A very extensive menu which could be overwhelming for anyone who is indecisive. The food we had (crispy chicken, seasonal
vegetables, duck and pork) was good and if we were to return, would love to try more authentic dishes. The service was great as the servers were very attentive. Pricey but you get the Michelin star experience.
油泡全餐,食完感覺很油膩。沒有米芝蓮三星所指的菜式獨創性,略欠驚喜,有點失望。

好食的中菜,但沒有太大驚喜,也沒有Michelin 的感覺。我們試了tasting menu。如果要講性價比就真不太值得這價錢。
男朋友佢唔太中意食西餐,所以諗住搵間中菜慶祝生日?
本身想揀有龍蝦果個tasting menu,不過去到發現已經入面啲菜式已經轉咗?
所以我地決定就咁嗌一個tasting menu同片皮鴨,食到勁飽….

侍應嘅刀工好好。個皮切得好薄,薄到好透,又脆又有油香?加上佢地嘅青瓜、辣椒、蔥段同海鮮醬夾住嚟食好好味?
鴨肉就會用嚟做其他菜式,我就揀咗鴨鬆包生菜包嚟食?鴨鬆加上一啲切到一粒粒嘅配料一齊炒?

職員非常有線,細心介紹菜式,餐廳的葡萄酒質素很好,食物有驚喜!
大部分食物的水準都極高,不愧米芝蓮3星的評價。蜜汁銀鱈魚,外脆内軟,蜜味濃郁;海螺片鮮甜爽脆,而紅蜇頭更是近年少見的上品;招牌菜的焗蟹蓋,薄薄的脆炸外皮包覆著滿滿的奶油汁新鲜蟹肉,味道極佳而份量又十足;另一個招牌菜,砵酒焗生蠔,砵酒的甜香和生蠔的鮮味相得益彰;富貴鹽香雞,咸香而極脆的外皮,配合鮮雞味,實在非常吸引;竹笙松茸燉菜瞻,日本竹笙本已口感一流,吸滿熱湯,則更令人欣賞,而異常甜美的菜膽,已燉至完全軟冧,-咬即化;清炒白露筍,火候剛好,露筍的鮮甜非常突出;可惜,蟹肉琵琶豆腐是一道失敗之作,琵琶豆腐本身缺乏味道,蟹肉則過咸。
有格調。
品嚐精選客餐和一人客餐,味道很好,食材優質,但與其他同級中菜廳比較,卻沒有突出的地方,但仍值得一試。
開業廿年仍保持高質食物,服務,環境。雖然有歲月痕跡,整體體驗優良舒適,員工招呼留心全程照料,相比起同價位的高級中菜廳,身處九龍區已經先天上比較不足,仍一直傳承保持水準,實在不容易。

打頭陣是唐閣招牌的釀蟹蓋✨
蟹蓋的外層烤到金黃酥脆
輕輕的用叉一拮便能聽到咯咯聲
而蟹蓋入面放滿了蟹肉拌炒洋蔥??
蟹肉的份量十分之多
不敢好奇究竟蟹蓋入面有多少隻蟹的蟹肉?

用上海參 魚肚 官燕 一起煲 鮮味十足?
但少了一種wow 的感覺
飲到尾段更感覺有些少鹹?

近年流行鹹蛋黃 這道龍蝦加上了鹹蛋醬一起焗
吃起來能食到鹹蛋獨有的起沙感~
這個配搭幾特別??
但個人還是認為新鮮的食材
用最簡單的烹調最能食到原汁原味❤️

精緻的梨子造型下是紅豆酥 果然人不可以貌相
超滑的豆腐布甸 有點像吃超綿密的雪糕

其實本身對米芝蓮三星有很高的期望值?
覺得就算沒有10分, 至少也應該要有9.5分吧
一餐飯下來覺得overall 是8.8分左右?
但酒店的服務真的不錯

Dishes were yummy & well presented.
Service was good & attentive.
Stuffed crab shell was definitely a highlight, along with the hoisin duck wraps.

Nice but a bit overrated
食物同巴黎食嗰啲米芝蓮三星比有少少距離, 但係個服務一流, 我喺巴黎都好有深刻印象,靚仔侍應生會送到你去女廁門口唔會指住叫你去 , 今次喺唐閣竟然歷史重演,好感動 。 雖然呢一個係肥佬。今次佢冇曬肥瘦叉燒好失望。
Restaurant does well at baked and fried specialties like the signature stuffed crab shell – but some notably weak entries (a tasteless tripe dish and a very salty/very fat soy chicken) offset that. Good service in an old school/don’t shake the dusty drapes environment

To be honest, over rated.
Waiters are not friendly and not attentive.
My table was not close to their kitchen but I can hear that noisy kitchen every time when they open the door for dishes, which was really really annoying.
About their food, BBQ pork and baked crab shell are their signature dishes that’s why we ordered. BBQ pork was way too sweet, I can’t taste any flavour from meat. For famous baked crab shell, the onion was TOO strong, it covered the taste of crab meat. (Trust me, Ming Court do better bake crab shell!!!)
We also ordered a crispy chicken, it is crispy enough however with lack of seasoning, I must have it with salt.
Over rated and over priced.
I would say, 1 or 1.5 Michelin stars is more than enough for Tang Court.
If you prefer a 3-starred Michelin Chinese restaurant, go for Lung-King-Heen! They are MUCH MUCH MUCH better than Tang Court!
If you want try some similar dishes but with good food and good service, go Tang Court (same restaurant management group). Although Tang Court only rated as 1 Michelin starred but they do way better than this over rated Tang Court!
Excellent deep fried dim sim dishes here! The stuff crab shell is just delicious with at least 2 to 3 crab meat in 1! ? …

It’s a place for foodies and cannot be missed
The food quality is rock solid from both ingredients and cooking skill aspects
The service is attentive and right to the point you required
That crusted char sui bao is Uber delicious, crusted on the outside and soft and juicy inside
The baked crab shell is extraordinary, crispy on the outside and juicy inside
The crab meat dumplings is at the edge of innovation and yet perfectly balanced
The abalone fish maw puff pie is best abalone pie in town, well balance juicy inside and well puffed outside
食物水準依然高,可惜經常訂唔到台,如果唔係,應該每個禮拜都要去幾次
我認為最好味的米芝蓮三星中菜。 焗蟹蓋蟹肉十足,味道均勻,外脆內軟。 花膠瑤柱 雞煲官燕 味道十分均勻, 瑤柱、金華火腿 及其他配料 恰到好處。 日本和牛粒 煮到啱啱好, 外香內林, 非常出色。 花膠瑤柱燉海螺的 花膠燉得非常 好味。 龍蝦球 稻庭烏冬麵及和牛炒飯也是一絕。 最後 蓮蓉焗布甸結尾, 簡直係完美。 係我食過最好嘅 中菜, 多謝服務員Michael 盡心的服務! 非常享受!
Food was excellent so was their service. Must try their barbecue pork (char siu) very outstanding. Baked stuff crab was also very good, but personally I prefer the one at tin lung heen more. Overall very please with the food and experience here.
Price range in the higher end, expect $7xx/pp
