟的旁邊有一塊檸檬,將檸檬內的檸檬汁渣壓出來。令到整條魚有一點點檸檬酸,頓時提升了魚的鮮味。
而香滑薯蓉上面有一些菠菜,菠菜已經煮到比較軟身 ,配合薯蓉一起吃,另一番風味。
飲品方面就叫了鮮榨的天然果汁。即是橙汁胡蘿蔔薑汁合成的一杯天然果汁,$40一杯。又叫了一杯$36的天然蘋果汁。以及叫一杯熱的香濃朱古力,$40。三杯飲品之中我比較喜歡橙汁和蘿蔔薑汁合成的一杯天然果汁,豐富的橙味之中有一點點薑汁味,還有輕你的胡蘿蔔味,自我感覺很健康。
賣單大概$373,平均$186.5一個人。
平日一提起食法國菜,第一時間就會諗起要食好耐同價錢好貴,但其實都唔一定既,呢晚同左好姊妹黎到the one呢間餐店食晚餐,可以食到法式菜色之餘,價錢亦無想像之中既昂貴:)
睇完meun之後,我地決定要一份“吞拿魚牛油果他他他他”HKd$148+10%做我地既前菜,之後要左個“極致羅西尼牛排”HKd$288+10%同“COMPLETE黑松露蕎麥薄餅”HKd$88+10%做我地既主菜,打算食完先再order甜品!
吞拿魚粒混合口感creamy既牛油果,加上帶有微酸既source,實為一道開胃既前菜~~
呢份極致羅西尼牛排主要分為三個部份,先有煎得脆嫩肥美既鵝肝,接著既煎烤至剛好5成熟既牛脊肉,而底層則配以香滑既薯蓉;)
法式薄餅係喺法國常見既小食,咸既叫“Galettes”,甜既就係我地常見既“Crepes”,呢晚我地所order既係Galettes中經典既配搭,有著法式火腿、太陽蛋、芝士同松露醬呢d常見既材料,結合用上蕎麥粉製成而有煙韌口感既galettes,食完就感受到何謂簡單而美味=]
食完上面提及既食物,其實都真係飽左7.8成,但本住食甜品係有第二個胃,我地都每一揀左一款甜品share食~~~
好姊妹要左個“Classic Tiramisu”HKd$88+10%,而我就睇中左個“烏龍紅茶焦糖燉蛋”HKd$78+10%~
前者芝士部份打得細滑,酒同咖啡既比例剛好,三者味道係口腔中結合,係使人回味既味道啊;而後者則係表層焦脆,燉蛋部份既茶香同蛋香互相輝映,為我地呢餐畫上甜美既句點:]

The pan-seared duck breast looks so attractive? The edge of it is crispy?and the seasoning is just right??A pinch of salt and pepper goes well with the duck breast?

3️⃣Ribeye steak with French fries ? ($138)
Amongst all the steak ? that I have eaten, this one is at average level. The doneness of the steak is well-controlled and texture of the steak is okay ??. For the taste, the gravy is a bit milder than I expected. I prefer stronger seasoning in it? .
4️⃣Pan fried banana ? Caramel French crêpe($55)
This dessert surprises me? Love the glazed banana pieces with crispy texture outside. The sauce tastes like a mixture of Caramel and Taffy? They are super sweet on their own but goes perfect with the vanilla ice cream ? and crêpe. This simple but nice dessert puts an end to our French dining experience??

昨天晚上與五個好友到此餐廳用膳,由於要送別一位將要移民的好友,所以需要選擇一間可坐耐D 既餐廳。可是我們入座約1.5 小時後,一名男侍應攞張單黎叫我地埋單,話用餐時間只係1.5 小時。我非常驚訝,因為我們 1. 以電話訂座時及 2. 於入座時均無人通知我們此規定。而當時外面並無人等位,餐廳也有其他空枱。
我跟侍應說,餐廳在我預訂時沒通知,加上沒人等位等等,為何要堅時我們馬上還枱? 怎料他說: 餐廳已貼出告示。然後我才發現告示貼在餐廳門後面一個很不當眼的位置。我問他為什麼餐廳跟其他餐廳的做法不同,可是他並不覺得有問題,只是一直重覆說己貼出告示。
這時候剛好外面開始有人等位,他更對我說: 外面有人等緊十位,係咪要我叫佢地入黎同你講? 然後又不停重覆己貼出告示。
我跟他說你只貼出告示,但事前沒通知,難到我和友人來到後馬上改地點嗎? 由於他的態度非常惡劣,我便跟他說我不會再和他討論了,我以後不會再來,而且會投訴。怎料他說: 那麼你以後不要來了,而我就是餐廳其中一個老闆。
由於我也不想阻住其他客人,所以就馬上離座了。我想係呢度同呢位聲稱自己係老板的侍應說,你餐廳就算唔志在D客,你都唔好影衰香港的服務業! 其實你只要同我講聲唔好意思,話下次會提早通知,我一定會即刻還枱俾你。我係香港住左咁多年都係第一次見識服務差到咁既餐廳! 實在令人驚訝!

個飯如果可以軟身返小小就更好喇,不過都好CREAMY,而且龍蝦味道非常特出,雖然份量有D小,但食多兩啖都飽飽地~

青口係一大煲上,隻隻都開哂口,仲要佢真係好多隻,開到我手都軟,但真係好抵食,而且隻隻青口肉都唔細粒,所以真係唔好睇小呢個份量呀!!同埋佢地既薯條炸得夠金黃,夠香脆

Tuna少脂肪、肉質較結實,入口唔會太膩,而且仲有D芝麻同酸酸甜甜既醬汁,好開胃~!!!

如果你落埋多小小檸檬汁,成個味道突然變得更出更好味,唔好諗住個包好脆好硬,濃厚既牛油果醬將佢軟化左,正~!

佢入面有chocolate sauce,海鹽焦糖,杏仁等。呢個大人細路都一定岩食,唔岩呢個口味,唔洗怕~!佢仲有好多其他口味選擇嫁!!!

好好好大個,而且一打開,WA….D 朱古古跑出黎,好流心呀!!!而且帶點回甘,呢個都係好好味。
我地6個人,每人$400都唔洗就可以又飲又食,仲可以慢慢坐係到邊傾邊食,呢個價錢同環境仲有質素,真係好抵呀!!!

「經典肉眼扒配薯條」$218
肉眼7成熟岩岩好。血水不會太多,肉質夠淋夠嫩口,唔會有太多根,超好吃的肉眼扒!
「漢堡牛肉蕎麥薄餅」

Went there for a relatives birthday. We’ve ordered some alternative dishes such as avocado tartare, salads and tuna. Seems like the perfect place for European style dining – by that I mean eat moderate and take your time to savour the food. Try to mulled wine if available.
i must say, very fair price for the quality food & service! esp. love these dishes i ordered:
➖scallops & mushroom galette
➖US angus steak rossini with foie gras & mushrooms .

steak cooked to medium rare just how i like it (many top-rated restaurants over cook the protein at times). satisfied ?
The place is nice and the service is serious.
We ordered a galette and a steak. Unfortunately, the quality of the products were a little poor, not very fresh. This is not what is expected of French cuisine. Dommage ! We’ll not come back.
