Odyssée has been on my list for a while and I finally get to try it – I have very high expectations on it given the good reviews and it didn’t let me down at all! High quality of food with exceptional culinary skills demonstrated. And of course gorgeous view from 101/F!
Food is extremely good that made me gave a 5 star but I hope they can work on the service. Waiters seemed very rush (maybe cos they’re quite full for lunch that day?). No one came to refill water until I asked. No one came to clean the bread crumbs on the table. I’d expect better service from such a nice restaurant!

Excellent food, mediocre service.
We thoroughly enjoyed the food here – very nice combination of flavors with interesting twists. From the bread with smoked butter to the petite fours to the little souvenir they let you take home, everything is well thought and enjoyable. Out of the 10 (including the amuse bouche) courses, we particularly enjoyed the foie gras with langoustine, the pigeon and the strawberry meringue dessert. The food are really the stars of this restaurant.
However, service definitely needs improvement. Throughout our entire meal no one cared to pour water for us; bread crumbs were left on table even until the end of our meal; staff seem to be in a rush when placing utensils/changing our plates (one staff even rudely placed our main courses on the table that the plate hit the utensils such that a sound is made); staff don’t seem to be knowledgeable about the food they’re serving (one even said “vegetable sauce made with vegetable”)…the list goes on. I genuinely enjoyed the food here so I really hope the service can match up to the food they’re serving!

Already the third time to Odyssee, from LE 39V to now. Fine food with meticulous presentation, full of surprises. We had the 9 courses dinner menu. The French Blue Lobster & Bresse Pigeon were my favorite, and never miss the deserts!
Excellent signature main courses with the Wagyu and pigeon and of course, beautiful views of HK island. Problem is iffy service (eg my reservation was cancelled by mistake on the day of – or servers mistakenly bringing desserts before mains) and some forgettable (or poor – a chewy venison) dishes detracted from this popular date destination. There’s potential here but consistency issues need to be fixed.

This is an exquisite French restaurant with a high price tag and your expectations should be high at th same time so tough to give marks.
The cooking has to be very skillful and it lives up with expectations but at the same time, just up to standard. Ingredients are for sure good great. It was a 9-course dinner and the abalone was a bit chewy, the version was good, the bread was exceptionally good.
Main courses on beef and piegon are ok. It was very nice of them to prepare the birthday note though as this is a suggestion from their concierge. Servers are friendly in general but can be a little bit more attentive as we have to put wine on our own in between (the server did apologize when he saw it) so not “the” ultimate fine dining yet with this little gap. Overall, a good experience as the place has great view and feel classy in a way.
Couldn’t be happier to find this hidden gem. Each and every dish is extremely delicate and aesthetic. They had this cute music box for people who have a celebration. A very pleasant dining experience. J
The view is very nice. Service and food is just so so.
Yummylicious food with a sensational view. Great for special occasions, chill out with great company or just give yourself and loved ones a treat. The Hokkaido scallop with lobster bisque was superb! Chocolate souffle so sinfully rich. With that stunning sight, my son reckons this is a fantastic spot to watch thunderstorms.

Overall a good experience starting from the snacks – wasabi cone, to the end, a grapefruit ginger sorbet.
Too bad the sommelier is not too passionate to introduce the wine pairing and served the first glass of champagne losing its bubbles.
‘This bottle is signature with the small amount of bubbles…’ l was puzzled.
‘Okay it’s normal when the bottle is opened this morning…’ I asked if this is reasonable to serve for a wine paired dinner, he was speechless. I prefer no excuse and be professional.
Anyway, gillardeau oyster and caviar is brilliant! Will visit again for this.
之前看過色彩繽紛的食物，不知是否秋天系列，色彩變得沉實。而食物未能發揮層層遞進，令味蕾有不同感受，作出層次上的昇華。

景觀、服務都好，食物質素很高，價錢見人見智，以fine dining嚟講算合理，這只是個人意見，一定有人會覺得不值這價格。

Nice place to view Hong Kong in 101 floor! The food quality is no doubt for sure!
Excellent food. But this French male waiter was a little obnoxious. We just wanted a quiet dinner at a fancy restaurant in a classy environment but he just kept making weird obnoxious noises like imitating and making fun of Chinese languages. Although the food here is more expensive than Ritz Carlton, his behavior is not up to their standards.

This was such a nice experience! The highlight was unexpectedly the bread, which was so fresh and delicious. The other dishes were well presented and tasty too. Service was nice, and the view is amazing!

The food has got to be one of the best I’ve tried in HK, loved the ambience. The staff is extremely friendly, making the whole experience even better. 10/10 would recommend!!

The worst service you’d ever experience! The staff was so rude. They overcharged me by “mistake”, and I was asked to go back to the restaurant in person for a refund as they cannot proceed with the refund to my credit card. They never thought of anything alternative solutions for me. This was purely a human error made by their staff, how would it even make sense to ask a customer to go back to the restaurant to get back the overcharged amount? Such a terrible customer service! This is 100% not recommended.
Great food overall, fresh ingredients, balanced taste, beautiful presentation. But the food falls short on creativity, excitement and refinement. The food can certainly be uplifted a bit more to match the breathtaking view.

相信大家對呢一間101樓有無敵海景嘅餐廳一啲都唔陌生?，比成個維港海景包圍，係全港最高嘅法國餐廳，其實價錢都唔算貴，我哋選擇左8 course $1380 per person??，餐廳主打法式料理，所以每一碟菜都係佢哋細心製作❤️，跟住我哋嘅嗰一位侍應嘅態度唔算差，反而其他侍應有陣時會催我哋係咁問我哋係唔係食完?高級嘅餐廳唔應該有呢種感覺???
脆芝士片，一埋枱就已經有侍應送上嚟俾我哋作餐前小食，味道鹹鹹香香，非常脆口，好似薯片咁，有幾塊唔會太熱氣作為開胃小食真係唔錯?

太有心了我哋之前預約嘅時候有講到慶祝週年，佢哋有幫我哋安排多一個小蛋糕，上面仲有音樂盒?打卡一流！我本身自己鍾意食甜所以覺得呢個白朱古力嘅蘋果蛋糕非常好食?其實食到呢一度嘅時候已經好飽好飽好飽，所以都有少少食唔落?但係呢個蛋糕真係超級好味??

Great food, awesome service. Only enhancement would be on the wine pairing.
Cutlery is dirty. The knife skill(brunoise)is literally unprofessional. I promise that’s the worst fine dining restaurant I ever tried in Hongkong. Not recommend at all if anyone want a nice dinner and professional service.
