Excellent service and good simple food. Would go again.
La Vache 的老店是在港島 Soho區。
但這 La Vache TST 分店也有其可取之處, 因為室內的環境光線, 是比老店開揚得多！
客人則是華人為主。
牛扒和薯條的質素, 和老店沒分別。
另外不能不提, La Vache 的法式反轉蘋果批 (Tarte Tatin), 十分好味, 不可不吃！ ：）

麵包和沙律味道尚算不錯，麵包香口、沙律開胃。到上主菜牛扒，看起來賣相吸引，已經切好一塊塊，侍應也很細心把兩小塊切好的牛扒分到我們的細碟上，第一口吃下時，牛肉味很香濃，而且滲發脂香，相當好味。可惜，隨後我們吃大碟上餘下的牛扒時，味如嚼蠟，完全吃不到牛肉的味道，感覺像是在吃兩塊不同質素的牛扒，但好吃的只有開頭那兩小塊。
兩個人兩個套餐，一杯紅酒、一個lemon tart，人均消費近$600，食物質素普通，環境嘈雜、坐位也很密集,性價比實在太低.

牛排質素無大驚喜，薯條味道唔錯，
如果當天生日可點一客蛋糕，侍應們並播生日歌齊恭賀及送即影即有相片一張。
在 La Vache，只有一種配方。這非常有用。
配方中有核桃蔬菜沙拉、法棍麵包、牛排和薯條配自製醬汁。我喜歡薯條，很熱！
他們還供應甜點。
我通過openrice預訂並免費獲得了一個漂亮的巧克力蛋糕。
我喜歡這裡的裝飾。牆上的畫真漂亮！
這是放鬆和安靜。服務器非常有禮貌和開朗。

在我個人看來，土豆和牛排太鹹了，不能吃。 . .感覺肉質本身就物超所值，店員流利的英語和親切的服務給我留下了很好的印象，所以有點遺憾。
肉的質量很好或以上。而且，服務器非常好，經常說英語。
然而，牛排和炸薯條的味道對我來說太鹹了。
La qualite du boeuf est bonne. Et, les vendeurs sont tres sympas et perlent tres bon anglais.
Mais, le gout du biftek et frites de pomme de terre est trop sale(sel) pour moi. Je ne peux pas les manger…. Je ne reviedrai pas jamais.

We come here anytime we feel like a pretty decent steak. The idea is simple and effective, hits the spot everytime. Their house wine is also pretty good, and don’t forget to check out their dessert cart which is always filled with delicious cakes. I wouldn’t say it’s the best steak I’ve ever had, but for what it is, it’s fantastic.

Nice cozy place, calm ambience but you may find a lot of birthday surprises being celebrated in you come in the evenings.

位於尖沙咀赫德道12號地下，一間法式牛扒餐廳。
餐廳只有一個餐單，就是：牛扒 ?。
因為餐廳只專注於牛扒，所以會抱有較高期望，但往往是期望越高，失望越大 ?。
用餐時間：90分鐘，$961.4/2位。
牛扒份量不多 ?。
麵包和核桃沙律都不錯。
牛扒放置於鐵盆上，底下有小蠟燭保持溫度，牛扒是切開的，侍應會將2塊牛扒，放在已擺滿薯條的小碟中，2塊牛扒非常好吃 ?，跟著吃鐵盆上的牛扒，可惜只有第1塊是同樣的美味，之後的牛扒就變得一般了 ?。
雖然薯條是無限量添加，侍應會拿着大盆薯條添加給客人，但她們沒有添加給我們 ?，最終連我們的碟也收起了，結果我們只吃了最初的1碟薯條。
同樣，薯條開頭是好吃 ?，但之後就變得普通了。
餐廳播放的音樂，聲量較大 ?，不過如果是慶祝生日，會是不錯的選擇，因為侍應們會搖鈴，並播放生日歌，氣氛熱鬧 ?。

Everything goes very well together from the fries to the secret sauce to the meats, no wonder they have such success serving only one choice of meal. Meat quality itself was moderate, but the steak was certainly grilled perfectly, and very succulent.
Napoleon Cake was delicious and not too sweet. A brilliant way to end the meal on a full stomach.

牛扒同埋薯條要趁新鮮食，係好食嘅～ 傾吓計擺耐咗就無咁好食。甜品不過不失。
氣氛幾好嘅。成晚有五六枱客慶祝生日。佢哋會播生日歌同埋搖鈴。（見到有啲壽星唔知會咁大陣仗，嚇親勁尷尬。想嚟慶祝生日嘅留意返～）音響略大聲。想靜靜哋傾計或食嘢就未必適合喇。
以$328呢個價錢嚟講，性價比都高嘅。

La Vache in TST is an amazing experience. The food is always great. Such a simple menu but the magic is the service. It is out of this world! The door was super busy (obviously because it’s such a cool place) but Erica treated us like we were important guests and gave her full attention. Her kindness made us relax and the short time we waited seemed like no time before we got a table. The magic only just started. I don’t know how but our waitress Apsana who was super busy made us feel so special. Really amazing to be friendly but we always felt we had privacy and our time. The service is really the best and the reason La Vache is such a special place. Thank you to Apsana for taking a great place to the best dining experience! Black Sheep is always good but seriously TST La Vache stands out. Thank you for a lovely evening. Recommended and never be put off by the line. It’s worth it!

A great place to celebrate with a group of friends over steak and fries. The unlimited fries are quite nice, and the steak is delicious.

Was introduced to this lovely steak and fries spot by a friend while visiting Hong Kong and have absolutely fallen in love with this place.
The food is absolutely perfect and the free flow fries are always served fresh. Service is wonderful and the staff are exceptionally accommodating and friendly.
Given the immense popularity of this place, I would advice would-be patrons to ensure you turn up early as it does take a little while to get a table.
Do check out their in house wine, pairs absolutely well with the steak!

《一款牛扒鎮bistro，九十分鐘有啲嘈》
這家法式牛扒屋餐廳獨孤一味賣肉眼扒餐，幾年前排隊情況嚴重，閒日晚上六點還未到便有人在外等候，而且晚巿要5位或以上才可訂座，那時一位牛扒餐3百蚊，近年通脹厲害，已去到4百蚊一位了。周五傍晚，人龍不再，但就算二人用餐仍然要等齊人才可入座，用餐時間依然是90分鐘。
我們倆坐定點了紅酒(98蚊杯)，這裏的house wine by glass只有一種，用的是偏小的餐酒杯。先來麵包及牛油，之後每人一碟沙律，吃後侍應會拿住一大盤薯條夾給你，熱焫焫的，之後也會不時拿住大盤問你要不要添加。兩塊牛扒切好了伴隨兩白一紅醬一同放在金屬盤子上，下面有一支蠟燭保溫，牛扒上枱時侍應會先夾一舊於碟上，我不是牛扒控，也沒甚研究，切口的色澤十分粉嫩，唯有點偏韌，用叉插不入，差點考驗了叔我的牙力。牛扒有輕輕調味，但可能是medium rare，表面感覺不夠香口。最後點了一客甜品Vanilla and raspberry mille-feui (128蚊) 開心share，酥皮有點腍了，我們都沒有吃到那堆忌廉，保持健康。
餐廳催促了幾次我們，要上甜品、埋單，但裏面還有不少空位唷，店外亦未見有人等候。落單時侍應在餐紙上大大隻寫了MR (medium rare)，相信原意是提醒派餐的店員，但當下覺得自己是一隻90分鐘內要被屠宰並燒成MR的小牛。我自己一個人是不會有膽試這家Bistro格局的法式餐廳的，今次成功體驗一次也不錯。有趣的是，當晚發現有真.孤獨的美食家出沒，他自己一個點了一份牛扒餐，自得其樂！與四周喧鬧的食客對比強烈，這份情操，恕我還未能解鎖。
這裏用餐環境燈光有調，枱上射燈照下來，在地上投影了一排木椅背的花紋。唯座位安排緊密，在傳統格子枱布上鋪上餐紙，酒樓都不會慳的一塊洗枱布錢，感覺有點賺得太盡；音樂加上客人的歡樂聲同響，雖然可營造輕鬆環境，但叔我覺得過於嘈雜了，用餐後走出赫德道街頭，覺得整個尖沙咀都為我靜下了。
前往餐廳，可由尖沙咀站A2出口有扶手電梯至地面堪富利士道，沿路往漆咸道南方向走5分鐘，過馬路後經過寶勒巷，在兩條赫德道分叉路口選左邊的往漆咸道南方向走1分鐘便是。或是由N1出口搭?往地面就是河內道，一出?右轉後面街便是赫德道。餐廳門口有一級頗高的梯級，詢問了店員，沒有其他無障礙出入口了。一進店內有酒吧櫃檯，旁邊一排是可移動的枱櫈，過了酒吧櫃檯店中間也有大枱。
