Good food, cozy atmosphere
Delicious dimsum and charsiu
食品有水準，可多來幾次
食物好吃，但很貴
One star off for the exorbitant prices, which make it hard to justify frequent trips to this modern Chinese restaurant located inside The Mira hotel. Place is accessible through the bridgeway that connects Mira Place 2 or the dedicated elevator right by the hotel’s main entrance (facing Kimberly Road).
Don’t get me wrong though, I still think it’s worth every penny. Some exceptionally high-quality dim sum can definitely be had here. Definitely a little frilly, but there are some solid picks here such as their xiao long bao and those taro puffs with minced meat in them. Just have a minor quibble about their siu mai and har gow, while good, are nothing to write home about (even with their pricey additions, aka. small abalone and gold leaf).
You’ll arguably have a more consistent experience with their entrees, and they serve some incredibly tender char siu. Sautéed vegetables are silky, seafood is very fresh and prepared with flair
Note that this is a “Michelin Bib Gourmand” restaurant which is just a fancy way of saying it’s been reviewed by the esteemed body but doesn’t necessarily have a star. It’s supposed to be a “good quality, good value” restaurant. Still worth a visit at least once though, with repeat visits being dictated by how much your wallet can take.
Unforgettable dimsam lunch is there.endless and detailed dishes made me full and satisfied at all.reasonable prices and good service are worth visiting for you. but, it a little difficult for us to find cuisines cuisines because mira is so big and entrance is difficult to find for guys for the first time.
Fodd is good but price is very high. Not suitable for general public dinner.

前菜送上涼拌茄子，日式醬油的味道。頭盤選了頭抽鮑魚，頭不頭抽，分不了; 但鮑魚的嫩彈甜是吃得出來，頭抽也煮得入味而不過咸。可上面的三文魚子和蟹籽，沒什麼作用，幾沒有提升鮑魚的美味，本身的味道也給用頭抽煮過的鮑魚味蓋過。
花膠椰子燉湯，清澈湯底，香甜濃郁的味道，還有一片大而有口感的花膠。
爆斑球，雖然是塊狀，但火候控制得非常好，魚肉還是鮮嫩滑，油能少一點就更好了。
腐竹上湯菜苗，就大路可以的菜式。
紅酒紋豬面就有驚喜了，那種軟的口感超級綿，紅酒汁入味而不膩，還將豬香的味道帶到另一個體驗。
龍蝦湯泡脆米，龍蝦湯是不錯的，但沒有驚艷，反而喝著咸了那麼一點點。
乳豬鬆脆，入口即化。
A bit difficult to locate, good food and service through
Dim sum at its finest. Be prepared to drop a lot of cash though. But the food is top notch. I have never seen 24K flakes on ha gao before. Wow.

Rumors have it that Michelin-related restaurants are disappointing. Cuisine Cuisine seems very capable of confirming so.
I disliked the table. It was a small one for 2 and I could tell it was kind of like those folding tables commonly used in cheap restaurants. Didn’t quite expect it here. Seriously, for a decent restaurant that Cuisine Cuisine wanna be, a decent size 4-seater is ALWAYS offered for 2. This failure is fatal if not anything less.
It took nearly 10 minutes after seated to be served with a pot of tea. While waiting that long I spotted the disgusting stain in the spoon. Then I started to literally scrutinize all dinnerware on the table and did not like what I found.
Service appeared above average but it was really superficial. In other words, it failed for the price it charged. For example, I expected to be served with my tea before the table who ordered for it later. And for really dark tea like Pu’ Erh that I ordered, ample time should be allowed for steeping or else it’s just mildly-colored water. The waiter somehow saw it fit to pour such tasteless colored water for me once it was served to my table. This was what I meant seemingly good service without much thought about what should be properly done.
As Cuisine Cuisine appeared in Michelin guide, I guessed the food had to be decent. It was, for most of the dishes. For that price tag, I expected more, much more.
The dish I did not like was “crispy pork belly”. It was so average, meaning a complete catastrophe for its price. For a quarter of that price, I can get the same stuff anywhere in Hong Kong.
What did not completely satisfy me was “tripes in Tom Yum paste”. It tasted great. I couldn’t understand why it was served barely warm. I believed this dish was precooked, all they needed to do was reheat it. How could it possibly go wrong?
I would not say shrimp dumplings were great in terms of taste but in size they were. If I hadn’t expected really fresh shrimp, they were OK.
Overall impression of their dim sum was “not bad”, though not entirely certain it is a good place to go for some serious dim sum experience.

最離譜係收費$128蚊的鮑汁雞腳 雞腳非常之手瘦猛猛 鮑汁好稀之餘 老抽過多變成帶有苦味
胡椒豬肚雲吞 雪蝦味未清曬 你唔會想像得到一間得獎餐廳 對雪蝦處理都咁馬虎
和牛腸粉聽落好似好勁 但個賣相都係麻麻 食落就一般 你當係食到一粒嘅和牛 除此之外真係冇乜特

Tried Cuisine Cuisine’s Turnip Pudding with Parma Ham a while ago.
I liked the way the parma ham and Chinese ham shreds were in separate tubs.
After adding the parma ham and Chinese ham shreds to the pudding I steamed it because it is healthier.
The Chinese radish pudding was really nice and packed with lots of preserved sausages.
I tried the Chinese ham and it tasted like delicious crunchy bacon.
Lunch Dim Sum Menu 食物 乾淨，美味，可以在安靜的氛圍中用餐。
晚間課程也不錯。

Came here for Peking duck and it didn’t disappoint me, crispy skin not too oily pancake pastry is think enough to do the work. but if you look for value for money this place can not provide you. Second Highlight is the mango sago dessert not too sweet not too sour.
