Classic Clams Fettuccine
闊條麵好有口感,似係手工製作咁勁煙韌。味道帶有微辣,亦有香濃白酒蒜香味,大蜆非常鮮甜,餐廳仲用左香濃牛油白酒去煮,完全帶出左白酒嘅鮮味。
Although the Kowloon side is not geographically the East side of Hong Kong and the HK side is not the West side of HK but for food is it quite different.On the Kowloon side, you get more Chinese restaurants and their palates are slightly different but the food scene is revolving again.
Due to high rents and stuff, we are seeing more Western restaurants popping up in Kwuntong, Kowloon Bay, Laichikok etc to cater for expat companies migrating from the HK side because of the rents.
Anyway, TST is almost the central point where people on both sides can meet up and the new menu at O delice is just the thing to break the ice.
I found my comfort food on the menu because how can they not serve their signature galettes!
I had the spinach and salmon which just brought me back to Wanchai!!
It was loaded with spinach and salmon and I loved the baby gem lettuce salad.
Next was my favourite moule frites which are freshly flown from France.
They were flavourful and springy.
The best thing is that they serve it with aioli mayonnaise, but I asked for plain mayonnaise which is even better!!
New on the menu was the French toast which I thought was funny but this is a real deal from a French place of course and not those lame Cantonese style French toasts suffocating in syrup and melting butter/margerine!
The French one, pain perdu is much lighter and comforting, one that I could eat again and again!!
Finished off with the strawberry basil tea which was flawless and hand shaken by my favourite guy at odelice!!!
He concocted it in a way, you could taste fresh strawberries and it was perfectly balanced that it didn’t taste syrupy.
Definitely coming back, especially when my dear friend Matthieu is here!
There are many positive comments on Openrice, so I visit there with high expectation, but I’m not very impressed with the food. The steak (French Chateaubriand) is a bit too dry.
But still it is a good place for group gathering.

每逢週末都會周圍搵食,呢日又去咗The One 搵吓有咩好嘢,經過見到呢間有做週末早午餐,吸引到我
主菜選擇好多,有20幾款不同款式選擇,緊有一款啱口胃
▶️松露蜜法國油封鴨腿 – 以羽衣甘藍,焗新薯,蘋果酒醬汁伴碟。鴨腿外皮略嫌烤到唔夠卜卜脆,但切開外皮後,鴨肉總夠鮮嫩嘅,入口惹味
▶️ODELICE 早午餐 – 炒蛋,小牛角包,牛油果,蕃茄燉白豆,煙肉及香烤肉腸,全部都係普通嘢,正正常常,唔會有驚喜。(有段小插曲就係上碟時漏咗小牛角包,我哋發現了才補番,其實有點不小心/細心,如果客人無為意就已經蝕咗)
▶️凍檸茶/熱美式咖啡 – 凍檸茶正常,至於杯美式咖啡,說實在有點難飲,較苦澀,落了兩包啡糖才勉強飲得落,奇怪!
飲後感:油封鴨腿係Ok 的,早午餐收得咁嘅價錢應該要再好啲,特別係漏咗份食物已經扣咗分,至於餐廳環境同服務水平都是滿意的!
餐廳樓底都算高,景觀開揚,加上窗外嘅自然光線點綴,感覺舒適。法式風格嘅裝修,沙發位頗舒服,伴隨輕鬆的音樂,令到用餐的享受度大大提升。

吞拿魚片沒有筋,入口溶化,賣相精緻。
虎蝦意粉
兩只虎蝦肉質有彈性很新鮮,意粉的蕃茄醬有迷迭香、橄欖等,口感頗豐富,份量剛好,有水準,賣相唔錯!感覺是用心烹調的。

餐廳燈光昏暗,氣氛寧靜,很適合與友人靜靜地談天。食物高質份量到又足夠,重點是價錢很合理,跟一般西餐差不多,菜式種類比較新穎,可以一試再試。推介雜錦海鮮蕎麥薄餅、經典肉眼牛排、松露蜜法國油封鴨腿和熱情果焦糖烤布蕾。

極致羅西尼牛排
香煎法國鵝肝佐新西蘭牛脊肉,厚厚的鵝肝配上五成熟的牛脊肉,牛肉肉質鮮嫩,鵝肝煎得香脆內嫩,肉汁令軟滑的薯蓉和配菜也添上一層微香的牛油和鵝肝味道。每口牛扒加上焗到入口即溶的蒜頭,回味無窮!
番紅花海鮮燴飯
用上虎蝦,帶子,魷魚等等,大量海鮮用料非常豐富,加入了番紅花,令整個飯增加層次,而且十分Creamy。

除左steak tartare , 另一樣至愛就係beef carpaccio ! 呢度都有得食!
生牛肉配上簡單調味,可以和多士一齊食,牛肉味重,因為薄切,所以好易咬。配上沙律菜,可以平衡味蕾!
香橙烤豬腩$218
豬腩已經預先切好,方便一齊share ,豬腩皮烤到香脆,有啲似西班牙乳豬皮既質感,但係脆少少同無咁乾
豬腩肉肥瘦均勻,明顯睇得出五層分佈!肉質嫩,咬落仲有啲juicy 。配上香橙汁,令豬腩肉增添清新的感覺,不會覺得太油膩
牛脊肉配法國鴨肝$328
牛脊肉份量幾足,有幾塊,我地叫左medium rare ,熟成度跟預期的啱啱好,用上新西蘭牛,呢個牛脊肉好淋,肉味好濃,啱晒食肉獸!
鴨肝煎得香脆,好重油香,外脆內滑,因為放在牛肉上面,鴨肝油慢慢流向下面的牛脊肉,令牛肉都充滿鴨肝油香,好滋味!
配菜款式多種類,有焗蒜頭、洋蔥、蘆筍、蕃茄仔和薯蓉!
火焰橙酒可麗餅$88
一上菜,侍應倒上著火既燈酒,好特別,我即刻影相,捕捉呢個精彩時刻。
因為有燈酒,可麗餅酒香味濃郁,配上橙,感覺清新。上面有雪糕,放入口有一冷一熱的口感,雪糕的甜配上橙酒的微甘,味道令人難忘!
倒完橙酒,火焰還停留了一會兒
天然花草茶好大壺,配上蜜糖好香,味道清新,我揀嘅花草茶係有舒緩減壓功效,飲完當晚感覺瞓得好啲,size 大,可以由一開始飲到最後!
走你的路!不值得你花錢和時間,所有你需要知道的(從法國人那裡拿來的)。
我從當地人那裡聽說過關於它的好消息,但真令人失望!顯然,他們已經改變了菜單和廚房團隊,因為……蕎麥煎餅冷而無味,非常柔軟,多麼無味的一餐!
然後用如此厚的薄煎餅加倍犯罪,並在上面放上一勺便宜的冰淇淋和相當化學的巧克力。
簡而言之,對味蕾的失望和一分錢的相當悶熱而不美味的飯菜。
第一次也是最後一次,它是癱瘓的。我們在香港發現蕎麥煎餅更好。

Apr 22: the first time had lunch here, we ordered 3 lunch sets, steak, spaghetti x 2. Every set can add extra $15 with soup + drink. The steak was medium well. Sauce is a bit sweet. I like it. Spaghetti was good. Kids love so much. Service was good, except one of the staffs clean up our table without checking whether we finish our dishes. We still got some fries there. The price is middle upper in the location. Now, when you join member, you can enjoy 1 apple cider for free.

上星期五是我至愛舊曆生日,喺網上面無意中發現到呢一間法國餐廳,於是膽粗粗就試下。
原本當日book咗中午12點,由於之前去咗購物,所以大約遲咗30分鐘才到達,去到餐廳門口,有位戴眼鏡男職員很有禮貌地幫我們安排咗一個窗邊位,並介紹餐廳食物及飲品,於是我們點了餐湯,經典肉眼牛扒(加錢再升級),松露蜜法國油封鴨腿,煎封芝麻吞拿魚,半打生蠔,朱古力醬海鹽焦糖杏仁雲呢拿雪糕可麗餅,檸檬酪蛋糕,再加一杯法國甜蘋果酒。
飯後感:所有食物都好味道,以埋單差唔多一千蚊來計價錢公道,最主要餐廳環境幾好,同埋該男職員服務態度水平極為滿意,是一間可以值得再去品嚐嘅餐廳。

我鍾意食硬身少少嘅意粉,呢個意粉就絕對合格,香蒜係片狀,大蜆份量好多,唔會特別有白酒味

淡淡的伯爵茶和玫瑰香,糖分不多,不會太甜
?極至羅西尼牛排$298
鵝肝上沾上蜜糖,又是煎過的,又香又甜入口即溶,牛扒五成熟,邊位乾少少,中間位熟度反而啱啱好,沾上蘑菇汁味道更多層次

侍應係上咗甜品之後,淋上酒、然後用火燒一燒,令到酒揮發少少,甜品又留有酒味,酒味都幾濃烈

位於商業中心內,環境舒適,服務員到位,夠光猛,中價法國菜,食物味道不俗,物有所值。

I haven’t been to there for some time. I went there last week again.
There were all HK waiters now. One of the male waiter was quite blunt. The food quality was not as good as before. I ordered a medium well steak. But I was served with a overcooked one.

Came here for lunch with my partner and a friend. We ordered 2 set lunch with drinks. They both had the Entrecôte Frites iced Cuppacinno and Iced American Coffee. As I was not hungry so I had the Seared Tuna Carpaccio. The New Zealand steaks and the coffee were good, they enjoyed it. For my tuna, it’s a bit dry and it’s liked already prepared and kept in the fridge. Overall, the staffs were friendly and the price was ok, so it’s a nice place for lunch.

?排毒法國花草茶45元。茶一大瓶,成份是包括留蘭香薄荷、迷迭香、百里香、金錢草及蒲公英,氣味清香,味道以薄荷味和茶葉味為主。
?雜錦凍肉拼盤165元。風乾榛果肉腸惹味。意大利火腿帶咸味。法式火腿肉滑。法國鴨肉醬美味。酸種麵包是硬身麵包。
?香橙烤豬腩218元,豬腩肉的外層香脆,內層肉嫩多汁,豬肉味和脂肪味均濃郁。羽衣甘藍鮮甜。薯蓉非常綿滑。
?馬賽龍蝦海鮮窩368元。波士頓龍蝦肉彈牙,蝦頭有蝦膏。盲槽魚肉滑。黑青口味清甜。蜆肉漲卜卜。魷魚爽口。蕃茄醬汁含有香草,吸收了海鮮精華,酸酸甜甜,很惹味。
?火焰橙酒可麗餅88元,是法式甜品,賣相美麗。可麗餅軟綿綿帶點煙韌,香橙肉五片,橙味濃,酒味淡,連同橙肉及雲呢拿雪糕一起,很滋味。
總結:情調浪漫,食物美味。
之前試過將軍澳分店,覺得食物非常高質,所以今次帶朋友一起試試這間尖沙咀分店。
餐廳氣氛有情調,負責帶位的店員非常有禮,服務好好。

之前將軍澳分店吃過,因為覺得太好味,所以這次再點,讓朋友試試。
油封鴨依然柔軟嫩滑,輕易離骨。蘋果酒醬汁酸酸甜甜,與油封鴨十分之配搭。旁邊配菜,羽衣甘藍、薯仔、煙肉,都十分高質。

鴨肝好肥美,香濃腴潤,入口即化☺️。
牛脊肉大約七成熟,雖然都頗熟,但肉質卻意外地軟腍?,非常易入口,且富牛味。薯蓉非常幼滑,蘸上醬汁,美味?。

最後當然要來個甜品。店員會即席在你面前為可麗餅淋上?燃燒中的橙酒。
橙酒加上香橙肉,柑橘味必定香濃四溢??。不過酒精味都有點重,不喜歡酒的朋友小心。這個甜品要吃快一點,因為雪糕會溶得好快?。

今日去尖沙咀睇戲,所以就去the one食法國晚餐,Odelice!好耐之前都黎過,餐牌都有少少唔同左,試下新菜式先。

生牛肉薄切??,估唔到呢碟頭盤咁有驚喜,牛肉切得好薄身,但好嫩好香牛肉味,上面鋪咗芝士,欖欖油,黑醋,車厘茄,加埋黑松露醬汁,味道惹味得黎又好醒胃。

香橙烤豬腩??,豬肉肥瘦分明,加上肉味十足,一層肥一層瘦,烤過的豬皮非常香脆,薯蓉吸收哂豬腩肉的油香,好有層次既味道。

馬賽龍蝦海鮮鍋??,蕃茄底既湯底融入曬海鮮既精華,海鮮拼盤十分之豐富,包括蜆,魷魚,盲曹,青口及小弟至愛的龍蝦,龍蝦肉質彈牙,青口都好驚喜,嫩滑無比,非常豐富。

This French restaurant is inside The One where needs 5-minute walk from mtr station. The favourite dish here is the Galette. It is remarkable with the cheese, egg and selected toppings, e.g. smoked salmon, seafood, duck confit, etc.
The pasta is also delicious.
The price is acceptable here for the galette as it is not common for having galette in hk and gluten free.

We have been here for a few times, this was the worst lunch we ever had not the problem with the food, but the service was suck, especially with one of the male staff without glasses in white shirt. What a shame! He is more suitable working in the low end restaurant, I strongly recommend the owner to provide him with customer service training. We are not here to make you happy, if you don’t feel like working, you could simply quit, but not talking to customer in an annoying attitude saying that you are right at all time. I would like to advice that selection of employee is very important for an enterprise. Try not to let any low quality person to ruin your business. The crepes is always nice and special, and the food are generally good. Wish you would have more great staff working in your restaurant before it ended up with negative comments due to bad service from one single staff. Another recommendation is servers with fluency in English is needed for a French /western restaurant like yours.

THE WORST dining experience on 11th June.
My friends and I had an afternoon tea there. Four of us order main dishes while two of us only wanted drinks. The male manager came to us, with a terrible attitude, and ordered us to order at least one main each. However, we had not been told to do so before we were given a table, nor was this requirement written on the menu. We then asked the manage why he insisted that we order one main each and he could not answer us. He just stormed off with a poor attitude. THIS IS THE WORST dining experience ever. My friends and I would definitely not visit this terrible restaurant again until we receive an apology from the male manager who was on duty on 22nd June 2022.

重點黎喇,佢個鵝肝勁好食?外層煎香左,一咬裏面既油脂係口腔爆發,真係好正??

擺盤好令,龍蝦切開左方便食用,意粉唔會乾,味道係蕃茄味比較出,食落酸酸甜甜☺️☺️

今日朋友約我去尖沙咀The One 的 Odelice 用膳, 環境優美,地方不算大卻周圍都設有落地玻璃窗,能看透街景,視線良好,釆光度高。
由於朋友飯後要上班,我倆很快點了是日餐湯 ( 薯蓉菜湯)熱噴噴的餐湯,熱喝味道特別清香,不肥膩。
煎封吞拿魚薄片,用刺身的吞拿魚來烹調,放了些雜菜在上層,吃起來很嫩滑很爽,再用特制已調好的醋汁墊底,更突出其味道清甜。
蒜香大蜆意粉 ,放了很多蒜片及香料,很惹味的一道菜,蜆很新鮮不算大,但蜆肉很飽滿夠肥美;意粉硬度適中,也有嚼勁。
法式經典漢堡飽~配卡真香料薯條,牛肉漢堡多汁,很有牛肉味,卡真香料薯條有小小辣辣地但很香口,不點茄汁也好味。
最後朋友點了檸檬水,而我選了鮮奶咖啡,飲完奶香味濃的鮮奶咖啡便結束了這頓飯,朋友返回公司而我便去超市入貨,各自忙碌。
Overpriced and bad quality food. Had the mussels & fries, the mussels were not fresh and poorly cooked, fries did not retain their crispiness. Atmosphere and service was good but overall overrated place
浪漫高水準的法式風情
這間法式餐廳風格富有情調,有法國街頭的浪漫感覺,氣氛相當好,景觀開揚,有很多落地大玻璃窗,沙發位多,感覺舒適。
飲品晴天凍飲茶,它由一片厚橙加上數片檸檬及迷迭香,清香檸檬加上橙的微酸果甜,入口十分清新;
紅玫瑰伯爵凍飲茶,玫瑰味很香濃,幽幽的花香加上伯爵茶飲,很有風味!
點了煙三文魚無麩質蕎麥薄餅,大片煙三文魚鋪在薄餅上,中間夾著了很多菠菜、新鮮的沙律菜、車厘茄和半生熟蛋黃一起吃,口感豐富!十分出色。
白酒蒜香大蜆扁意粉,意粉煙韌有口感,白蜆肉份量多又大隻,肉質鮮美,配上忌廉汁,突出了海鮮的味道,白酒香及蒜蓉很惹味!
煎封大西洋鱈魚,擺盤賣相絕對是吸引打卡拍照!好像藝術品一樣的法式餐廳出品,魚皮略略煎得香脆,外脆內滑,伴上青豆蓉一起吃口感更豐富!
重點甜品點了招牌菜法式可麗餅,「煎香蕉、焦糖醬、雪糕可麗餅」,可麗餅煙韌軟熟、加上朱古力醬和煎香蕉、冰凍的雲呢拿雪糕,甜香美味!
整體來說,這法國餐廳性價比高,打破了固有法國菜昂貴的價格及上菜速度,食物質素高,賣相吸睛,環境及裝修舒服,餐牌菜式選擇豐富,下次會再嚐其他菜式!

我咁鍾意牛肉必定會order,用咗牛隻肉口感軟綿綿流出牛肉嘅鮮味配上法國鴨肝一口即刻溶化,慢慢滲出鴨油嘅味道,秘製蘑菇醬汁整體成個感覺好好味,
配上薯蓉入口即刻溶化,軟綿綿❤️?
香橙烤豬腩
一層又一層腩肉中間有層油脂,一旦食到油香嘅味道慢慢滲出嚟,配襯咗香橙是食落去好清新,羽衣甘藍?加入薯蓉蔬菜非常腍,果然夠清新食落去有啲油膩?
火焰橙酒可麗餅
最後嚟一個甜品,Pancake用橙酒燃燒?好有動感火焰,每一口都食到好濃烈嘅酒再配上雲呢拿雪糕,軟綿綿入口即溶
最後飲品❤️食紅肉一定要order紅酒,微微甘香帶點酸果香偏淡,好適合女仔飲
花草茶原來用咗tisarom牡丹唔同乾果,先沖到濃郁慢慢茶香變淡,好香嘅花香味道
