I went there for a wedding banuet dinner last night. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant was decent – not exceptional, but certainly acceptable for a wedding celebration. As for the food, it was satisfactory. The dishes were alright and while it wasn’t the best Chinese cuisine I’ve ever had, it was enjoyable enough for a wedding banquet.
However, the one area where I felt the experience could have been improved was the service provided by the waitstaff. Although the waitresses were polite and well-mannered, they seemed to be rushing us throughout the meal. Dishes arrived in quick succession, and within 10 minutes of being served, the waitresses would come back and ask if we were done. This made it difficult to fully savor and enjoy each dish, as we felt a constant pressure to finish quickly.
I understand that the restaurant may have been trying to ensure timely service, but I believe there’s a delicate balance between efficiency and allowing guests to enjoy their dining experience at a comfortable pace. A little more patience and attentiveness to the guests’ pace would have made the evening even more enjoyable.

點心同小菜都有水準
I recently dined at Jade Garden, and unfortunately, the experience was so disappointing that I feel compelled to warn other consumers.
Service quality is one of my key considerations when dining at any restaurant, and Jade Garden utterly failed in this aspect. I waited for “an hour” to be served with a single dish, and the waitstaff demonstrated a complete lack of organization, resulting in a chaotic ordering process. To add insult to injury, they even managed to deliver my food to the “wrong table”! Such carelessness and disarray are simply unacceptable.
Furthermore, they insisted on charging a 10% service fee. But I fail to understand why I should pay a fee to compensate for their abysmal service and terrible attitude. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and refused to pay, they unabashedly insisted that the service fee was mandatory, displaying an infuriating and intolerable attitude.

這次點了老火湯、鮮蝦瑤柱炒飯和蟹肉珊瑚煎元貝，老火湯很濃郁裡面有燉了很入味的玉米、紅蘿蔔和豬肉，非常香甜，如果人數少也有半份可以選擇，蟹肉珊瑚煎元貝煎的剛剛好，蟹肉和干貝口感都很不錯～炒飯等了40分鐘和服務生催服務生都敷衍了事，最後真的等太久了服務生才進去提醒⋯不過炒飯來了真的非常好吃！飯炒得粒粒分明，還有干貝絲混在裡面蝦的份量也非常多，除了服務態度以外，整體都很推薦

今天點了半隻燒鵝，每人夾了一塊，鵝皮完全咬不動。反應給一位男經理（人不高、略肥）。他說我們已經吃了（難道用看的就知道嗎？）其他退回改例份。要付138港幣。
燒鵝的皮跟橡皮筋一樣咬不斷，跟你們反應，還怪廠商送來的鵝不好。
我感受到貴餐廳這位經理太差勁，原本只想反應燒鵝皮的問題，但是這位男士卻東扯西扯一堆理由⋯ 我只能完全退單。而且還在我們旁邊大聲抱怨、摔盤子等⋯ 我真懷疑這是美心集團大公司訓練出來主管？而後我請他買單，等了10分鐘也沒出現（當時已經快14:00，現場客人不多了），我只能去櫃臺告知要買單，
其他服務人員不到一分鐘就來。
這次的經驗，完全破壞我對這餐廳的感覺。

This is our go to dim sum restaurant in Hong Kong. Their beef balls in particular are really good, and their beef hofan is also really excellent, the noodles are just right with a lot of wok hei, and a little bit of spiciness.
