食不厭精，繪不厭细
I was brought here by my new local partner (who did not know or ask that I am not a great fan of French food 😉 ) But I must admit that the quality of the food and the ingredients was really very high, and the staff service was very good. Therefore a big thanks to my partner and to Epure staff.
Love the atmosphere and the dishes are very Delicate. Waitress is knowledgeable and she is familiar with the menu. Very satisfying experience! Highly recommended!
A quite well know place in hk for fine dining. Tasting menu is around hkd 2000 per person after service charges and worth a try! Main course I would recommend wagyu than lamb!
Sophisticated, elegant, fine dining. The perfect place to celebrate our anniversary with a delicious tasting menu & wine tasting. Enthusiastic & knowledgeable staff enhanced the whole occasion. They weren’t put off or dismayed by my dislikes & tailored my experience to fit. The food (of course) was delectable, and beautiful.

在朋友的建議下，我們決定去EPURE餐廳。訂了一張桌子。我真的很喜歡食物的呈現。一切都裝飾得很漂亮。我從沒想過法國菜。我對這個的想法很謙虛，是田雞腿，牛角麵包和洋蔥湯?但結果非常漂亮和好吃。服務員非常細心和禮貌。其中一位廚師遇見我們並說這是一種分子美食。他親切地向我們介紹了餐廳，並向我們展示了聖地——廚房！如此美麗的地方誕生了? 我們被允許拍照? 我們很高興！順便說一下，這家餐廳有一顆米其林星。我建議在這個城市的每個人都去參觀這個地方。

距離上一次食午餐已經是一年多之前。週末再來嚐到的好味道依然美味，由訂位到用餐服務員專業又有善。比較上次，室内少了一份擁擠滿座的壓迫感，換來真正本地人的日常。

Price is reasonable and you can get high quality cuisine.
Highly recommended their mushroom soup! That is absolutely delicious and smooth, with a fresh taste of the ingredients.
Booked it for Restaurant Week but ended up ordering their standard set tasting menu. First time here, we were seated at the leather sofa booth and the overall ambiance is very nice and comfortable. Waiters are very friendly esp the one severing us wine was quite knowledgeable and gave us a very detailed and informative introduction to the wine and the pairing.
Food is great as expected. Wine pairing was nice. I wont say their standard tasting menu was value for money but definitely one shouldn’t be missed.
Michelin star? Good atmosphere, nicely decorated. Bar choice was disappointing. Food looks better than it tastes.

Exceeding friendly service and surprisingly good French food in the corner of Hong Kong’s busiest mall. Signature dishes such as the onion made with black truffle layers didn’t disappoint.
Came here for lunch. The food was average, the service was certainly bad. Not worth the price, servers didn’t know the menu and was rude. The portions were not generous and definitely not of Michelin 1 star quality.
Excellent food, very bad services. The cocktail glass stem was wet and sticky, making my hand wet when drinking. No coaster was given so the table was wet. Can’t imagine this is a Michelin star restaurant! Staff just put the food and drinks on our table when served with no explanation, seems like they are not happy with what they are doing.
Spectacular lunch. Worth the money. Service is spot on and food delicious. Modern without trying too hard. Menu changes regularly, but worth the trip just for the mushroom soup and the Cevennes onion. Will visit again.

都不明白餐廳如何收客人這樣高的價錢, 在同價位的餐廳中, 不知有多少間.
而且不知如何被評為1星餐廳.
