Was okay…. Good presentation but taste soso
Had been this restaurant around 10 times. None of my visits had disappointed me! Servers are friendly and the ambiance is nice.
The menu is updated every quarter followed by the season. Worth to come and try if you have special occasions to celebrate!

Chef William Lau was very friendly and accommodating in fine tuning the tasting menu to suit our special dietary requirements. Very patient in explaining. Overall, we had a great and fulfilling dining experience there.

3度菜的 lunch, 但份量偏少
Absolutely amazing. Worth every penny. I would book any special meal here. William the head chef is an absolute talent. Every dish is a meal for all senses. Beautifully presented, smells are brilliant, and I can’t even describe the special taste of every single dish!!! Brilliant. Everyone should try this dinner if you are in Hong Kong.

The meal is super enjoyable and we reckon that the whole fine-dining experience is unpretentious with approachable & friendly staff. So perfect for a casual weekday dinner date especially if you enjoy a bit of French-Japanese fusion. We feel well pampered by the staff who explained each dish in detail which allowed us to enjoy the gourmet to its fullest?the brioche bun truly won our hearts as it was super fluffy and pillowy, personal fav is the sweet potato dessert ?

位於美麗華酒店五樓的Whisk,高級fusion餐廳,高貴食材有由法國空運的pigeon,餐廳裝修精美,座位舒適,大讚是服務員態度非常親切有禮,笑容滿面,每一道菜也會詳細解釋用料和煮法,醬汁都會在客人面前才淋上,主菜的碟都是熱的,非常細緻的法國菜享受。
選了五道菜的套餐,前菜有mushroom tart,一口吃,全個口都是新鮮的蘑菇湯和各種配料的混合,好特別!還有香噴噴的home made bread配海帶牛油,然後有Hamchi,刺身配豌豆、caviar and sour cream, 還有一條魚形的脆脆 ,好有創意又好味,接著是scallop with broccoli and Japanese vegetable配上帶子汁,超好味!主煮特別介紹給我們的蒸魚柳配煎青瓜勝瓜蓉,好特別又好味,太好吃了!然後是主菜的pigeon到了,一件是鴿胸,剛剛是medium raw,肉質鮮嫩,非常特別的鴿香味,另一件是鴿肉和雞肉的完美混合,太太太好吃了!甜品選了Hojicha pie and ice cream和potato sticks and ice cream,自製的雪糕和獨特的甜品,配上一杯奶茶和朱古力迷你撻,太完美的午餐時光!
Wonderful time here, birthday celebration with delicious dinner, plus the good services. It’s absolutely worth it.
The grilled lobster with the chef tender grilling in front of us and all the picturesque dishes, you will definitely want to try again.
Decent lunch, and the service was great! Great value for a 5 course meal as well.
