authentic Cantonese food, good service

其實食物無懷疑，但服務真係差點，開頭對條數有問題問多句，一陣A員工又話計錯畀返錢，一陣B員工又話無錯，但a同b都各自無通知，有房食幾高級都無用，仲要無喇喇無預警下熄電視都幾無禮貌
The place is great and right on Mira Hotel… the food is great and a bit pricy… But their servers are not very friendly. We like their goose and their dimsum.

價格尚算適中。食品質素也好。地方也整㵖。但個別服務員服務質素極差。早兩次品嚐也可以接受。但最近一次品嚐後決定從今以後再也不再踏足此地方品茶。皆因付出價錢與換來服務質素有極大落差。
We had the chef tasting dinner menu. The food was not bad but not quite value for its money. Service is ok at best. Overall it’s not a first class experience.
Update: Sunday dimsum lunch was quite good though.

recommended the 醉乳鴿 $188，pigeon with Chinese wine, served cold. if you like strong alcohol favour, a separate of wine will be served.
for the seafood, $388 8 pcs shrimps with salted eye yolk. not the first time to try this. would like to say this is scripy and dry enough. not only butter and egg yolk filling you mouth
could try to ask if any card offers discount. I used my card with -12%
a satisfied dinner.

The restaurant serves all-you-can-eat dim sum, and unlimited desserts BRUNCH in every Sat. It’s not gimmick. Food quality’s really good.
