Food was good. Badly let down by service.
First customers there for a Saturday lunch session. Waitress couldn’t keep her mask on her face and did not pay any attention to customers. Ignored us as we walked in. Had to be called over each time. We then had to ask for menus. Brought the food menu, forgot drinks menu. Brought the wrong (simple) drink.
Forgot to bring the bill to sign. Told some other customers there were no seats while we were waiting for the bill.. we told them all we were leaving and asked for the bill again so the other customers could sit down.
Food ok. Service OK. Nothing special.

The steak did not have much taste at all, the truffle on the fries were good though. Carelessness mixed the order of medium and medium rare by the waitress or the cook, either is not good with output some focus and dedication.

I had the “Grilled Ribeye Steak with Café de Paris Butter, Truffle Fries and Salad”. The man staff who took my order asked me how i would like my Steak? I asked for suggestions, he said he likes it “medium” so i said i don’t want it bloody so he suggested me to have it “Medium Well” and it was indeed medium well, with good taste of steak, juicy, soft, the butter gives an extra touch, fries was good but i needed to ask the lady staff for ketchup, salad was average nothing special and also had a bottle of Sparkling water to stay cool under that summer sunny weather today, the man staff told me it’s a big bottle but you could finished it lil by lil without a problem, later on, i asked for some more ice and he was pretty kind bringing me a large glass with ice, very thoughtful.
Still, since you are located in the rooftop of Elements i expected more but surely worth trying. It’s actually a chill and easy going spot to grab a meal and drinks with your friends.
I find this restaurant pricey, paid HKD374 to be served in this restaurant, since you are located in the rooftop of Elements i expected more but surely worth trying. Some improvements would be get your staff trained to be more observant, alert to customers need at any time and make a more attractive presentation of the dishes. Although, It’s actually a chill and easy going spot to grab a meal and drinks with your friends.

Awful service and even worse food. Started with prawns as a starter which turned out to be the only decent dish there.
Fish and chips had way too much batter and oil. Couldn’t taste any fish over the taste of pure lard.
The chicken quesadilla turned out to be even worse. See below – where the hell is the chicken?
Cutlery was dirty too – still had some small lumps of food from previous diners. Asked the staff member to pass me a new one and she was visibly annoyed with my request.
Please, don’t waste your time and money here. Menu is really limited and has about 15 options total (mains and appetizers).

Love the vibes here. Nice staff. Reasonably priced drinks and food. Its my regular spot whenever I come to the west Kowloon area.

Great after-work HH spot
Visited Stormies a handful of times and generally the service and food has been good. However, when we visited yesterday we had to walk out. We had a table booked for outside and when we arrived the table was soaking from the rain. When we asked if we can have the table wiped orrr maybe have a table inside… the waiter pointed at the wet table, laughed and said “that’s yours”.
We were a party of 9 and had made the reservation a few days prior and yet no help or suggestion was offered from the restaurant apart from being given a smug response. After the waiter reluctantly gave us a table for 4, we received no service for over 20 minutes. We then upped, left and had a much better experience at the Thai Restaurant (Mango Tree) near Stormiest. Unfortunate but we won’t be visiting again.
