I have been coming back to this shop ever since I have tasted it in year 2004. It still taste just as nice as on day one! Have it with a bottle of Cream Soda (Schweppes) available in the shop. Perfect combination! Just heavenly.

Delicious & cheap wonton noodles! One of the best places to go in HK for wonton noodles, Shek Kee is frozen in time, looking like it’s from old Hong Kong in colonial times. This place focuses on its key items: wonton, beef, dumplings (shui jiao), and mud carp balls. Beware of the mud carp balls since it can be an acquired taste, but all the other items pair super well with noodles. Get a bottle of coke and a serving of veggie to pair, and you’ll have a very authentic Hong Kong meal.

Till this day, my wife and I still savour the taste of the noodles, wanton and the fish paste ball that we had in 2009… We were in hk for 3 days and we came here twice… Luv the texture and taste..

After the disappointing first meal we’ve had in Chungking Mansion, I was relieved that I found an affordable Hong Kong noodle house around the corner, and just looking at the crowd I knew I’d be in for a treat.
We’ve ordered a bowl of wonton dimsum noodles to start since that’s the one that stands out and that first first bite cemented the fact that I am in Hong Kong. It was really good, it doesn’t taste what I call fast food-y and you can see them making more dimsum and wonton just at the next table. So you know everything is freshly made.
What’s more, is that you can tell the age of this restaurant because there’s an old guy that looks like first generation noodle maker. He looks older than my grand parents and yet not only he’s still standing up straight and walking, he’s actually working and contributing to the society. That’s what I like about other countries treat their elderly compared to the Philippines where they’re treated as weak people..
Conclusion:
Grab a seat, order a bowl of piping hot wonton noodle soup and enjoy. Highly recommended for any English speaking person to dine here, it’s affordable and definitely filling.
Awesome noodles
Owner does not speak english at all. Don’t drink/eat outside food or they will charge you. Come before 12 and wait outside or you will have a hard time finding seats. Wonton noodle is to die for. There is also chilli oil for those who like it spicy. People said that the dumplings are not good – but they are, there is some cabbage fillings so perhaps it is kind of surprising for people who expected all meat.

I like the wonton noodles! Good place for a quick meal as portions are not too big. Vegetables side dish was over done and ended up too soft. Pork dumplings not exciting but the beef slice is nice.

Really good wonton and pork dumpling noodle soup. With a big portion for 40hkd it’s a great choice for a cheap meal.
很豐盛，很好吃，價格也很合理，還有英文菜單，所以不難點，肯定有很多名人來來往往，照片很多有保證。
Small shop in the middle of busy Tsim Sha Tsui. But guess what.. the wonton noodle is pretty good. The soup is clear and sweet. Compared to Mak’s (who has a Michelin star) I don’t see that much of a difference. The noodle is softer and less crunchy compared to Mak’s. The wonton is big but Mak’s tasted better.
It gets really busy during lunch hours. Most of the patrons are locals, and the price is not too bad. Service is really fast, so fast it’s like fast food. But don’t expect 5 star treatment from the waiters.
Great! Real locals go here. It’s cheap, no fuss food that hits the spot.
It seems not great at first. After one sip, you’ll come to know that it tastes far better than you imagine. Hidden gem.

有點辣，但很好吃。有點叫啤酒的味道，不過他們不賣啤酒有點失望。
