接待有位姓吳態度極差. 由於不知朋友到了未有,測完温度想看下,她即問有冇订位？打問下,命令式,我打了問原來朋友已在内即scan酒樓code, 忍不住说你的態度很差,那位姓吳的還大声说我要叫你乜小姐才對嗎？此間店是否有訓練員工？客人吃東西不是來受氣,未入門口已是這樣？食物可以是温度不夠.
This chained Cantonese restaurant occupied two floors and the 25th floor was smaller but suitable for functional events for about 100 persons. It provided a specular view of the harbour because of its height over the buildings nearby. Quality of food was satisfactory. Service was average. Suspected that part-time waitresses were employed at night due to their minor inexperienced behavior.

精緻美味的點心
這間集團式的酒樓位於I square 的25樓，面積不算大，但有美麗的維港風景欣賞，侍應招呼周到。
我們一行8人，吃了幾道點心，蝦餃皇做得很好，皮薄見到誘人的蝦，蝦肉質鮮美，很好味，蟲草花素粉果有豐富的材料，最適合食齋的人士享用，石鍋XO醬煎腸粉，腸粉夠熱，XO醬提升了腸粉的味道，鮑汁炆扣鳳爪，鳳爪很入味，而且不鹹，芝心海皇千絲春卷，春卷外層包滿條條香脆的絲，春卷餡料有芝士和海鮮，一點也不膩，喜歡吃香脆食物應該愛吃這款點心。
我們還叫了潮鹵滑豆腐，豆腐切成一口大小，而且煎得剛剛好，皮脆豆腐香滑，牛蒡金錢絲，爽滑海蜇和海皇銀芽炒鴛鴦米，米粉幼細，很易咀嚼。
到甜品時間，我們揀了新推介的芒果果凍，但我們覺得一般，反而旋風黃金流沙包，不單外觀吸引，入口奶黃流出來，令人回味，桃膠紅棗糖水就十分滋潤。
這間酒樓無論在環境，招呼和食物都讓人吃得開心和滿足。

good location, panoramic harbour and city views. Dishs were yummy without too much seasoning. Great service. Inexpensive.

Nice harbour view, dim sum taste average, no surprise, feel like heavy MSG, thirsty after meal. There is a limit of 90 minute meal time.
Visited for dinner, not much choice on menu and plating was not attractive, but to my surprise, taste was good, price was very affordable for the location. Servers were not experience and need improvement, but friendly

Average quality food. Had classic dim sum dishes. Best was the shrimp toast – recommend.
Service was very good. Ask for WiFi from one of the head waiters.
Atmosphere is nice and clean. Not too noisy. 25th floor so most tables have a decent view – even if not next to the window. Bathroom is clean and handicapped friendly. Order via the website – all automated.

一星期前打電話訂枱時說希望要窗邊風景位，服務員說不能指定要哪位置，到食飯當天拿枱時，接待員卻說窗邊位置已給人訂滿，自相矛盾，這是什麼服務！

Gave 1 star for the view and 1 star for the food but 0 stars for the service. I wasn’t told the 90-min dining limit at the reservation call. Service ladies kept reminding us the limit as we seated. We were even warned right after orders made that we wouldn’t have enough time to finish so many dishes. It was upsetting and extremely impolite. Come on…it is Chinese yum chai dim sum lunch for big group of people on round table probably to spend a couple of hours chit chatting reading news as tradition.
2 hours later we left at 1:30pm, there were empty tables to serve, no customers waiting at the store front. Why upset people like that without any respect to customers?!

5月26號國際商場25樓彩薈軒，大約晚上6點幾接近7點 ，男既著西裝外套吾知係咪經理 ，服務態度十分差勁，眼神十分嚴厲，好似想打我咁? …
比起較其他同店，這店食物味道，員工服務都更好。

萬幾蚊一圍酒席，食物無問題，但係廚房做工中等都不如，蒸條東星班，蒸到不知所為，條東星班又唔係有3斤重或以上，蒸到鞋十十（唔知有無寫錯字)過咗火，隻燒鵝無乜味，龍蝦伊麵，隻龍蝦又細隻，椰皇燕窩，十二個有2個居然無落燕窩，其他餸叫做OK啦!??????
萬幾蚊食一圍，食地段和租金，無可口非，但如果講食物和廚房工力，就唔得啦！☹️☹️☹️
