一流地段好宅，景觀開揚，極具香港特色。
環境舒適，食物很好，價錢合理。要提早訂位，因為地方不大，坐位有限。
酒店中餐廳
近年，一年總有五、六次在凱悅軒吃晚飯。他們的品質穩定，食品份量在酒店算是偏大，平日光顧整體經驗很是滿意！我第一次在年初二去食晚飯，今晚感受令我驚訝，我沒刻意給服務員紅封包，但他們仍然維持在平日的服務水平，沒有半點不悅！
我在結帳後才給他們紅包，我覺得這樣才能試驗到他們不是因客人給紅包而有好招待，而是他們服務水平沒有因節期而變質！除了香格里拉的中菜員工做到，凱悅軒的員工也真的沒有另這個老字號失色！
特別一題是那位黑黑瘦瘦的經理，每次去都看到他特別賣力！
相信F&B 的Eric Chiu 也居功不少。

The Chinese Restaurant is an upscale Cantonese dining venue located at the Hyatt Regency (just above K11 shopping mall) in Tsim Sha Tsui.
I visited during a weekday to taste their “Dim Sum Set Menu,” which is available daily from 12.30-2.30pm. The menu contains an exciting selection of 25 classic and fusion dim sum dishes, including steamed and (deep) fried delicacies, a soup and desserts. We order a la carte and the dishes are served at the table with unlimited refill.
On offer were traditional dishes like “char siu bao” (i.e. steamed barbecued pork buns), as well as modern takes on classics, like the fried glutinous dumpling with pork and foie gras. Admittedly, I was at first a little skeptical at the fusion variations of my favourite classics, but was very pleasantly surprised with the outcome. Each dish was freshly prepared and served piping hot, which were great bonuses.
The ambiance and setting were equally delightful. The entire restaurant had around ten tables, which created a cozy atmosphere that wasn’t overwhelmingly loud. I’m used to busy dim sum restaurants in HK where one would need to yell across the table to communicate.
I highly recommend this restaurant. It is a little bit on the pricey side at $308 per head (+10% service charge), but given the quality of food, level of service and overall ambiance, I think it is a nice treat we can all allow ourselves once in a while. 😉

Nice dining environment, good services & fairly decent Chinese food being served & even better if a bit less oily. Fairly good value here.
Food are soso but if you like a relatively quite place to enjoy meal with your companion you may choose here, the restaurant is quite small and the quality of food does not really deserve the price.

Great dim sum
Quiet environment. Great for business lunches.
Cozy place and good service. Their booth seats are spacious and with high privacy so you can enjoy your nwal and chit chat with your friends freely. Dim Sum taste good and the presentation is also very decent. The all you can seat set might be a little bit pricey but worth to try.
Delicate Chinese cuisine, nice ambience, nice servant

All-you-can-eat type yum-cha brunch with dishes carefully prepared according to our requests: portion / ways to separate different ingredients e.g. meat from vegetables etc. (But of course it could have been even better if there are more veggie options.)
The Manager sent us some steamed peach buns on the house specially for the birthday guy! Nth can beat great services!

Great weekend brunch
飲茶食點心是不少香港人(甚至台灣人)最喜歡的活動，但市面上素食點心唔算多，想約朋友飲茶都無咩選擇。最近才知道原來尖沙咀凱悅酒店中餐廳凱悅軒，有出一個任點任食素食套餐，午市三個鐘內可以任食餐牌上的菜式。如果朋友唔係素食者，亦都可以叫一般點心套餐，素葷共融都無難度。
Decent choice is dimsum. Taste is quite good too. The restaurant is within the Hyatt regency hotel and K11 mall and within 5min walking distance from MTR. Very convenient location.

The Chinese Restaurant at Hyatt Regency Tsim Sha Tsui is conveniently connected to the MTR and K11 mall so you don’t have to get wet or get too hot from walking outside.
The tables at this restaurant are spacious and nicely spaced out with some nice compartment seating on the side too.
Overall the food was quite good.

Tasty Cantonese Cuisine
For dimsum, I would rather have it in a good Chinese restaurant eg Tsui Hang Village/ Tai Wing Wah than come to this hotel one.
Food took time to come but the all-you-can-eat was limited in 2 hrs.
Please don’t waste money here.

晴天 疫情中的點心任點任食
由於係酒店中菜廳座位闊落加上疫情關係嚴守座位只開一半格外舒適。服務員明顯不多。所有點心都有一定水準。尤其是蝦餃特別出色所以點咗兩次, 是日例湯也屬於雞高湯系列。格肥格瘦义燒係相當高級數嘅出品。質地淋滑週適中。不過其後一個月左右在另一家酒店嘅中菜廳食到更好食嘅义燒。真的是沒有最好只有更好。
咸水角亦係值得推介點心之一。金黃色嘅金珠炸皮令人唾唌三尺。
廳內陳設簡潔透光度高。如果陽光普照嘅日子近窗邊座位對某些人來講可能會感覺熱也說不定?因為當日有窗邊客人要求服務員拉簾擋一擋陽光。
好吃的點心放題
酒店點心放題，服務和環境是酒店應有水準，但主角點心只是合格水準，叉燒4人分量超大份但味道普通，最好味是幾款炒粉麵飯。

最近推出全新菜單，既有傳統手工菜的技藝又有本地農莊特產風味菜的滋味
▫️ 黃金淮山條 – 金黃外層相當吸睛，淮山粗身有咬口，而且味道清甜，是來自本地出產的新鮮淮山，配上散滿鹹蛋黃的外皮，甘香酥脆，一點也不油膩
▫️ 陳年花雕龍蝦伴粉皮【醉龍臥雲】- 用上約半公斤重的新鮮西澳龍蝦，配上15年的陳釀花雕酒及鴨蛋黃來泡製，再以粉皮來墊底，猶如遊龍醉臥雲上，相當有氣勢
▫️ 黃湯蝦籽扎蹄釀關東遼參【壽參藏珍】- 遼參添加了一層酥脆口感，再配上以鴨掌、豬手、雞腳等食材熬製的黃湯，即時更添鮮味；内裡還釀了彈牙蝦膠，蝦膠內再包裹著懷舊鹹香的蝦籽扎蹄，令爽滑的遼參口感更豐富，蘸一點黃湯同吃，滋味無窮
▫️ 側耳菇秋葵炒蟶子皇 – 用上當造的本地有機秋葵，配以鮮爽的本地側耳菇，鑊氣十足，令蟶子皇更顯鮮甜彈牙，炒出別具風味
▫️ 椰香鮮百合紫淮山鴛鴦雞 – 本地農莊的烏雞及泰安雞，搭配本地紫淮山粒、本地毛豆、本地鮮百合等食材，墊底的蒸蛋白用上烏雞湯、椰青水及椰漿煮理，口感輕盈細滑，與椰青水及椰漿非常夾，味道清新香甜，感覺既是一道日常菜餚，又像一道甜點
▫️ 欖菜花生苗炒本地黑毛豬 – 本地有機花生苗，不但新鮮，而且顯得粗壯，吃時清甜爽脆，配上本地黑毛豬梅頭肉來炒，不但不感罪惡感，反而更欣賞黑毛豬溢出的油香，香口惹味
▫️ 招牌酥皮流沙盞 – 精緻小巧，賣相可愛。上層是凹凸的脆皮狀菠蘿包皮，酥脆味美；底層是香口酥化的曲奇撻底；中間夾著流心奶皇炸湯丸，口感煙韌，流心奶皇濃郁的威力，更是無法抵擋
