牛排不錯，但不值這個價
其實只有共三枱客，一枱只有二人，一枱是我們四人，而另有一枱超過10人的人客，好嘈吵，甚至講粗口，又用筷子進食，不知所謂，可能他們是熟客，與現場環境格格不入。因我是第一次到此餐廳，感覺好差，食物還可以。

This restaurant is located inside New World Millennium Hotel Hong Kong and serving delicious fusion French dishes. We visited this restaurant during mid weekdays and it was not crowd. They provided a very quiet and peaceful environment for causal dining. The food quality was exceptional which nicely combine the elements between Japanese and French. All staffs were so friendly and they would love to share their recommendations with you.
We would defintiely visit this restaurant again in a very near future.

The only available tasting set menu was pretty good during the temporarily location to the 15/F which has really a good sea view and a casual smart atmosphere too. It would have been a very enjoyable evening. However the attentiveness of the servers can be enhanced should the restaurant owners want to set a higher standard to match the client’s expectations. Best not to serve mistakenly the guest the wrong order by placing the plate which the guest specifically want to avoid. How embarrassing it was. The causal attitude can be quite a spoiler to otherwise a good evening. Would the manager help to ask the waitress to be more considerate. Further on promotional discount, it is best for patrons and help them to use the best ones, and should there be a need to change the card when found to be available, best not to show the displeasure on extra work done and the reluctance of it. And to appreciate when the patrons’ saying apology repeatedly on the trouble taken. What an attitude. Thanks in looking for on improving

Dinner is better than lunch so far. Must try their french bread. Lobster Bisque is better than most others I had tried.

抹在麵包上的鵝肝醬好吃，牛扒的肉質也鮮美，刀具還是鼎鼎大名的 #Laguiole，有要求的餐廳就是不一樣?

We visited this restaurant the first day the government resumed dinner dine-in restrictions, and what a treat! Perfect relaxing ambience with top-notch service expected at any 5-star hotel restaurants, not less probably more. French onion soup was to crave for and I can still remember the succulent cheese so soft in the mouth. Steak was done perfect (no photo sorry!), overall it is a value for money proposition and it is recommended!

Good service and ambience. Food quality reasonable for the price. My Willington steak was well prepared except that the steak was under sized, may be just 100gm. The lemon tart was superb. The salad bar has limited choices but quality of salmon and ham were nice. The sour dough was excellent.

環境寬敞舒適，但是食物質素來說，五星級酒店的水準不應如此吧。
晚餐是4 courses set
頭盤有大蝦沙律，大蝦火炙過，香氣足夠，蝦肉彈牙，不過沙律的醬汁太多，些許膩。
龍蝦湯，味道濃郁，是不錯的。
來到最重要的main，是rib eye steak。
我們order了medium rare，怎料出來的熟度似medium well，邊角的位置幾乎是well done?
老實說，我從來未吃過這麼難吃的牛扒，肉質十分柴，且沒有肉味。
牛扒份量不多，目測200g左右，但吃到一半已經放棄了。
後來聽朋友說，La Table的牛扒很出名。
我真的很驚訝。
五星級酒店的法國菜餐廳服務，該是這樣嗎？
服務員沒有拉凳鋪餐巾都算了，東西吃完很久直到上菜前都沒有用職員清理，到上菜時沒有地方擺，竟然要客人幫忙移開碟子。
就算是走casual 路線的fine dine，也不該這樣吧?
A decent dinner. I like the Tina Tartare Nicoise the most.
