到服務呢一PART都可以用一句嚟形容,就係不知所謂,個侍應哥哥上完菜之後就坐喺張吉枱度玩手機同睇電視,完全無理過啲客人需要乜,我諗啲客食到扁晒嘴好似想斬人咁款佢都唔會發覺得到,加湯竟然要我哋自己加,到壼湯我哋倒晒佢都重唔識添返。另一個極大既問題,就係呢間鋪係唔會有清水提供,就算係你問都絕對唔會有,如果你頸渴唔該你畀錢買佢哋啲貴到嘔既啤酒,汽水,茶,甚至係枝裝水,或者入廁所飲水喉水。成餐飯剩係加一服務費都近百,唔好話食客,我覺得自己連得到係人既尊重都無,不過我呢個人就最鍾意不計前嫌,將人生中寫得最出色既食評送返畀你,唔洗多謝我,你地係應得既!
Apart from the food, their service is awful too, as an important portion to contribute this junk restaurant. There is only one waiter in it and he always take a seat in the unoccupy area after food serving. He continue to playing with his mobile phone and watching TV and never try to figure out if any guest has need. I suggest he even cannot aware of our dissatisfaction even though all of us have turned to a angry face. He has the real gut to let us add soup to the hotpot by ourselves and he had not refilled the soup kettle immediately after it had been run out but us. Another unforgivable problem is that they refuse to serve you free water even though you are trying to ask for it. If you are thirsty, please paid for their extremely expensive beer, soft drinks, tea or bottled water, or you may enjoy some tap water inside the toilet. The service charge of the meal is near 100 HKD, But we cannot feel that we were served with any respectation, they treat their guest with inhumane. Last but not least, I am a kind and generous person who will exchange some eggs with your bones, here is the most fantastic restaurant report that I have written, hope you would like this, you dare for it.

芝心丸—–呢個就真係一個經典,明明超市15蚊買包四海就已經七粒大大粒點都唔會輸,但佢呢度係可以畀隻貨你個皮好似食緊牛明膠咁,一樣好大唚”徍宝”味。
Cheese Filling Pocket—–Such a splendid error indeed, while everyone can buy a pack of this stuff easily at any supermarket, for a price of 15 HKD exchange for seven perfect pieces. Which they provided are the pockets that made up of cow gelatin, and also, extra low grade refrigerator odor that resembled “KaiBo Supermarket”.
蝦滑及墨魚滑—–兩者都係一樣咁大鑊,不過蝦滑重要贏一個馬鼻,因為佢既腥味已經青出於藍,你可以睇下相同片就知佢哋有幾咁出色,人哋通常都係會用半邊竹殼咁上菜,但佢就係一大嚿粉團咁,樣都算啦,用隻羮竟然係可以插唔到入去,成嚿野又硬又實完全無一點軟滑既感覺,就好似一PAT泥膠咁,想成型我諗真係要用雕刻刀,到放入口,你可以重新懷愐一次自己讀小學果陣翻食香口膠既滋味,而且重要係腥既。
Shrimp paste and Cuttlefish paste—–Both are extraordinary, though the shrimp one won by its indescribable performance, the stinky fishy taste. You can know their special texture from the photos and videos provided, normally these kind of dishes are served with a half bamboo shell, contrastly they serve them in a mud ball shape, appearance may not be important, but the next step will absolutely amazed you in different ways. I even though cannot stab my spoon into the mud ball for shaping, it is ultimately hard and firm, smooth and soft feelings are never happen in these funny stuffs which impressed me a lot. You can view them as a loaf of Play-Doh that you need to craft them by a knife. Lastly, you put that stuff into your mouth will recall your memory up about the past when you was a primary student, who try to put an ate chewing gum return to the mouth, added with some fishy flavour.
極品安格斯牛小排—–其實嚟到呢度已經火冒三丈無乜心情食嘢,等到最後佢終於上個牛小排,其實呢個牛唔算乜大問題,假如係出現喺平價任食火鍋身上,但你可以睇下,尤其係條片,究竟乜係極品?就係極品簿,重簿過頭先碟羊肉,唔知既話重以為自己食緊刺身,前面幾件已經夠晒簿,食到後面就真係不得不配佩服師傅既刀工,至於安格斯,我諗除非你係專業品酒師或者係緝毒犬,否則既話你食得出佢係牛肉你已經好犀利,一句講晒,你畀左198蚊,佢畀碟屎你食都可以。
Premium Angus Short Ribs—–Actually we did not have any mood to enjoy the meal anymore because of the anger and extremely disappointed, till they served us the beef plate. If this plate appear in any of the budget all you can eat hotpot restaurant, the problem is not that seriously as we can order more and more without any extra cost. Please take your chance to review the photo and the video of the beef plate, what a masterpiece! Every piece of the beef is even thinner than the lamb before, I was wonder if I am eating sashimi and probably I need to admire and give a big applause for the carving skill of the chef. Angus? I hope so, if I was a professional Sommelier or a cute sniffer dog. I can merely distinguish the meat is beef but not other, how talent I am! To conclude, they charge you 198 HKD for serving you a plate of shit…Oh, I am sorry, should be sheet.

好但不便宜
手切牛邊脊,美國肥牛都很新鮮味美。分量偏少價格貴。番茄湯底一般。3色肉丸,六個要108,貴到沒朋友。3個人,沒有喝什麼什麼貴的酒水,沒有什麼貴的肉,82折,要950。
我希望呢篇可以係我成世人寫既最後一篇咁長既食評,因為呢次既經驗實在係太精彩,唔將佢寫晒出嚟記錄低實在太對唔住自己,亦希望我呢篇野可以救到大家一命等各位唔洗中伏,我可以用人格擔保呢篇嘢每一句都係事實同埋認真。
I wish that this restaurant comment will be my last “extra long” one, for the reason that my experience today at this restaurant is insanely awful fantastic. I will regret in the rest of my whole life if I had not recorded this story completely and properly. I would be glad if you can save your money and your stomach after reading for this comment, and I swear on my dignity for the truthness and punctuality of this report. 你可以睇下張單先,我亦已經UPLOAD咗佢晚市既火鍋餐牌去佢個GOOGLE MAP度畀大家參考,呢度係用咗”開飯”訂枱折扣有七五折,三個人總共食咗717蚊,你可以話香港地今時今日夜晚出嚟食一餐要咁既價錢係好正常,頂多都係進取咗少少,我唔反對既,不過我哋其實真係食得唔算多嘢,而且請你一定要睇埋之後既細節。
You can have the receipt for your first glance, detail pricing of the restaurant’s dinner hotpot can refer to their menu that I have uploaded to the Google Map already, we altogether three persons paid a total of 717 HKD for the meal after a 25% off offer by the “OpenRice” booking. You may say that this is not a big deal for a usual dinner in Hong Kong, may only a little bit aggressive pricing. But actually, we did not order much in fact and please continue to read my following descriptions.
羊肉片—–睇相啦,十一卷羊肉片,其實真係紙咁簿,我可以肯定佢既級數係同任食火鍋果啲一模一樣,呢樣算比較正常,因為簿到咁都食唔到有乜唔妥,淨係有少少羊臊味,叫做過下口癮,但你用腦諗下,78蚊食碟咁既嘢,平均一張紙收你七蚊雞,真係越諗越腦殘。
Lamb Slice—–Wow, look at the photo, 11 rolls of nice lamb sheet, they are really as thin as a piece of paper. I am sure that the grading of the lamb is those you can find at all of the “All you can eat” hotpot restaurant. What I can say is at least this is normal food since it is very difficult to taste the negative side of a sheet of paper, with just some lamb astringency inside your mouth. Please think twice, 78 HKD for such a dish, averagely 7 HKD a sheet, you may think as a idiot.
黑柏葉—–越嚟越精彩,未放落湯都開始感覺到有啲奇怪,一夾起,咦,一大抽藕斷絲連咁既,係個廚師求祈吖,把刀唔利吖,定係啲黑柏葉曳得滯呢?淥完放入口一食,硬,鞋,乾,無味,唔講喇,呢樣唔係食物嚟。
Black cow cypress(stomach)—–More and more fun is in front of you, I feel a little bit strange before putting it into the soup, while I pick it up with my chopsticks, those cypress are holding to each other firmly and telling me they are playing the “WeConnect” game. I am not so sure whether this is cause by an arbitrary chef, a blunt knife, or some naughty cypress. After cooked and put it into my mouth, conclusion is hard, tough, dry and tasteless. I have nothing to say except defining it outside the scope of food.
芝士竹輪—–呢樣算正常喎,正常獅子狗又有芝士味,唔錯…嗯,望下張單,吓,48蚊5粒仔獅子狗,無嘢呀?
Cheese Takewa(Fish paste roll)—–umum, not bad, normal fish paste roll, with flavour of cheese, yummy…look at the receipt…What? 48 HKD for five mini Takewa? Are you kidding to me?
牛丸—–係食得出用牛肉打出嚟,但究竟粒丸經歷咗啲乜可以令佢既質感又硬又散好似食緊肉醬意粉啲肉醬咁,而且重帶有一種鮮明又奇怪既雪蔵味”佳宝味”。
Beef Ball—–Which is made by real beef, but I am really curious about what had happened to this tiny ball before made them being so hard and brittle which give me a feeling of those mince meat appear in Bolognese spaghetti. Bonus is giving you a brightly strange smell of refrigerator odor “The KaiBo Supermarket” flavour.

午膳款式甚多
垃圾,啲食物不知所謂,叫老板來聽取意見,佢仲話條魚餐廳都可叫,仲話啲人叫八宝魚,但餐廳要訂!唔好去幫襯,等結業!條四眼經理不是做生意,正廢物,可能老爸留比佢,但條腸仔唔識做,得罪好多客人!千祈唔好幫襯,等佢乞米!!!!!!!

這家在大圍開業不太長時間,見他門外寫着是台式火鍋,又以酒為主題所以特別試一試。
我特別來得早一些因為,在7:45前結賬會有七折優惠,反正要吃早些吃,會有這麼大的折扣,所以就早點去吃。
看見菜單就不覺得有什麼台灣特色,座位舒適、招待已經有改善,吃過了幾次尚算不錯!
花膠雞煲最特別,大檸樂冇改錯名,真係超大杯
