Fusion, creative way of food presentation! I enjoy the Signature roasted white king pigeon, the mangosteen (surprise with crab meat inside!) and charcoal custard buns!
Nice food and environment, reasonable waiting time, average spending here is around 200-250HKD per person

乳鴿才$30一隻 很划算 黑色流沙包值得一吃 打卡一流 鵝肝春卷有驚喜 鵝肝味很濃郁 炸得香脆 整體味道超出預期 會想再來
Very good pigeon. Interesting different foods from the usual dim sum.
A decent place to try out – different / new take on traditional dim sum. Very poor choices for vegetarian tho. Wish the staff are more knowledgeable about the food; when asked about the details of dishes, the staff either don’t know or provided incorrect information.
新派中菜,餐廳設計新式舒服,高格調,環境乾淨,以方枱為主,打破傳統酒樓圓枱,即使十二人枱都是一張大方枱,其實人多是不方便互相傾談,互相分享食物,每樣食物上枱後,都是要一邊吃了,再傳遞到另一邊。食物方面,都是創意點心,除了點心名字不同,點心造型都有所不同,賣相十分吸引,拍照打咭是常識。乳鴿是必食之選,自家浸梅酒更是要一嚐。

Nice place to go for non traditional dim sum. Not just a gimmick but the quality is not bad too. Enough space to take kids. Can get very busy during peak lunch hours.

Instagram worth food, everything was great except half of the dishes we ordered tasted quite good, but the other half is just weird. We also waited more than 5 mins for a bill change till we go to the counter and ask for it, and was told that bill was settled and change was passed out to one of the staff which never did approach us. This was actually a total let down to me despite that the overall experience I had at Taiwan branch is superb.

食物的賣相及味道也不錯，有些製作也颇具心思，而且價錢也不太昂貴。不過，要8人才可訂枱，而且只得90分鐘進食時間，當然，如沒有客等枱，可以坐耐點的。

新派點心
This is not the traditional dim-sum you will find in a Cantonese restaurant. The food is not just tasty but also looks cute. Some dim-sum are more traditional than the others while they are all touched up to become a bit different from their original, either in taste or in shapes, or sometimes both.
很好吃，很棒
This is an adorable dim sum place where the food is presented in a beautiful manner and are very delicious. They are very delicate and being in TST, are of course a bit pricey. Get here early to get a table without lineup (around 6pm is a good time). Service is fast and acceptable. Decoration is very nice, kind of classy and elegant.
I do have to take 2 star away because one of my friend is allergic to nuts and I have clearly informed my server about it, to which she said she doesn’t know if any of the food may contain trace of nuts and will check with the chef. However, my friend ended up having an allergic reaction anyway and had to leave immediately. So I hope this restaurant will become more aware of the ingredients of their own food and this never happens again.
Pretty tasty food even if a bit expensive. Good place to take visitors from out of town for a twist on the dim sum experience. Setting and staff are nicer than your normal dim sum joint

My uncle brought us here and it was fantastic. Not only was the food very instragrammable, it was also really delicious. My favorite was the pigeon but I was the only one among the three people that were with me who ate it the most. My uncle ordered so much variety and it made everyone quite full and satisfied. I would love to come back here again.

Great Chinese food, environment and service. The restaurant serves modern Chinese cuisine and we came here especially for the $33 roast pigeons which were an absolute steal and pleasure. The prawn toast were another stand out, it was light and crispy without leaving your mouth with a greasy after taste. Would definitely come back again.

環境好坐唔太迫，食物好食，尤其是甜品得意小豬，但冇乜配食物的汁醬提供，如蝦春卷冇沙律醬或喼汁，到問服務員都話冇的，但可比山竹牛肉的喼汁、豉油皇腸粉冇甜醬，湯雲吞冇紅醋……。價錢偏貴但合理。冇訂位服務，個半鐘交枱。

使滿意。與其推薦菜單，不如閱讀描述，然後根據自己的口味選擇。蛋奶餡和榴蓮餡甜點不好。很高興拍照。山竹形狀的龍蝦很好吃。有點咸，但是外面有嚼勁，然後吃蟹肉的感覺就是屎一樣的味道。也很可愛！
