High end Chinese food in tst, great place great food
服務質素好,但熟客待遇更好;
蟹蓋、叉燒、胡椒豚肉酥,印象較深。
同屋企人食飯,通常也會選擇中菜,今次試唐閣。
不但環境舒服,服務好,食物質素相當不錯。
今次點了幾款菜式:
清湯和牛面頰
香橙豚肉骨
砵酒焗生蠔
柚皮炆田雞煲
蓮蓉西米焗布甸
我最愛和牛面頰和焗生蠔。
very good
As a Michelin 3-star restaurant, the food here is definitely delicious. Their menu at lunch time have various price range.
Dim sum and the tea selection there are very good. With some dishes, the portion may be small for someone. But it is satisfying.
Services are remarkable too. Staff will keep refilling tea for you when they find your cup is not full.
Good food. Traditional kind and not much surprises.
平安夜放半日,由於book唔倒心儀嘅西餐,所以轉食中餐。
位置喺酒店,所以整體入門上樓梯感覺都良好,餐廳有兩層,我地坐上層,有大落地玻璃,不過落咗簾,燈光柔和,所以感覺有啲暗,檯同檯之間幾有距離,幾有空間感。
menu 有餐亦有單點。
我地要咗個客餐1830另一個係素餐420,主要想比較下最平同最貴嘅分別。
入住朗廷酒店外賣可以可以返房等電話,方便啊!

基本功也做不到
唐閣就有一定的水平;最喜歡的就是個釀蟹蓋,蟹肉扒枇杷豆腐,蜜汁叉燒都係個人喜歡,而北京填鴨就是在沒有驚喜的水平。
Food quality is good, only for their most signature dishes like Baked Crab shell, Peking duck skin, (but not really worth the Three Star) , grouper with shrimp paste was a bit too salty, the dark source outter coating is a bit too heavily seasoned. Food served a bit too slow, many idle time in between, it takes approximately 20-30 mins to wait for the next dishes (after every plate empty)
The lady receptionist is very friendly, she escort you to your table, and what surprised me is that, she is able to solve my enquiries on the menu, which meant she is very a familiar with all dishes served here as a receptionist! But one of the male waiters , the thinnest one with glasses, who is a bit non professional (as they do not have any name tag, so I failed to identify him).
When he took our order, he shaked his body like dancing, which make me feel he is playing more than taking note and non respectful

裝修懷舊大氣,每桌的間隔亦足夠遠
我們點了兩個一人套餐,另外還點了幾個小菜
餐廳很貼心地把套餐的菜式名單放在桌上

首先上的是贈送的前菜
蝦球炸得脆脆的,但油懿味比較重,調味也不太好
?
唐閣特式拼盤
·海紅葉
爽口彈牙,調味剛剛好
·在刺身級帶子上放上柚子蜜及新鮮柚子碎
材料新鮮,但柚子蜜的味道有點不太搭
·蜜味叉燒
肉質鬆軟,味道不偏不倚,非常高質的叉燒!
目前除了天龍軒的黑毛豬叉燒,就是這家的可放進口
·蜜汁鱈魚
用料上乘,魚肉嫩滑,外皮炸得焦脆

花膠瑤柱燉海螺
湯料非常足,火候亦控制得宜:花膠有起膠,瑤柱、瘦肉及海螺軟淋,沒像其他餐廳般煮得乾柴,是目前試過最好的

溏心鮑魚遼參
鮑魚以及配菜的蘿蔔都煮得非常軟淋!遼參煮得軟淋之餘又保留了適當的彈性。掛汁的味道剛剛好。目前在那麼多餐廳吃過來說,是把這道菜煮得最好的。

芝香焗開邊龍蝦
龍蝦肉質乾爛,沒有彈性,用Mozzarella Cheese做成的蒜蓉芝士汁味道太淡,有點像快餐店的水準。失望。

和牛粒炒飯
和牛粒香軟入味,炒飯色澤均勻,飯粒粒粒分明、飽滿,充滿光澤之餘又不會太多油,更香氣撲鼻。非常高質、有水準的炒飯!

鮮果配甜點
想不到套餐配的竟然是甜品及水果拼盤,有驚喜!可惜水果質素比較差,全部不是太酸就是味道較淡,酥皮蛋撻及桂花糕都是一般水準。

因為想試試廚師的真正水準,
而且套餐分量對我們二人來說算比較少,
所以另外還點了幾道菜:
?鮮果咕嚕豚肉
一放進口,只有滿滿的醋味,沒有甜、鹹,或者其他味道⋯⋯而且咕嚕肉的皮完全不脆,已經不想再吃第二口了。我們馬上向餐廳反映,侍應說他試過的確如此,但不好跟廚師說再做一份,只好替我們取消。願意主動取消算態度不錯吧。

米其林指南推薦的菜式。竟然跟一般婚宴吃到的一模一樣⋯⋯
?魚湯海味浸豆苗
魚湯熬得非常好??可惜豆苗未有先汆水,澀味很重。只好叫店員給我們幼鹽,以蓋過澀味了。
?富貴鹽香雞(半隻)
店員推介的菜式。的確不錯??皮脆肉嫩、調味剛剛好。不過大班樓的雞暫時還是我心目中的第一名。

·可樂溫度還好,但沒有甜味(?)可能是儲存環境的問題吧?
·茶方面,點了普洱,水質非常好??可惜茶葉較普通

服務普通,比一般酒樓好一點,但跟其他米芝連餐廳差距頗大。
上菜速度及安排方式跟高級法餐一樣。
廁所?是正常酒店廁所。

個人認為跟皇御園接近吧(個人認為皇御園可奪兩星),
未達三星水平。

人均約3000hkd(套餐每人2013hkd連加一,另加了幾道小菜及可樂)
電話訂座約一星期就有位,不算太難訂位
不過於網上平台訂位卻要到下年一月(!?)
大部份都有點失望。 最出色反而係薑汁芥蘭。

One of the best chinese fine dine restaurants i’ve been to. Well deserves it’s three michelin stars. The deep fried crab is a must order! Stuffed with real crab meat! Shrimp was also huge and flavourful. i’ve never had such a big piece of shrimp before and i loved the crunchy texture. The pork on pumpkin was also tender yet chewy, which is very hard to find in most pork dishes. The fried rice uses wagyu beef and it basically melted in my mouth. Loved the baked pear tart! It looked sooo cute and it actually tasted good too! With red bean stuffing inside.
Over priced food in a a surprisingly sterile room.
$88 for a afew slices of stir fried beef!wine list prices are astronomically priced!

Awarded three Michelin stars for consecutive years, at The Langham Hotel serves some of the most sophisticated Cantonese dishes in Hong Kong. And it is one of the few Cantonese restaurants around the world to receive this award!
Their signature [ Baked stuffed crab shell ] is a not-to-be-missed! Generous amount of crab meat, onion and cream sauce – so flavorful! If you are a fan of Cantonese barbecue pork, be sure to try their [ Char siu ] too! [ Fried rice with Wagyu ] was also very impressive. Besides, staff is attentive and knowledgeable about their menu.
Got some complimentary birthday buns too as the restaurant knew we were having a birthday celebration there. How sweet!

I could not believe such terrible service! This suppose to be three stars Michelin restaurant, we went for lunch, we waited over 20 mins, none of the dishes is served!
We talk to manager and we found out that they missed the order, and the manager ignore us and went away, they just keep talking to the familiar customers. We are ordering a set of $2900, but they keep ignoring us, worst experience ever.
The food served is generally good, though there are no wow factors, a few dishes is good like fried rice, almond soup, however the rest of the meal is ok.
味道相當出色的中菜和點心. 環境配合柔和的音樂, 讓食客有舒適的感覺.

This is the first time I give 1 stars to any restaurant. Considering this is a michelin 3 stars restaurant for many years. The food is ok. Certainly not the greatest. However, the biggest problem is they missed our order completely (set lunch) and no one comes to us checking at least for 45 mins. Also, almost no waitress around. Simply not acceptable! Huge disappointment! (The manager came afterwards apologize many times but damage is done permanently.)

The only reason it gets 4 star is due to the price point as it is a little steep.

叉燒也好好食 其他點心就還行 吃得出與一般點心樓有差別 和牛炒飯不錯 甜點造型有特色
上菜速度要再加強 越到後面上的越慢
等個和牛炒飯等了快半個小時炒不出來
不愧是米其林三星餐廳,只是一來前晚吃魔廚名人坊太驚艷又太有特色,顯得唐閣有點失色,二來感覺服務人員不夠,雖然人員服務素質極佳,但是總要等個一兩分鐘才呼喚得到服務人員來加點或加茶水。許多人說一定要吃的筍尖蝦餃我個人覺得就是蝦球,反而是蜂巢芋泥餃裡的肉餡極為細緻又層次分明,的確是米其林星級點心的超高水準,蟹蓋也不錯但太甜了,百花蟹鉗裡面的蟹肉很細緻又甘甜,但是朋友覺得完全被一夜名人坊打敗了。唐閣一品盆叉燒、蜜汁鱈魚都很優,只是漲到四百多港元了,必點的是片乳豬件跟芝麻捲,後者真的全都是黑芝麻粉做的,非常幼華,又不甜膩,連平常不吃甜點的我都吃了幾口。

就個人而言,它是香港三星級中餐廳中我最喜歡的。
鮑魚煮得軟軟的,肉質質感剛剛好。不管你點什麼,比如炒菜、炒菜,都會讓你滿意。
店內也很寬敞,有種高雅的感覺。包括位置、設施、食物和款待在內的 3 星令人信服。

This is a high end Cantonese restaurant in town, located on the second floor in Langham Hotel Hong Kong, everything from table setting to the service is always on-top, you will be pampered by the chef’s creations and the attentive service, the price of course marching the same high level. If you are in town and want to entertain yourself with a great dinner this is one of the places, reservation is highly recommended.

Located inside the Langham Hotel, the T’ang Court is 1 of the only 3 three Michelin stars restaurants for Cantonese crusine in Hong Kong.
Comparing its menu with the others, it was the easiest to book and the tasting menu was way cheaper (comparatively).
The experience did not disappoint – the dining hall was beautiful with waiters worthy of the 3 Michelin stars restaurant, and the food was amazing! Just check out the photos 🙂

食物與服,高水準,當然也高價。
Expected way more from this three Michelin star restaurant but the food was below average. Service was also horrendous. Starting with the typhoon shelter abalone which was cold and tough. To the Peking duck which took 40 minutes to be carved and arrived cold. The lobster e-fu noodles lacked taste and the lobster meat was very dry.

Here is my review of T’ang Court restaurant at The Langham hotel in Hong Kong:
T’ang Court is the Michelin 2-star Cantonese restaurant perched atop The Langham hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. However, unlike its tony downstairs neighbor The Bostonian steakhouse or casual New York-style deli a few floors up, my recent experience at T’ang Court was an utter disappointment that betrayed the restaurant’s prestigious rating and auspicious location within the swanky Langham hotel chain.
My friend and I arrived jetlagged yet excited to use our $100 American Express dining credit, only to have it shamelessly upsold on overpriced dishes and lackluster wine before being informed the restaurant had already run out of their signature roasted pigeon at 7 pm. An egregious display of anti-foodie sentiment if there ever was one. The subpar, unceremonious meal we were left with scarcely rivaled an overpriced minibar snack and was matched only by the indifferent and incompetent service.
For the life of me, I cannot fathom how this tourist trap achieved any Michelin stars, much less two, when just downstairs The Bostonian proffers a far superior steak dinner and a few floors up the comfort food at the faux NY deli puts T’ang Court’s oily, lackluster fare to shame at a fraction of the price. My advice is to dine anywhere in the Langham but T’ang Court. The decor may be opulent but the food and service are anything but. This emperor has no clothes, and my $100 Amex credit was money ill spent. Two hungry Brooklynites were left quite unimpressed with this egregious display of totalitarian anti-foodie sentiment in Hong Kong.
Overall, a disappointing and overpriced meal for the rating with lackluster service. Not worth the money or a return visit. There are far better options within the hotel itself, much less Hong Kong at large. A scam upheld by an undeserved Michelin rating trading on location alone.
