座位空間寬闊，早餐菜色多樣化，中西日式都有，但港點口味略為遜色。咖啡上得較早，要趁熱喝。果汁很棒，是現打的。
钵仔糕、牛油菠萝包、咖啡蛋挞、咖啡蛋糕卷等等只有这家店才特有的吃的哦。
We had breakfast buffet. Food was delicious and the staff and their service were excellent. If you are staying at the hotel, I would recommend it.
Good hotel, great location, good food options, rooms well kept.
Good hotel overall, directly above a local shopping centre with direct access to the local subway, many food and shopping locations. Bar is good with nice open area on L2, nice place to chill out at the end of the day, enjoy a beer and watch the sun go down.
Rooms are very clean and well taken care of. Typical Hyatt quality no complaints here. Beds were comfortable and not too hard or soft.
Conference/event areas are of good size good for almost any kind of function. Plenty of helpful staff around to help curious travellers.
Would stay here again without issue.

刺身bar有7款刺身選擇，即炸天婦羅唔會炸定等人攞，能保持新鮮，用急凍烏冬。
叉燒可簡半肥瘦，燒肉的皮仲脆，燒鴨可以要求成隻肶。有兩個印度人主理印度Bar，唔打得都睇得。
傳統Buffet甜品如 布甸和芝士蛋糕就欠奉，換來其他自制的特色甜品

自助晚餐收費成人每位$688，小童滿6歲收費$344（星期一至四，成人每位$628，小童滿6歲收費$314），加一另計。另外，用Openrice有8折優惠。
食物方便，整體上選擇不多，但大多屬中上質素。個別服務員（龍蝦及鵝肝部分）態度欠佳，但食物質素足以彌補不足。
一場有3次即場鮮魚刺身，但即切的油甘魚偏腥。
負責甜品的服務員很用心，甜品質素亦極高。
海膽自助餐! 除了海膽, 鵝肝，羊架， 威靈頓牛和刺身樣樣都好食!

來過四次分別午餐跟晚餐的Buffet, 不過不失，最吸引的還是新鮮龍蝦，服務態度不錯！ 每次也有不同主題，但是其他食物選擇較重覆，要多花點心思在menu才能使舊客戶回頭。
服務好好，食物新鮮，但座位比較狹窄。
