翠园不愧是美心龍头。由接待到出品都在水准之上。信心足足。

I am terribly upset regarding my dinning experience this evening. My table no. 507 with my wife after full day work. The guy, I mean the waiter who took my order of 3 dishes and one half soup is unacceptable in terms of manner and response to my request. A dish, braised duck took an hour to come but it was cooked yesterday and he continously telling me that it took more time as if it was freshly prepared. All our steam rices got cold and the dish arrived eventually. The waiter said that was the dish should have been and if I did not like it, I could cancel the order.
That was more or less the experience I had but my feeling was terrible because the same waiter told me that it needed at least a quarter to get the food done however it was simply a dish that was cooked the day before who tried to fool customers including me. Is that the famous Jade Garden Restaurant the basic attitude to serve and what is more important is, the value of the customers is to pay the bill.

說好11點開門，但又冇人開門，招呼又差，入面有個肥仔侍應叫佢加水又呼呼喝喝。你價錢已經貴啦。
懶洋洋的周末，閑來無事與先生找地方午膳，已近十一時便前往尖沙咀翠園，店員殷勤招待，坐下先選了沙薑鹵豬手～鹵水味道調校適中又入味，肉質爽口彈牙，可惜豬手皮留下豬毛?
再來碟韭黃鮮蝦腸粉～鮮甜爽滑，啖啖肉好味道；
隨之而來又端上鮑汁扣鵝掌～香濃惹味炆得軟硬適中，有口感；
很喜歡這間酒樓的燒味，決定點了叉燒飯及燒鵝飯來完結這頓飯。

唔會再幫襯！自從裝修之後，又貴又不好食，呢塊馬拉糕43蚊，又乾又難食總要沒香味，我見隔離臺都有點，佢哋4人唔知點解就大件啲分4件，可能廚師見我地2人臺，難道餐點份量不是列牌？？其它食物送到來已經唔熱份量又小，就不一一點評啦。六樣點心兩個茶位加一最後買單370++呢個價錢有好多更好的選擇。

Good dimsum place. Haven’t had dimsum for a very long time and my friend recommended me this place. Everything was good and the flavours were right on point, especially loved the pork ribs, way better than any I’ve tried before.
Service was alright and our orders came quite quickly. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a place with good views and ambience to enjoy dimsum.

Place is convenient. Service is good.
However, lot of dishes sold out. Orders missed. Taste of dim sums were mediocre. Comparatively price is high. The tea is not that good. The carrot cake is also no good. Also, please DO NOT order the Chinese Sponge cake!??♀️???♂️
Many mainland Chinese love to go there. Putonghua was surrounded us. The waitresses also speaking Putonghua. Need to use some gestures when communicate with them.

可以安心用餐的老字號店。
晚上，點心不單獨出售。脆皮五花肉和北京烤鴨售罄恕不接受。就算不單獨泡茶，熱水和基本花生也是按人頭付錢的。很多當地人和很多不會說英語的工作人員。

I have been to this restaurant a few times. Their food quality is consistent and I like most of them. Their service is good. This place is not too far from the harbour so the window side offers patrons the harbour view. The prices are on the high end. My over all experience has been good.

The quality of the dim sum has gone down dreadfully compared to pre Covid times. It tasted like some factory manufactured product. Service is good, so is the harbor view location.
This place is not tourist friendly.
