The restaurant – Nanhai One, sits at 30/F and 31/F of iSquare. A good view of the harbor can be seen, if you have a good table.
The view is great, however, the food and service remains yet to de desired. The food is not high quality, too salty and not fresh.
The service was disappointing, paying a premium price, yet the servers are either too short staffed or just unwilling to pay attention to you.

Impressive view, the corner table in the main hall is even better than the private room. Food was very good and the price surprisingly reasonable. Certainly a place to consider when bringing friends from out of town
Nice ambience. The reception told us that a minimum charge of HKD 1000 for a table when we has no reservation. It was not along the window side. Food was good. Service was alright but not great. The bar has good view but was very crowded though.

#佛跳牆 ~ 清朝光緒年間名菜，話說當年周蓮品嘗後讚不絕口，問及菜名，幫個菜改名取「吉祥如意、福壽雙全」之意，名「福壽全」，「福壽全」與「佛跳牆」發音亦雷同✌材料:海参，鲍鱼，干贝，鱼翅，花膠等等
I can’t help laughing at its English name “Buddha jumps over the wall” which is named after its history. Back in Qing dynasty, the soup smell tempted a monk to jump over the wall while meditating in a nearby Buddhist Monastery. Interesting!!! ?Well…the Chinese version is a lot different. LEMME know if you know the correct version. ?
This supreme soup is a popular Fujian delicacy and health supplement, which contains a lot of rare and pricy ingredients like abalone, shark fin, sea cucumber, fish maw etc. As some may aware I am a soup person, mouthwatering old fire soup is always the solution to everything. Umm.The right time is when we feel like it. There is no sooner or later.
Nanhai No.1 , one michelin ?, is delighted to launch a new menu offering “Buddha jumps over the wall”, roasted pigeon, crispy king crab, veggie, steamed rice qith chicken, the whole set only priced at HKD348+10%.? On top, we ordered Peking duck ? ~

環境算清靜，坐位寬敞，可以和朋友靜靜地，舒適地享受晚餐，風花雪月。食物質素可以，烹調火候適中，味道可以，不過可以改善。
茶燻雞煙燻味不足而且只在雞皮，蒜泥白肉沒有什麼蒜泥。
價錢方便，相對其他位置在尖沙咀的餐廳，價錢不算太貴。
疫情的關係，好多食肆各謀對策，推出多重優惠。
南海一號是數一數二貴價飯店，得知下午推出$168任食點心，趁此機會去試吓。
其實點心並不多選擇，味道卻一般，價錢還末包括茶水和蝦片，計起來一人要二百多元，非常不抵食。
食物整體我個人認為燒賣，蝦餃和蘿蔔糕是最好味，其他的好失望。如葡汁雪魚酥，不太酥化，也吃不出魚味。麻婆豆腐太不正宗，完全沒有辣味…..
漏單情況嚴重，催促結賬，一點也不享受。
景觀滿分，招呼滿分，價格稍高。
Quite an amazing dinner with good friends here. Not all dishes were superb, but a few of them were particularly good. The crab inna clay pot, the bbq pork and the soup were all outstanding. The suckling pig was Ok, and the Japanese crab leg also not bad, especially the sauce. Dessert also a surprise as it taste really refreshing. Overall the experience was good and we all had a good time.
入坐後幾數款點心已經沽清，唯有離開
這是一家帶酒吧的餐廳。坐扶梯最多2次再坐電梯到達。
一開始給我安排的是一個沒有夜景的座位，後來交涉後換到了一個可以看到夜景的座位。
其他人也在以同樣的方式談判，但他們說必須像其他帖子中所說的每人500美元或更多。
第一次做的有點過分，所以改了。 . .
擁有一顆米其林星，客戶服務非常好。一喝茶就加。它就像一杯清酒，永遠不會倒空。
北京烤鴨，最受歡迎的蝦，其次是鮑魚，最後是稀飯。
可以在高處看到8點鐘的燈光秀，價格2人2萬日元左右，很滿意。
順便說一句，如果你用JCB卡支付，你會得到10%的折扣！別忘了它是有利可圖的。
The panoramic view of Victoria Harbour is stunning. There’s a nice little balcony with tables, and the food is a little pricey but excellent.
午市任點性價比高好食, 咕嚕肉同蟹肉羹值得點完再點。蝦餃同其他蒸籠點心就一般， 因為皮比較厚。 佢嘅滑蛋炒蝦仁, 蝦好新鮮好爽但係個蛋就有啲粉漿口感。個景真係冇得彈十分開揚。建議食早上十一點半嗰一場人多坐落好舒服, 一點鐘走嗰時候見啲人入場全部爆滿同埋都有啲嘈。

話說放題，90分鐘、等食物已經花掉40分鐘左右。食物一般般没有驚喜。茶芥25元/人有點兒貴，同時茶葉並無選擇！

服務員招待進塲到桌邊，客人還沒有坐下，服務員馬上只顧推銷飲品，煩到你一定要点飲料，上菜快，桌上沒有空間也隨即找空間放下食品，餐碟剩下的骨頭和虾壳 不叫就不換。服務員須要培訓。
Beautiful place to dine, full view of the Victoria harbour. The dim sum at lunch time is around $200/person which is all you can eat style, although the dishes to choose are not that much. The dinning time is limited to 1hr 30 mins. Reasonable price for this area. Definitely will go back. Hope next time will be at night for the beautiful view of the harbour.

但是，也許因為它很擁擠，或者因為它是一個有很多西方人的大團體，所以賬單很多，而且是一人。
這算是高質素的下午茶，食物美味，蝦餃皮薄蝦多，個人認為菜苗餃及黑松露素餃更值得一試。
茶係烏龍茶，好清純嘅茶味。
蜜糖薑汁糕不太甜，好好味。
豉油王炒腸粉好耐無食喇，這裡的不太咸，唔會太軟，軟硬度剛剛好??
滑蛋蝦仁嘅又好滑，話梅石榴，味道酸甜，係好開胃嘅菜式，還有椰汁紫米露，雖然都好食，但比較甜。
酒樓環境都很整潔，而服務員的工作熱誠，食物夠熱，很快便上枱，能充足利用限時的放題時間
現在餐廳推出的生日優惠四人套餐很豐富! 有冰鎮鮑魚每人一隻，葯材湯是川芎天麻燉魚皇，每人一碗，避風塘肉蟹一隻，金榜醬煑大蝦配饅頭，每人一隻，片皮鴨二食，片皮及冶味鴨崧生菜盞，龍蝦濃湯貴妃飯，甜品有日式香橙雪芭。冰鎮鮑魚很甜及爽脆，葯材湯澴香，但辣蟹口感不覺是肉蟹，肉質略為淰，不夠質感，但味道則不錯，不算太辣。大蝦很新鮮，配合小饅頭醮濃汁一流。片皮鴨很大隻，片出的皮肉很多，包鴨的粉皮很薄及數量足夠每人有四片。粉皮之間有紙隔開，方便取用。鴨二食是炒鴨崧，火喉十足，熱騰騰的放在新鮮的玻璃生菜片上，非常吸引,還有龍蝦濃湯泡飯，泡飯脆但不硬，又是一非常吸引及好味道的尾道菜。最後還有一個令人意想不到的香橙凍雪杷。是酸酸甜甜滑滑的雪杷放在雪至冰硬的半邊橙皮中，很特別，很有心思。
餐廳的服務一流，服務員很勤，好主動幫客人添茶水及更換碟子，除了蟹外，所有菜式都會主動分給客人每人一份，予人體貼感覺。
餐廳另有各欵西式甜品提供選擇。這是一間中西混的餐廳，非常特別。坐位寬敞舒適，樓底非常高，令人非常舒服。晚飯同曉欣賞中環維港夜境，一樂也。

這裡的環境和坐位都非常舒適,但在自助点心方便款色不多,品質和味道只可以講一般,時間得個半小時,略為不够。
在價錢二百多元一位,比較貴了一點。
服務員招呼非常好，落地大窗可飽覽外環境，食品不錯。
