One of the best dim sum I had in HK!!!
Unlike most restaurants in HK, the ambience and atmosphere here is great and relaxed. Customer service is swift and quick. All you can eat dim sum selections are definitely worth the try too. Must try: steamed wild mushroom and black truffle dumpling. However some of the desserts are a little lacklustre. I’ll definitely come back again
There is a good restaurant for the foreigners to enjoy the Chinese Dim Sums.
味道，環境，服務不錯，價錢比較高
The food is undoubtedly refined and delicious. The price matches the quality so be prepared. We paid hkd3600 for a meal that left us hungry. The roast chicken wasnt as good as lei garden but the eel and sweet sour pork was a standout.
However the service was questionable. We ordered two types of chicken. The service staff first said it was cancelled, then said it wasn’t available, but the missing dish turned up on our bill even though we asked them to check.
You’ll definitely get a better value for meal out there.

This is an upscale Chinese restaurant with high quality dim sum served by attentive waiters. To my surprise, there are real pineapples with roasted pork in their pineapple buns.

Best place to have the best “dim sum”
It must be one of those top places to have good quality Chinese dim sum. Even best is their “all you can eat dim sum lunch”. With the fixed amount (about HK$300), you can have about 20 different items to choose. I don’t give five stars because it will be true best if they can add more dim sum choices.
Good place for high class chinese cuisine. most people go to have abalony and other traditional classy chinese food. but they also offer some innovative dishes like fried curry beef brisket.
Excellent food, excellent service. Overpriced, but ok if you can get hold of a 40% discount coupon like us.

More suitable for business lunch or dinner
The value of food is not worth it. 300 HKD for a plate of ee fu noodles? And 300 HKD for few tofu..
For a family meal, the pricing does not justify the portion, nor that the taste of the items we ordered taste heavenly. The presentation of the food is also normal.

品嚐六道菜式，另加三元及弟和椒鹽田雞腿。六道嚐味菜式中，蟲草花螺頭花膠濃湯果的確濃厚味鮮，脆皮客家海參口感特別，外脆內滑。三元及弟即扣鮮鮑鵝掌柚皮，鮑魚味濃，鵝掌嫩滑，椒鹽田雞腿肉質飽滿，食過不停。

精緻中菜，魚蝦蟹全齊，好味
老友請飲茶，他選擇去米芝蓮推薦食府國金軒。在疫情下還是有不少人出來飲茶，由於限制四人一枱，所以安排入房坐，更加安全。蜜棧叉燒皇，蜜棧的甜而不膩，滲進本身味道香甜，叉燒肉質鬆軟。XO 醬煎蘿蔔糕，以往吃的XO 醬煎蘿蔔糕都比較油，這裡的口感比較清爽，不過XO 醬不夠多。鮑魚鮮蝦燒賣，燒賣的鮮蝦真的很多料，可惜上面的鮑魚只是鮑片，實在太過少。雪山波羅叉燒包，這道跟我去添好運吃的酥皮焗叉燒包有異曲同工之妙，一樣是以脆脆的波蘿酥皮包著濃郁的叉燒肉製作，但這裏更勝一籌。但最好味的點心，應該是燒汁和牛烤包，香脆多肉汁，驚喜交集。銀牙韮皇豚肉煎兩面黃，兩面黃被稱作「麵條中的皇帝」，外脆里軟，配上韭黃肉絲，吃之前要翻個面，被澆頭的湯汁浸泡過的麵條，鮮香脆軟。一餐不簡單的飯聚，一個開心的下午。

The best 楊枝金露
This high class Cantonese restaurant is located in The Mira Hotel, but entrance through a separate elevator next to hotel’s main lobby. Overall ambience is affected by the lowish ceiling. Service is courteous & efficient as it should be at the elevated price level. Food is good but not outstandingly so.
