Big portion, very well priced and delicious! Would recommend this place!
I rate Shek Kee as a five-star restaurant for the following reasons:
✅ Quality
✅ Affordability
✅ Owner-Customer relationship
The owner, a.k.a. 玲姐 (Ling Jie), has kept the quality of wontons and the noodles at exceptional quality since the moment I had tried this place. The wontons are the size of a ping-pong as advertised. The noodles are super fresh! You will not be disappointed.
At the heart of TST business district, you can’t really be a place with top-notch, authentic Cantonese comfort food other than this place.
(We tried other items and we love wonton noodles the best.)

The shrimp dumplings (wontons) are a bit salty, but size is large. The fresh local beef is ok. Noodles are a little bit Cantonese yellow-alkaline taste.
I ordered noodles with fresh beef and shrimp dumplings (wontons) $50. No drink. No surcharge.
Not the best in town. But suitable for someone who have lunch alone and urgent things to do.

Ordered wanton and pork dumpling noodle, the noodle is tangy, the wanton is meaty and the pork dumpling is good – I enjoyed every bite of it! The staff is friendly and generous too, she refilled my soup not long after I dig in. I enjoyed the simple yet delicious dinner and atmosphere here. Highly recommended!

我在香港吃過的最好的餛飩之一。一份基本的餛飩面加四個餛飩要40美元，物超所值。湯的味道和韓式雞蛋湯差不多，餛飩蝦的味道也不錯。我推薦它是因為與便宜的價格相比數量很好。

Great taste. Great prices. Simply the best in town
After eating several wonton noodle in Hong Kong, I think this is the best we had so far, with very reasonable price. We ordered the noodle with three ingredients, and the volume was so big and so filling. Really recommend to come here and try their noodle.

真的不明白好評是如何得來的？可能遊客不懂得好吃的雲吞麵到底是怎樣？
$50一碗雲吞鮮牛肉麵，雲吞味道像在吃蝦餃，沒雲吞應有的蝦子或大地魚香，雲吞皮接口位極厚。難吃。
鮮牛肉被鬆肉粉醃到完全沒味
環境地踎，迫，味道難吃，性價比極差

雲吞唔會太鹽
味道岩岩好
鯪魚球方面，
魚味幾重（鯪魚佔7成）
但係都食到粉嘅部份（粉佔3成）

第一次去點了雲吞菜肉餃牛肉三拼河粉，老闆娘看似兇惡但實際上好人又直率，看我湯快沒有了，竟然無聲無息遞上一碗湯給我。覺得湯底跟餸都很棒，牛肉有特殊的香氣，整體感覺有香港Top5。
當年香港還比較自由的時候，我經常拿著魚竿去香港觀光，雖然當時的旅遊指南上沒有列出，但還是被這裡的美味所吸引，順道拜訪了。是我想要的店
這是一個很好的餛飩面
量很大，但是餛飩比魚丸好吃。
桌上有辣椒醬？它比你想像的要辣一點，所以要小心
蝦餃必須嘗試的最好的麵館湯很清，但味道不錯。不知道加不加調料，喉嚨幹的哈哈

Nice bowl of wonton noodles, about 40 to 50HKD per bowl.
Soup was flavourful despite being a soup wonton noodles, in my experience, most soup wonton are rather stale. Noodles were springy / chewy. 1 bowl was quite filling.
Service was fast and staff was friendly.

行過海防道見到呢間雲吞麵店，入面都幾多客人，就抱着不妨一試嘅心態去試吓，當然就要試吓呢度出名嘅雲吞啦！雲吞大大粒，皮簿餡料多，幼麵爽口彈牙，冇鹼水味，另外添加嘅牛肉亦好嫩好淋。湯底唔算濃味，但都唔太差，加一點秘製辣油更加香。

Generously filled wonton, bouncy noodles and tasty broth. If you don’t like shrimp, you can always get beef slices instead, but I think wontons are better.
They don’t seem to make beverages, as we asked for coffee, but they said they didn’t have any. There is a refrigerator with soda and other bottled drinks, though.

The wonton were delicious, big juicy with plenty of filling, and most deifnitrly fresh, had it with the egg noodles and some dumplings and veg, definitely filled me up
